    Everyone I spoke to at this company was very professional and polite. I called because I had a wire break on a plug and wanted to add extra plugs to my garage, they called me within a day of the initial call saying they were on their way to get my plugs set up for me and explained everything that they were going to do and came prepared. Would recommend them to anyone who needs a honest electric company and will definitely use them in the future

    OUTSTANDING local company! Hank came out and gave us a bid almost immediately after I had called. It was a really difficult job and they all nailed it! They walked us step by step through the process and helped me know what to say and do with the co-op. They have come out and done more work since our initial job request. We have power to our bubble dome, RV site, bell tent site and our bathroom. They trenched through our very thick woods and did it with ease. Always on time, always communicating and always Profesional. They went above and beyond any electrical contractors I have ever delt with. Highly recommend this company for any job!

    They arrived at the house at 0800 hours as planned. Had no trouble digging the trench and laid the PVC pipe. Opened the breaker box, hung the receptacle box, ran the wire, hooked it all up and it worked perfectly. This is the second time I have had them out. Good work, looks great and I plugged my RV into it and ran the A/C. 30amp line and plug. I highly recommend Aurora Electric. Dean Bradshaw

    We were in the middle of a remodel and needed some electrical work. We called Hank, and he came out the next day with a very reasonable price. He sent his guys out to do the work, and they were done within two hours. Excellent prices and excellent service.

    We had a fire today, it flamed into the attic. We were able to turn off the breaker , get the fire out, and call Aurora Electrical Services. They came quickly, to take care of our repair and noted that the inside fan frame had caught fire due to the dust. We are so Greatful for the team & recommend them for future projects.

    As a fellow business owner I was highly impressed with the professionalism and communication Hank with Aurora Electrical Services provided to me on short notice on a Saturday! I had called several other local electricians found on a google search but he was the only one who called me back! He was also recommended multiple times when I did a post asking who people would recommend as an electrician. I had several people text me recommending him as well. He and his crew came within a couple hours of our conversation. They resolved the issue right away.

    When a crew working for the City of Hallsville accidentally tore my electricity meter off the pole, cutting off my power in the middle of June, Aurora Electrical saved the day!     Hank and his team are terrific. We had a whole house generator and shore power put in near the water. Hank listened very well to our needs. In addition he actually found wiring on our new home not bonded correctly. Crazy to think that the build electricians did the work incorrectly. Hank did the work to correct the bonding for free. I absolutely recommend. You wont be dissatisfied.

    I needed a new outlet installed to accommodate my new appliances. It ended up being a pretty complex job that required rewiring the fuse box and running new wire through the longest part of the attic. Hank and his guys did it in a very quick and professional manner. Would definitely recommend!

    I was shopping for estimates to get a generator hookup installed. Their price was pretty similar to the others. Not the highest, not the lowest. I know from experience - never go with the lowest price, it will end up costing more. Anyway they came out the same day, on a saturday and it was raining and everything, got my work done and it all worked great. I would recommend this company.

    Hank and his team do excellent work. We had an issue at the church on Friday and SWEPCO had pulled the meter. We were not going to have church if we couldnt get someone ASAP. Hank came right over and in just about an afternoon worth of work we had power and a new service connection. Aurora Electrical is a professional electrical company with a home town friendly service. I will always call them first from here own out!

    Aurora Electric is amazing! Had a serious issue when foundation repairs were being done. A electric line became disconnected under the floor during a rain storm.     Phenomenal work and customer service 10/10. I reached out to the owner of the company, Hank, because my mom and my aunt received significant storm damage and needed their electric meter, breaker box, and some other needs addressed. Hank responded immediately, assessed the damage, and had the repair completed by the following day. He was so kind and courteous about the entire situation and got this done so much faster than I expected him to. (Especially given the volume of electrical needs in the affected area).     Coldest day of the year. Limb ripped off our meter box, weather head, etc from the house. Reached out to them about 9 am, he was there with parts by 1 pm. Gone about 4pm. Everything is working great. We will use him again.
