Patriot Home Services did a great job power washing our house, sidewalk, driveway, and landscape stones. What a difference in the before and after look of our home. They were reasonably priced, maintained communication with us and were very responsive to our requests. The work was completed on time. We will use Patriot again for additional work on our home and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional and quality services.Jim Gibbons

Where do I click to give 6 stars? Patriot installed siding, fascia, soffets, and gutters (they subcontracted that). Will was great to work with. Communication was great before, during, and after work. Everything that they committed to was done when they said it would be done. Quality was great. Workers were very professional. They even worked around my wifes plants... which are EVERYWHERE. They cleaned up 99% of the mess. We had a post-payment discrepancy in billing and they even refunded a modest sum with no questions asked. Overall cost seemed a little high... but then again they were pretty competitive with the other contractors that bid the job. I would 100% do business with them again. Patriot home services were punctual, professional, and very courteous of our project and our home throughout our kitchen remodel process. They worked long hours until the job was done! We have had other projects in the past done by different contractors, they would work a couple days and leave us for another project for quite some time. This was not the case with Pateriot Home Services of Iowa. The quality of materials were top notch and installed perfectly We love our new kitchen!

Patriot Home Services remodeled the old concrete front stoop on our house. They replaced it with the cutest little composite decking front porch! They did excellent work and were great guys to work with. We are thrilled with their work and our porch!

We hired patriot home services to redo our entire roof a couple weeks back. We have hired other companies in the past and always went past there deadline which sometimes is understandable. When we seen on tv that PHSOI could do roofs in one day, we had to see if it was true. And they were in and out in 12 hours even layed some plywood and cleaned, hauled the dumpster off too. By fare the best group ofGuys we’ve ever hired. There quality is amazing and they kept in very good contact with us through the whole process. Raithe and Donny and the guys were very professional. I would highly recommend and will be hiring them for all my construction needs in the future.

Patriot home services of Iowa is an extremely responsive company! They kept in contact with us the entire time. They also used a drone to send updated pictures as progress went. Our roofing and siding turned out fantastic! Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience.

Had our vents and dryer vent cleaned and wow! what a difference! I swear the air smells cleaner and I feel a lot better knowing all of the lint is out of my dryer vent because there was a ton in there 😬 highly recommend these services!!!

We had a new mailbox installed they did a great job! They were quick to get it done and even took the time to match the stain on the wood post to match our mailbox. We couldn’t be happier! We will definitely be using them again!

Impressive Customer Service and Outstanding Work!During a 5 day period in April our area was hit by 3 severe storms with 90 mph straight line winds and several F2 tornados. Roofers, handyman businesses, and home improvement companies were in high demand. I needed 4 shingles installed. (Compared to hundreds of others I was very lucky.) I emailed after hours and had a response within 30 minutes. I was quoted their very reasonable minimum service charge and told they should be able to squeeze me in by weeks end. True to his word, a 2 man crew arrived and spent almost an hour on my roof replacing the missing shingles. When I need to replace my roof in a couple of years, Patriot will be the first business I call. Highly recommend.

Will and his company are beyond amazing! They remodeled an entire outdoor useless room into a beautiful mud/laundry room in the middle of winter. They added siding on the outside, complete installation, plumbing, heat/air, electrical, stunning floors and custom built cubbies and shelves. Very professional and trust worthy. We told him our vision and he was able to fulfill and more. Now we have a beautiful mud/laundry room right off our kitchen. Highly recommend Patriot Home Services!!!!
