    I cant say enough about Nate and Jason. I am converting my enclosed porch into a laundry room and needed a washer hookup + drain. They came out and gave me a fair estimate and date to return. When many contractors are NO Shows, they came and did a excellent professional job. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job you need done in the future.

    Nate did a tremendous job for my family. We had a new house built, and Nate took over near the end when the original plumber didnt work out. Everything was working fine except we had no hot water in our kitchen sink. It took a couple different tries for him to figure out what the first guy had done that was causing the issue, but he stuck with it and got it resolved. I really appreciated his tenacity and knowledge. Plus, hes a genuinely good person and was always extremely respectful, courteous, professional, and fun to talk with. I highly recommend his services!

    Amazing team, very professional & very honest. They made sure I understood the cost & exactly what was being done every step of the way. They work hard to make sure things are done correctly! Even though it was a tough job they powered through & kept a great attitude, I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Also the lady who sets up their appointments was very sweet especially considering the hour that I had to make the call.

    Nate and Philip installed our new house plumbing system after the slab was poured. They also installed gas plumbing and all gas appliances and faucets. You will not find a more thorough and knowledgeable plumber anywhere. They did an excellent job and care about the quality of their work. It’s becoming progressively more difficult to find professional contractors who take pride in what they do. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you might have.

    Had a plumbing blockage that stopped up all the toilets, Nate was friendly, and performed the job without issue. While he was doing it, he even gave me some tips and pointed out issues with my sewage system (age related) and how to deal with them. I would definitely use them again. (btw, this was the day after Thanksgiving, I was extremely grateful to find someone even open)

    Nate was very knowledgeable on what he was doing. Very professional when he arrived and asked directly what the problem was. Never felt pressured and never tried to up sell me on services I didnt need. Will definitely be calling them for any of my HVAC and plumbing problems in the future.

    We hired PlumbProz this week to clear backing up drain water from several points in our house. They came out the same evening after we discussed our issues on the phone to assess our needs and returned the following day. While working most of the day on our plumbing they discovered issues even we were unaware. Both Nate and Frank were efficient and polite, showing us along the way the issues we had and the cause of our blockages. Weve lived all over the country, have had plumbing issues here and there and never received the timely work they did. We hands down WILL be using them again if any plumbing issues arise!

    Had kitchen sink backed up, found out never use Drain made matters worse. They are ALSO contracted with Choice Home Warrenty which is how I came across them, glad I had Nate and Frank working very hard to open up pipes. Both are very professional and goes out of their way to make sure it is done right. Very responsible and courteous. I highly recommend them for any plumbing problems.

    Service Proz came same day and fixed a pipe that burst in the wall behind the hot water heater. They are so friendly, professional, affordable, and we will continue to use them for future plumbing needs. We highly recommend them. Great job!!

    In the last two weeks I’ve had the worst luck with my plumbing. Just couldn’t seem to get things to flow the way they should. Back up after back up.     Our pipes broke in many places from the freeze. I called every plumber in longview and got put on wait list. These guys came out the same day. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. Fixed all our issues. I would definitely use them again.

    Woke up to go to work and wife had taken a bath, water wouldn’t drain and was backing up in the shower and toilet! What a way to start the day!! Tried calling several plumbers and leaving messages, either they didn’t call back or they couldn’t come out same day. Finally I called these guys, they called me right back. They arrived the time said they would, which is a rare thing these days. Came in figured it out, and good to go in no time at a awesome price! It sucks when you need to call a plumber, but these dudes will get ya fixed up when your in a bind! I’ll definitely use them again

    This company saved me in the middle of the night when the seals and gaskets on the tank gave out. Nate came out and fixed it pretty fast. The rate also wasnt bad for a middle of the night emergency.

    The first time Nathan came out he installed a water pump for us. That experience was amazing. He put in a new fixture in our bathroom and today he dealt with a major problem with the kitchen sink drain.He is always so nice and communicate s very well with us. He gives us helps along the way . We highly recommend him and his business. You cant go wrong with him. It has been two years since Nat installed pump. We just had a problem with it. He came out figured what the problem was ,fixed it and didnt charge us anything ,not even a service call. He warranted the parts he put in. He is a good honest man. He does his job with integrity.

    Came out to Gilmer on two separate occasions to install emergency shutoff valves once to my toilet and later for the hot and cold water to my washing machine. Both times, Nate came from Longview with same-day service. He remembered me from the previous visit. He was very professional, courteous, and friendly. He allowed me to watch him work so I could learn and explained what he was doing. He initially tried to repair the existing valves to save me money, but they wouldnt budge (they are 34-years old) so he replaced them. The prices were fair for a professional job, and he was done with the work in an appropriate amount of time. I highly recommend PlumbProz.
