Weve worked with other contractors in the past, but none measure up to Matt and Sam. They are attentive to your needs, timely in their responses, work within your budget (and make sure there are no surprises), and the outcome is a very high-quality project. They worked hard to make sure everything turned out exactly like we wanted!

    The people at Sams Construction were quick to help my family assess our needs, offer us a quote, and complete the work. We received two quotes to replace our hot water heater...the other quote was more expensive and also involved us contacting an electrician separately. Sams crew came in and got everything done. It still took a couple of appointments, but I didnt have to call multiple companies to complete one job. They did all the leg work for me and worked within my schedule so I didnt have to miss work. Weve been pleased with the results and were also pleased with the process! Well continue to call them for our projects!

    Matt, Virginia and their team are extremely professional and provide a great quality of service. We recently did a bathroom remodel. We removed some drywall, the old bath tub, vanity and replaced it with a stand in shower and new upgraded fixtures. They executed it to perfection and with great attention to detail, giving us a good luxury finish within the agreed budget. We also had the work done under a tight deadline as we were hosting guests after that. They tirelessly worked late every day and on weekends to get it done in time. They showed a great work ethic. They were extremely trustworthy too, we felt very safe and comfortable giving them our keys when we were out working. They even made sure our pets were safe when they were working. When they finished they cleaned up the place spotlessly. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hard working team for all your remodel projects.

    We have had Sams Construction do several jobs for us, water main replacement, gutter install, porch repair, and siding repair. All the jobs were done extremely well and in a timely manner. Will definitely be using Sams again for future house repairs or improvements

    Matt Wallace was a great guy to work with when our bathroom ceiling caved in from a leak. He was very organized, and had someone there everyday until the job was done. They were neat and thorough. I already have him scheduled for future bath remodel of another bathroom. I highly recommend!!

    Sam’s Construction remodeled the exterior of my home, adding Hardie siding, a new roof, fixing lots of bad wood, and painting. They also did some interior work repairing some ceilings with damage. The communication was great, the crew worked hard and they were responsive to my needsI highly recommend them and I’m thrilled with the results.

    Sam’s construction did some updates to our bathroom. they worked with some existing features of our bathroom and were able to retrofit a new vanity, did sheet rock work as well as painting, toilet replacement and some electrical. the crew was always punctual — even through an ice storm, transparent about the work and cleaned up everyday before wrapping up! would hire again.

    I had just purchased a home that had a few repairs that needed to be done before moving in, and Matts team really did an outstanding job with it all in such a short notice. The crew also made sure to explain the work in detail if I had any questions come up during the work. I will be using their services again in the future.

    Was referred to Sams Construction by a realtor after not being able to find anyone with availability for mold remediation and drywall/ceiling repairs after our pipes froze and burst over Christmas. Matt was able to send us an estimate quickly and our home insurance company approved with no problems. They did a great job drying, checking for residual moisture, and uncovered & repaired some previous water damage we didnt know about before repairing the walls and ceiling. All work looks great!

    Matt is outstanding to work with. I have bought a house that needed so much work, it was overwhelming. Matt provided me with a detailed quote and scope of work and I was able to decide what exactly gets done. Matt had his crew over, communicated frequently and sent me picture updates. He is very responsive and always has a can-do attitude. Everything was done to perfection. I will hire Matt again without any hesitation!

    Our 100+ year-old house was in need of repair to the back screened porch, which has been unusable for years due to leaking when it rains. The deck above it was also useless during most of the year in Memphis due to the hot weather. Sams Construction turned the two porch areas into beautiful screened porches that are now perfect for relaxing and enjoying. There were safety issues that had to be addressed to make certain the porches were properly attached to the house and Sams made safety a priority. We feel very secure on either porch and were so happy not to have to deal with leaking or excessive heat. Were so glad we found Sams Construction. The crew members were all skilled, attentive to details and very pleasant to work with. We would recommend Sams Construction to anyone. Thanks, Sams!

    My experience with Sam’s Construction was great. They responded to my broken pipe quickly and in a very professional manner. The quality of their work was outstanding. Considering the damage, the cost was very reasonable. They even went above and beyond to give me added protection against future pipe problems. Give these folks a call, you will be glad you did.
