Old Oak Finish Carpentry did an incredible job installing crown molding and wainscoting in our dining room. Robert was very professional through and through from the very first contact for a quote to the time he left when the job was completed. Hes very knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. He was patient and helpful in answering questions. He presented us with design options and never rushed us to make decisions. He was a perfectionist during the execution ensuring that every cut was precise and meticulous with the tiniest of details. He communicated timely and made us aware of any changes to plans or schedule. Robert and Bob always showed up on time and kept their workspace tidy. We were very impressed with their work ethic and quality of work. We will definitely consider hiring Old Oak Finish Carpentry again. So much so that were already planning on their next project! Thank you Robert and Bob for the fantastic work youve done in our home.

I reached out to Robert to see if he’d be interested in building two wall to wall, floor to ceiling built-ins in a home my wife and I are remodeling. We needed a cavity for the TV and we’re quite particular on how the doors/drawers would look. Robert assessed the job and when we decided his price was reasonable for scope of work we hired him. I cannot say enough about Robert as a person or a professional. He was prompt, polite, always cleaned up and there were times we had to kick him out so he would go spend time with his family. His work ethic and attention to detail are second to none and we cannot be happier with the job he did. We’re so lucky he decided to take on a job with a long commute because I couldn’t imagine anyone else being able to pull this project off at such a high level!

Robert does great work with any job we have needed completed and is priced very well for the quality of work he does with each and every job. Robert is professional, clean and very detailed. He has done a full gut and remodel for our bathroom, removed a wall, replaced windows and doors and our kitchen remodel. He had also completed all of our trim work in our home and we will be calling him again to complete the trim work in our new home and everything else we will need to update.

Had Old Oak in my home for a week or so working on a paneled wall for my fireplace. Robert somehow knew exactly what I wanted without me having to give him very much detail. The finished product is absolutely stunning and we are currently collaborating on other upcoming projects here at my place. He is without a doubt the finest master wood craftsman I’ve ever seen.-J. Perfect!!!! I would hire him again and again- in fact we have. He is a perfectionist and did above and beyond. No wonder he won best wood worker in Ohio competition for interior finishing skills. We had no trim and he made it look like there always this perfect trim. I will find before but the white trim is the after. You won’t be disappointed

Could not be more impressed! Robert was responsive form our first inquiry, prompt with communication and professionalism in the proposal process. We received 3 quotes for our project and not only was Roberts in line with those he gave us the utmost confidence in his skills. He is very attentive to the customer and very accommodating with his timeline. Would recommend without hesitation. This is how customer service and quality work should always be executed. 5 Stars!!!
