    Deck Replacement, Summer 2020 -I love my new deck! A BIG thank you to Jeremy and the J&S Home Solutions team (kudos to Edwin). Very professional, responsive, friendly, and high-quality work. My bid was at a competitive price and the project finished within budget. Being a wheelchair user, I was very impressed with the extra tasks completed that I requested and cannot accomplish on my own. They had daily clean up of my property, which was excellent. Plus, they were very thoughtful in the design and build of the two ramps off of my deck. My new deck is sturdy and beautiful; attention to detail was appreciated. Hard-working team and finished my deck project in a reasonable amount of time - work was delayed by rain one day and the team worked on a Saturday to finish. It was a pleasure working with Jeremy and the team! I highly recommend J&S Home Solutions. Thank you, Jeremy and team!

    We had J&S Home Solutions resurface our deck and walkway earlier this year. Jeremy was incredibly open, informative and patient with us as he walked us through the process.We were grateful that he was open to meet us at Dunn Lumber to answer our questions in person about materials, the process and provide options for us as we figured out our budget. Once the project got underway, we found some wood rot that needed repairs and Jeremy walked us through the additional work needed to take care of the issue.The crew was incredibly friendly and professional, showed up on time and always cleaned up at the end of the day. I would *highly* recommend J&S Home Solutions to anyone looking for a deck, they are professional and do quality work and complete the work in the time estimated.Thank you Jeremy and crew!

    Our deck was deteriorating and we decided last year to replace the original TREX decking and the wooden railings & stairs. We researched the various design and material options, and decided on a plan. We asked several local vendors for the names of their best deck contractors - 2 recommended Jeremy at J&S Home Solutions. We contacted 6 contractors for quotes and 2 responded - Jeremys quote was significantly less than the other quote so it was a no brainer to go with Jeremy. Were very happy that we did - he was excellent with good communications and easy to work with. He fully understood our design, our material choices and his crew members were knowledgeable, professional and polite. Our deck renovation took 3-4 weeks, plus another 10 days for the glass, and we are delighted with the results. A big thank you to Jeremy.

    Jeremy with JS Home Solutions went above and beyond for our deck project late 2022. He had some unexpected staffing issues because of COVID and he ended up showing up on the job and built our entire deck solo. He completed the d this can bring. very communicative throughout the entire project about timing, and made sure we on the same page with the design and that we were happy when everything was completed.He had a great attention to detail and was very sweet with our 2 dogs, one of which is nervous with tall men when she first meets them—and she felt comfortable with him right away. For anyone who has nervous dogs that need to use the yard and has to work around workers understands how important the peace of mind can be.

    Jeremy and his team built a beautiful deck for us. From start to finish, we have been very happy with J & S Home Solutions. He understood our deck design requests and worked with us to implement it as our specifications listed. When we had a request to improve one item, they listened to us and corrected it. They worked hard to meet our expectations. Each day I look out at the deck, I feel joy at the amazing new space we have, especially during Covid. Even in the rainy Fall weather, we have already used our deck to spend time safely with our extended community of friends. We are truly grateful for their services and highly recommend them. Joseph and Chase were great to work with each day during the building process, and Jeremy did a fantastic job managing the project and checking in.

    Id recommend J&S Home Solutions for any deck remodel. Great communication, flexible and experienced in working within the complex logistics that come into play with home construction projects. Permits, planning and weather can be stressful and delay projects. Jeremy has it all under control and has seen it all. This team was always available and responded to questions whenever we had any during the course of the project.

    I had an oversized wooden deck which was old, ugly, and had holes in it. Jeremy figured out how to downsize it to what I could afford and still have a fairly large deck with the materials I wanted. The new deck is beautiful! I couldn’t be more pleased. Efrian was the primary builder/carpenter. He is a talented builder who is dedicated to doing things right plus he’s very friendly and was concerned about not bothering me. The whole process was pretty painless. I made the right choice in choosing J&S Home Solutions.

    I could not be happier with the installation of my new deck and fence. From the minute I first met with Jeremy I knew this was the company I wanted to hire. And I am so glad I did. The crew headed up by Joseph was nothing less than spectacular. All three were such hard workers, barely taking any breaks. They were so respectful to me and then each other. They clearly love what they do and it shows in their work. Josephs attention to detail was beyond compare: and his flexibility was so appreciated when I made some changes along the way.     First, I LOVE the finished product. My new deck is a little slice of heaven.Throughout the process, Jeremy was great at communication and making sure that I understood the choices I made. He met me at Dunn Lumber to assess the various levels of deck, and sent me home with color choices. Well informed. His team was incredible. They were polite and professional. When they were partially through certain pieces, they would ask me to come out to validate the work. In one case, I had a very different perspective. Without missing a beat, they pivoted directions, and gave me exactly what I wanted. I would hire Jeremy and team again, and have already recommended them to friends.
