Regarding the repair of the west wall of our home, working with Tim and Holly was the most satisfying aspect of the process. Holly was really helpful and informed, and she got in touch with me right away to talk about the work that needed to be done. Tim came over to introduce himself and to give us a quote. Later, once work got underway, we watched Tims team make the necessary repairs and they were consistently professional. The job was reasonably priced and extremely well-done. Next spring, we intend to make use of their services again. Bravo to the group!

I recently had Property Rehab do some framing and drywall work for me. I had a water softener installed and wanted a small closet built around it. All of their work was speedy and of great quality. One of my concerns going into the project was the ability to match the texturing on the drywall, but they were able to match it perfectly. After they painted it, you cant even tell its not an original part of the house.While they were already working on my house I had them finish some trim work, adjust a few doors that werent closing properly and do some other painting. All projects I had been putting off. I have some siding on a shed and a deck & porch to rebuild in the spring that I will be having them do.I highly recommend Property Rehab and their crew!

I have hired Property Rehab a couple of times and I am on schedule for a custom tiled shower, window framing/instal and drywall work. They have done previous drywall, paint, plumbing, tilework, and window install at my home and I enjoy working with them and the quality of their work. Highly recommend!
