    This spring it was time for a new roof on our home. There are so many choices and decisions to make it can be overwhelming.I contacted Erdman Construction and Scott Hammer immediately started working with me by explaining and stepping me through the process. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He listened to my needs and took care of all the details and I had a quote within days. Once I had all the paperwork I was very comfortable with my decision to choose Erdman Construction for the job. The installation was quick, neat, and only took one day. The end result s were more than I could hope for. Thank you Scott for everything!

    Scott was very easy to work with. And very reasonable on pricing. His crew did my 52 plus square roof in a day. Very professional and clean up. I had 3 quotes from roofing companies and he beat that hands down. our roof had fading. Now it looks amazing. I would post pictures but it just got done late November and havent had time to get new pictures

    We had a major roofing project done on our house, garage, breezeway, and small extra garage. The crew was terrific came very early morning and stayed late. Extremely kind and hard working. They cleaned up very well. We couldn’t be happier. Scott came out and checked to make sure everything thing was going correctly and checked with my husband to make sure it was what he wanted done.     Erdman installed a new roof for us after damage from a hail storm. Wayne managed the process for us, from working with our insurance company to managing the crew. He was professional and courteous and always immediately responsive to our needs or concerns. We are pleased with our experience with Erdman and would also like to give a shout out to Rob, Ben and Heidi. Everyone we encountered was friendly, honest and helpful.

    I had 2 gentlemen help with my hail damage to my house. Scott did the roofs and they turned out excellant. Wayne was very helpful and i am thankful for his amazing knowledge of everything. Being a widow i had questions and he always was there to answer and correct a few things that had to be corrected.     We had a horrible leak in our bedroom ceiling and Erdman Construction was quick to respond to our call! Within days we were in contact with Scott Hammer, their roofing expert, and he was on our roof inspecting it. Our roof was in horrible condition and with many future rain storms coming his team was on it. Within 2 weeks of my phone call we had a new roof!! This was beginning of June so thankfully all summer we had a dry house. We would highly recommend Erdman Construction!

    I asked Wayne Brewer from Erdmans to evaluate my roof after a recent hail storm. He came the next day and fortunately didnt find any significant hail related problems, but he did find a few loose shingles. He volunteered to go back to the shop, get a few roofing nails, and then returned to fix the shingles. This was very much appreciated and above and beyond what he came to do. This type of service speaks volumes about the individual as well as the organization for which he works. I will certainly put Erdman Construction at the top of my list should I need any future roofing or construction work done on my house. Thank you again, Wayne!

    Erdman Construction did our rental property new roof and siding. We went with Erdman Construction only because of the project manager, Wayne.He listened to what we wanted and kept us in the loop throughout the project. The project finished with no issues. In the past, this has been a problem with this company. Having Wayne overseeing this project helped me feel confident this project would be done right.

    Erdman Construction did beautiful work putting on our new steel roof after storms in early April did a lot of damage. They came and patched things right away to prevent any issues until they were able to schedule the work. Workers that came daily were friendly, professional and great at cleaning up and respecting our property and year old landscaping. The quality of the work was impeccable, a few issues with billing but were handled.

    What can I say about Erdma LLC ? From the very beginning the service was prompt and professional. I found them on Angie’s list. The very same day of contact, a representative came to the house, did an inspection and started a proposal. The job for roof replacement was scheduled. They protected our gardens and planters. Removed and replaced the roof in one day. The employees were kind and curious and cleaned up after themselves. Would I recommend Erdman Construction LLC? Absolutely I would.

Chad Carlton was our project manager--he and his team did a great job despite facing several challenges. They creatively overcame the challenges and we are quite pleased with the results.     We 100% recommend Nick Boyer and Chad Carlton from Erdman Construction!!Nick Boyer and Chad Carlton from Erdman Contruction originally came to our home to help us with the bathroom floor. However, due to other construction problems done by another company, they need to wait until the other company comes in and fixes everything that needs to be done. This other company kinda left us hanging and running with our money. Nick and Chad both did not leave us hanging!They were very professional, honest, kind, caring, and made sure we were okay before they left. They gave us really good advice, called some people that could help us get on a great new path, and restored our faith that there are still really good and decent people out there with such kind hearts!This is by far the best $300 consulation fee we have ever spent. You two went above and beyond for us and we just met you!! We will be calling you when all of this is taken cared of for any and all future work that needs done on our home. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you are doing for us. We greatly appreicate it and appreicate you both as well!! You have no idea how much this truly means to my husband and I. We are so grateful!

    We recently had a new roof installed at our home. Erdman Construction did an excellent job of meeting all needs. One item comes to mind Is there attention to clean up of all the Loose shingles and nails that go with installing a new roof. Highly commend Them for this effort. They also started on time and finished on time with the commitment they made to us. I want to point out, the leadership from Scott Hammer was excellent And Scott was here every day making sure that all needs were being met. In the middle of the project, a rain storm unexpectedly popped up and the crew and even the sales man and owner showed up to get tarps on the roof to protect it! The next day the roof was finished and with no problems and it looks great. Highly recommended!
