    West Side Drain was prompt and very informative on what to except for the appointment. They went over all normal expenses plus any extra cost we may run into. (Which we did!!) I liked that they kept us updated with text messages on expected arrival time. They also sent a picture of the technician who would be servicing our septic tank. Each person we spoke with or dealt with in person was pleasant and understanding of our emergency. I would definitely recommend them family and friend.

    Alex was very professional and explained the details of what he was doing at each step. Service was delayed due to a previous job running long but communication was excellent and even offered to stop by fairly late in the evening to fix our drain. Would call again if I have a problem!

    From the phone calls to the service was a 5 for sure.I made a call to set up a time. She was very nice, easy to talk to, she took the time for me to figure out what my needs were, and assisted me when I had questions. She answered all my questions, and set up a time that would work around my schedule.They sent John out from their company. He was on time, very knowledgeable, and friendly. I felt he not only did a good job, but I felt he did an exceptional job. He seemed meticulous doing the job, and at the end He MADE SURE that the tank was as clean as it was going to get, and he thoroughly cleaned up his equipment as he was putting it back up on the truck.That may not mean much to some people, but as I used to do jobs at peoples house, I made sure I cleaned up my stuff for 3 reasons.1. To show I cared about their place and their stuff.2. I didnt want to bring ANYTHING to my next job from my last job to contaminate theirs, and3. By having clean equipment, it looked better, worked better, and most of all, it showed customers that our company takes pride in what we do.In my option, that is what John did for me.Thank you West Side Drain for all your help.     Received excellent work today concerning my kitchen sink from the quality West Side Drain team, specifically, Doug, Greg, and Colton. A private contractor I know well and trust recommended this team to me, and I saw why today. They were respectful concerning my property, and they explained in full detail and with clarity what they found and how they were going to address the problem. They told me up front what the work would cost. Several times today I saw them each do something carefully and test to make sure it was right, that it would be right in the future when they werent here. Communication skills were excellent on the phone, through texting and email, and then in person. Highly recommended.

    We had a pump failure on our septic tank system. West Side Drain and Septic were able to get us on their schedule the same day we called and get our tanked pumped out and the next day replaced our failed pump. Was very pleased with the professional and prompt service and knowledgeable team. I would highly recommend them.

    I am very satisfied with the work of West Side Drain and Septic. I had my septic tank pumped last week after 30 years of not pumping it, and Jon did a wonderful job of doing the extra work it takes for such a large job. Jon did excellent work and left it clean and empty and ready to go. He also left me with aSuggestion for future work that would make the tank work better in the future. Im strongly considering going back to West Side Drain and Septic to have that work completed.

    I callled the night before at 8:30 pm,With a plugged sewer line, we also knew it was also time to have the septic tank cleaned. Doug answered the call and was out the next morning at 7:30, he cleaned the tank assisted with clearing the plugged main line from the house to the tank, took some photos of the cleaned out tank, and we are back up and running in like 2 hrs. Very nice guy, with good advice. I recommend him/their company to anyone in need of septic tank work. Thankyou

I had an urgent septic issue, their crew had a window to where they could move up their ETA, they called and I was pleased to find out they could come sooner and the fact they communicated with me. Jon and Brad were challenged with getting access to our tank due to its location but they tackled the job with enthusiasm.     Greg got right to work to solve our problem, and he was careful to check that he had identified the right issue, double checked the pump to assure that it was still working properly. He was very fast, too. The whole job took just a couple hours. I will use their services again. They are honest and do everything that needs to be done.

    What can I say? When I called West Side Drain I was able to speak to a person. I was quickly transferred to someone who scheduled an appointment the same day. They were delayed by a an unexpectedly arduous job prior to our appointment but kept me informed the entire time. Honestly, I was worried theyd have work in the dark but apparently they were up to the task and this was not problematic. The technicians were polite, provided a clear assessment as well as how the problem was solved. The charge was more than reasonable.Should I be asked for a referral for drain service, my answer: West Side Drain and Septic.

    Excellent service. Was able to do work 3 days after called in problem. Scoped and pressure washed the old cast iron drain to the clogged line and almost to the septic. Removed junk that was clogging drain. Made recommendation to replace 75 year old pipe. Marked the ground where pipe went and also depth. $$$

    Amazing service! I called them on a Sunday (after calling a half a dozen others) and they answered and were very helpful!     I was very impressed with the level of service I received in hiring West Side Drain to clear out a clogged rain drain on my property. I got an appointment within the same week I called and the person I spoke with seemed very knowledgeable over the phone.     Everyone I spoke with from this company was very helpful. Greg unclogged our septic inlet pipe and cleaned out the inlet tank baffle that allowed our drains to back up into our basement shower and toilet. I probably could have unclogged the pipe with a rented auger but would not have seen that our inlet pipe had settled creating a low spot for debris to sit in helping start the next clog. After having this happen twice since being in our house, I am very thankful that he was able to use a camera to inspect the pipe and make suggestions for remedying the problem long term.     My septic was full last night at 6pm. i called west side drain at that time and they scheduled someone to pump the next day. They texted letting me know they could come 2 hours early which was great. They pumped the tank very fast but the pipe was blocked so they had to clean and spray to fix that which they did very quickly. It cost $600 to pump the septic tank and $290 to fix and clean the blocked pipe. Cost was what i expected. Id definitely use them again.

Other than that, the guy who did the pumping was great, and everything else about the transaction was great. Just more expensive than others. I paid $310 to pump last time (2018), and today was $565.

    Ronny showed up on time and texted me prior to arrival. I ended up having a broken pipe and it was beyond their current scope of work. Very honest hard working type of company, only charged me a minimum for a service call since they could not help me.

    West Side Drain came on time to my property in Mountaindale, right on time, and even sent a text, as to when they left Gaston. The located the septic tank quickly with a tracker and sensor. Really cool. Then they quickly emptied the tank! Great value!

It is nearly impossible to find folks who are so responsive, professional, friendly, and accomodating in any field of work these days.During the sale of our house we found out that we had unknowingly built beautiful concrete steps over the opening of our septic opening , preventing both the pumping and inspecrtion of the tank. We needed help fast to stay on track for closing and being the week of Thanksgiving during a pandemic we had little hope.West Side Drain and Septic not only answered the phone when we called but they sent out a crew the same day to verify our mistake and then came back the very next day after we had demod the concrete.From the first phone call to the onsite visit and subsoquent service and report, the entire crew restored our faith in humanity and whats left of 2020.We couldnt have asked for more caring and knowledgeable people with fair pricing and speedy execution.     Jon and Rick did an excellent job pumping the septic tanks after it was full. They helped me diagnose the problem, found that the sewage ejector pump had failed and found that I have two tanks!Very helpful and knowledgeable!I highly recommend West side Drain and Septic!

    Our system was backed up into the house, we called several places and were told no appointments for several days. These guys squeezed us in same day. Justin was awesome he got here after dinner, tank was full to the top. Got it emptied and cleaned out but found drain field was clogged. Justin needed different truck to blow it out. It was getting late so we said he could come back next day. He was here at 6am. Got it all taken care of and went over how things work, what to and not to run down drains. I would highly recomend them. Out of 7 places they were the only one willing to fit us in. Justin was professional, helpful, and took extra time to go over it all with me.
