A few Mondays ago..there was a quite nasty storm that blew thru the communities north of the Wyodak power station. The power supply unit for my central air sustained damage and was not quite functioning correctly. I called around town looking for a company that could come out to fix it. I am not a sparky so I was out of my element with this. Several places I called said the job was too small and others didnt have the time available in the next week to 2wks. When I contacted Summit...they were more than happy to not only come out when my schedule had availability but was also willing to prioritize my service call for early morning. I was on my nights at the time. I was able to message pictures of the situation and what I had found. They were very professional when appointment time came around and were actually early. They even worked in the off/on rain that was happening that day. They had the correct parts on hand and surprisingly...were done fairly quickly. I would recommend them to any who needs electrical work and I myself...will be using Summit in September to run power to my garage.

Being new to Gillette and a new homeowner, I wasn’t sure who to go with when I was having electrical issues. I had to have the guys out twice to my house because the issue wasn’t fixed. Never once was I treated like a burden, even when I had to reschedule and both times I was throughly explained to what they did to fix the problem. Customer service is extremely important to me, and I would recommend!!!

After an expensive water line repair we called Summit to put in a proper outlet under our manufactured home to attach heating elements to keep the line into the house from freezing up come winter. Dallen came out with an apprentice and discussed the best options with me and went right to work getting the job done neatly and professionally. Guys were friendly and courteous. RJ and his crew at Summit outdid our expectations. We are building a home and from our first interaction with him, he was efficient, professional, patient, and totally easy to work with! We never had to wait on them to get their work done, in fact they were ahead of us in planning and getting their work done. They never left a mess at the house, and they were thorough in installing what we want and doing it the right way. If only all the other companies we’ve worked with were as easy as them! We were having trouble with our stove, after water dripped on it from the above microwave last Winter. Suddenly, when we turned the oven on, the breaker would pop off. Summit Electrical was able to come out the day after I called them, to check the wall outlet to be sure the problem wasnt with the outlet but with the stove itself. We were able to get a new stove, assured that there was no problem with the wall outlet that would damage the new stove, and allow us to use our oven. We were thrilled they could come out so fast, and work so quickly.
