Ted responds to our maintenance work orders quickly and is both reliable and professional in his correspondence with tenants. He works hard to complete work orders in a timely manner and does quality work at a reasonable price. We also appreciate that he is often able to provide estimates for properties that require farther travel time from photos as to avoid multiple service call fees, which our owners appreciate. I have worked with Ted, the owner of Homerenew, on several occasions as we have had various handyman tasks that needed to be done around our home. From plumbing, to custom shelving, to drywall repair- Ted does great work and I appreciate that he is responsive, reliable, and stands behind his work. We are very pleased with Home Renew AZ. We are happy with the quality of the work done and the price. We will use them for future projects, and we recommend them to others.We had Home Renew AZ install a new vanity in the family bathroom, replace the flooring in the bathroom and master toilet, and repair some drywall in our laundry room. We had some issues due to preexisting conditions in the house. Ted worked thru them, and they were resolved with quality. We are happy to have them resolved so well. The flooring was done exceptionally well.

Very pleased with the work that Ted did, and will definitely be calling him again. I had a small foundation/concrete related job that other companies would not take due to being smaller than their minimum work size. Ted came over quickly and displayed good knowledge of the problem and how to fix it. His schedule workflow was easy, he was ontime, and he ended up fixing more that I expected him too, and he was priced very competitively. Im very happy with the results, and will definitely use him again!
