    The service was prompt, Carlos and his team respond the very next morning. Came in with booties on, a level of knowledge that clearly indicated they know what to do instantly, fixed the issue and now my wife is happy again lol.. thank you Carlos!!!! 10 out of 10 and highly recommended!!!

    My main breaker on my 200amp service would not turn back on after I shut it off to switch over to my mobile generator to make sure it was working properly which it was. When I went to switch back to live power the main breaker had male functioned and wouldn’t come back on. It happened to be 2pm on Friday Labor Day weekend. I call quite a few electricians and they were all gone for the weekend but for one who sent his crew over. I couldn’t have been happier to see them. It was the main breaker which they couldn’t find a new one at that time of day and also being a holiday weekend they were able to at least give me 100 amps to the panel and I was able to enjoy my holiday. They told me that they would get back to me on Tuesday with a couple options how to fix and first thing Tuesday Carlos the owner called with options and with no pressure whatsoever we decided to change the panel which went very well. His men were very professional and answered any questions that we had.I would highly recommend High Class electric out of Garwood.     Outstanding! Carlos is punctual, courteous, and professional. What more could you ask for?! Booking an appt was EASY. He was able to work with my schedule which is a huge plus. He diagnosed and repaired the issues I was having quickly and efficiently. He even took the time to look at a few other electrical things around the house that I want to address in the near future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    I am really happy with Carlos and his crew.They installed a portable power station or electric generator back up with 2 batteries in my house. It is important to have it for hurricane season. These electricians are specialists in this matter ( very few are). Price is reasonable!

    Not enough stars. Jimmy and Dave appeared on short notice, located the problem and fixed it within a half-hour. No drilling into finished walls, no poking holes in walls to view in-wall wiring conduits, no massive cleanup, just above-standard, high class, electrical expertise on short notice. The repair team had all the right tools, showed respect for us and our property, and exhibited superb customer service. THANK YOU HIGH CLASS ELECTRIC!!

    I am absolutely pleased with the quality of work and professionalism exhibited by High Class Electric. Carlos and his dynamic duo, Jimmy and Dave, were on time, respectful and experts. Jimmy and Dave arrived on time for work. They were friendly, clear and kept me involved throughout the entire day. At the end of the day, they cleaned up beautifully. Payment is a cinch with their automated systems. The price for the quality of work is stellar. I would absolutely work with High Class Electric again.     Exceptional work! Extremely professional team! Arrived on time and completed job ahead of schedule. The team goes above and beyond. Had a new electric panel installed in a cramped dark area. The team installed a new outlet and placed a small light in area. This was not a part of their contract, but they did this to better facilitate the task of replacing electric panel.This was done at no extra cost. Had four ceiling fans installed/replaced, They helped with coordination of fan size selection and room placement. I would highly recommend High Class electric for any and all electrical work needed!

    The team at High Class Electric was amazing to deal with. I wanted to install a 30a outlet for temporary generator hook up and everything from the interaction with Carlos to provide a quote, to being flexible on the appointment time and a really positive install experience with Jimmy.     On the day of the 12 pm appointment Electrian Jim, called to say he can come to my house 90 minutes earlier, 10:30am,I agreed.He arrived, put booties on, & covered everything in my living room, he also had a small vacuum. He had to cut into my plaster ceiling to run wires across & down into a switch plate on a wall. Adding a dimmer switch.All this to get power to a new ceiling light fixture.He did a fantastic job with very little mess.He worked professionally & kept me informed to everything he did.He got done with that job early & was able to then replace a ceiling fan in my kitchen. When he was done, he clean up both areas & left at 4:30 pm. He was great !I would highly recommend using this service to anyone.John
