The wait for these masterpieces is well worth it. Staff is extremely helpful and patient and work diligently to provide you with the detailed, solid and stunning pieces. Incredible company to work with, it was truly a pleasure to install such pieces of art. Below is their handcrafted door, solid corbels and matching cladding for top beam for a complete new exterior front door entry. Every single employee at RealCraft who was involved in the completion of the order was kind, quickly responsive, attentive and invested!! I thank you all.     I chose to make a big investment when I went with RealCraft for the carriage doors for the construction of my new wood shop. In the initial design phase I had hoped to put a garage door with window panes in it with a driveway out the back of our property to load big projects in and out of the space. We didnt get the easement/permitting that we needed to allow for this, so a pivot was in order. My contractor pitched the idea of carriage doors, I scoured the internet looking for something that matched my vision of a grid of window panes. I couldnt find anything in my search. Thankfully my contractor said you all did custom doors and was able to get the ball rolling. I got true custom doors as I paid extra to get double paned with thicker glass and insulation to help climate control the space as well as reduce noise of my machines in my residential neighborhood. Yes, the doors took a little longer to get delivered then originally scheduled for, but it was during the pandemic (they got delivered Nov 2020). We had ordered paint grade Douglas fir doors. As a woodworker, when they got delivered as saw all that vertical grain, and that my entire house is trimmed out with VG fir, I knew that paint could not touch these doors = they were simply too precious to hide behind paint. I pivoted and spent the next week applying coats of Epifanes spar varnish as the doors face due south and will get some blowing rain on them. The light and ambiance that the doors provides, truly makes my new wood shop such an inspiring space to work out of. They will serve as the back drop to a lot of product/project beauty photos as I complete furniture builds. They will always inspire nature as I get to watch the day pass through them and soon get to have my first growing season in the raised veggie garden beds. Ill also want to say that not everything went smooth. After the doors got installed, we peeled off the plastic protective layers on the glass. Several of the windows had scratches on them. They were considered to be warranted right away, which was a very nice relief, but the nearest available appointment for replacements was a 2 month wait and a few reschedules. The good news is that it was taken care of and done well. They even sent out the replacement muntins for me a few weeks in advance so that I could put finish on the wooden parts that hold the windows in place before they got installed (a much easier way to put finish on). I highly recommend working with RealCraft, formerly Real Carriage Door Company.

    We wanted a special barn door for our new construction project, and I looked online to find a source. I came across several but settled on RealCraft. Buying a fairly expensive custom door sight-unseen from a new vendor makes one a little nervous, but couldnt be happier with how it turned out. This door was nearly 200 lbs, 100% solid wood, flat (very important!), was shipped in a well-made crate, and 3 months later I still cant find a single flaw. We opted for the osmo-coat finish on mahagony and it looks excellent. We have the spoked wheel option with solid black supports and they operate very smoothly. The wall-mounted roller option that guides the door bottom is very robust. The only hardware we bought elsewhere are the handles.

    I was so glad to find that Real Craft had the perfect solution for my barn door project.     Kalee and team were fantastic to work with; super responsive and patient as we figured out what we actually needed for our custom, exterior barn door. We also had to import their product into Canada, which is often a pain, but they took care of everything and couldnt have been easier for us.The hardware is well designed, high quality and looks great. So much so that we changed our design for another exterior door to install their products.

    I was in the market for sliding barn hardware Made in the USA. I found Real Craft website to be user friendly and competitively priced. I also noticed their phone number easily and called them with questions. The person who answered the phone was able to answer all my questions and get back to me with pricing. He also notified me that I could have Stainless Steel bearings installed for a small up charge, for my outside project. I would highly recommend Real Craft!

    Our front door came out so lovely! The people at RealCraft were so patient with us during the design phase, and really did a great job walking us through it. We saw the door at every step. We will use them again, for sure. Definitely worth the time and money!

    Great Customer service and great products. I bought a Cavilock for my pocket door system. I purchased one just to see if I would like it and it turned out that I loved it. When I went to purchase 3 more the price had gone up by $50 each. I reached out to their online customer service and dealt with a gentleman named Travis. He spoke to his manager and they honored my original price.Thank youYou guys ROCK!!!

    RealCraft was a pleasure to work with. The website, photos, description and ordering all went very smooth. My ordered products were in stock and shipped very quickly. No waiting around. They also did a great job of following up with me to make sure everything went smoothly! A+The barn door was built to provide privacy between the master bedroom and the bathroom. Prior to the installation of the door we were using a shower curtain. The opening is 4’ wide and was not suited for a bathroom door. The barn door was the perfect solution. The wood we used was beetle kill pine. I imagine there was 20 hours invested from start to finish and really put a nice touch on the bathroom remodel.
