    We purchased a new 3 panel sliding glass door with internal blinds from Homecraft. the door is great, what a difference it made. We had gotten several estimates for it and Homecraft was lower and quicker to deliver and install. the installers did an excellent job and left the place cleaner than when they started. we will definitely use Homecraft for any additional doors and windows.

    Homecraft recently replaced the roof on my home. Over the course of two brutally hot days, the crew did an amazing job removing two layers of shingles and making repairs to the plywood underneath. At the end of each day, the crew cleaned the yard and ran magnetic sweeps picking up the loose nails. Plywood for repairs was an additional cost and unfortunately due to the cost of lumber, it was higher than expected.What I didnt expect was the final cleaning after the installation crew had left. Great job.Homecraft was recommended to me by my neighbor and I would highly recommend them as well.Jeff B.

    We have just had windows and doors replaced in our home by Homecraft. I had work done by them many years ago and was very pleased with their pricing and install. I called them for this job and they again were reasonable in pricing ( with our other estimates) and professional in their presentation. They have been on point with all communication, service, install and follow up. The work crew that just finished today has been courteous, helpful, and easy to work with. Also they were very kind to our dog. They are experienced, knowledgeable, and thorough in their workmanship.     I hired Homecraft to replace my roof and I am very happy with the entire process. I got quotes from several reputable roofing companies and the prices were all similar, so it came down to which company was the most responsive, professional, and trustworthy - and that was Homecraft.Homecrafts crew was very respectful of my property and made sure to prep the area by moving anything that could possibly be damaged around the house and also meticulously cleaned up after themselves after they were done.Ive experienced a lot of other contractors that demand payment the second they finish the job without giving the customer the opportunity to do a walkthrough and ask questions, but Homecraft made sure I had the opportunity to inspect the work and wouldnt take the final payment until I was completely satisfied. When Elliot came by to do the walkthrough, he explained all the work that had been done, listened to my comments, and he was back with a crew within the hour to clean up the few minor spots I pointed out.Ill definitely use Homecraft again, and highly recommend them if youre looking for a quality and trustworthy company!

    After 23 years our windows in our home needed to be upgraded and replaced. After contacting three different window companies, my wife and I decided to go with Homecraft Inc. What sold us on Homecraft was a number of factors, its a local business, no sales pressure, and of course the quality of the window itself. Our estimator Michael didnt sugarcoat his opinion of our existing windows which I appreciated his honesty.Our window installer Walt was exceptional! We had our windows installed in three phases and Walt was the installer for all three installs. Never took a lunch break and worked straight through the entire day. You cannot go wrong with working with a local business. These national window companies just dont make the cut!

    Installation of a sliding patio door. Was scheduled for a Friday AM, Peter the installer showed up early and immediately went to work with his helper (whom did not identify himself). They worked efficiently, professionally and kept the work area tidy and clean as they worked. They had the old sliding door out in less than 45 minutes and the new door installed quickly after preparing the area.Peter reviewed a few finer points of the door after the installation was complete and after answering my questions departed.Overall, I am extremely happy and satisfied with the purchasing process and installation of our new Sliding Patio Door.

    I had several estimates from different window companies before choosing Homecraft. The person that came to our home was very professional and there was no high pressure to sign a contract compared to the other companies. The workers completed the entire job in just two days. They used traps and plastic to cover our rugs and furniture. They cleaned up after finishing. I would highly recommend using this company.

    From the start (estimate) to the finish (3 basement windows installed) - it was simple and easy to work with the team. The need for an estimate arose when I realized a pane had cracked in one of the windows and within 24 hours the team for an estimate was dispatched for an estimate. Then once the contract was signed a final measure (for accuracy) was done within a week so the team could order the correct windows. Scheduling with Mike was breeze and was upfront about it taking 1 1/2 days to install the basement windows. The installer (George) gets an A+++ from me for neatness from start to finish and is an absolute dream to work with. Inside and outside was well protected and taken care of like this was his house- he even vacuumed up the areas inside my house. The windows were installed amazingly for seal and fit. George was methodical in his installation (e.g. took his time and did it correct)! The windows they supply are well made and guaranteed too.Homecraft is a good team to work with from both quality of product, quality of installation, and customer service focused.Thank you for doing this (unexpected) project for me in 2024!!!PS. George even went an extra mile to make a minor fix on my storm that would not latch well when it closed. Well, he worked his magic in about 15 minutes to make the storm door latch properly (again). And my front door gets used as its how I go in/out to walk my dog, Matilda. Thank you for going that extra mile, too!!

    Homecraft did a really nice job. The color matched perfectly, install went smoothly, they left everything clean and nice. The door is an upgrade over our 80 year old existing door. No more air leaks with the new tight fit. The storm door was worth the additional cost. Overall pricing is competitive.

    I spotted Homecraft signs in my neighborhood and saw windows listed among their many remodeling projects. Since replacement windows was on my to-do list, I didn’t hesitate to contact them. Years ago, Homecraft installed 3 entry and 3 storm doors, and I was impressed with their workmanship and customer service. Needless to say, I am not disappointed. The project which included replacing all of my windows; construction of a shingled roof over the bay window; and replacing aluminum trim around each window was finished earlier than anticipated. The team of 4 installers arrived each day by 8:30 am and worked diligently and efficiently paying attention to detail. They took time to make sure my window treatments and furnishings were as they found them. They even cleaned up my property—interior and exterior. I highly recommend Homecraft. Their workmanship is outstanding, and you will be equally satisfied.

    Amazing experience from beginning to end. Replaced our front door and we are so happy with the results. Jim came out to review options, took measurements and placed the order.     I would recommend anyone looking to have windows,doors and siding work done to use homecrafters. From the Jim at booths Corners at the display booth. To Mike the salesman, Conrad the project manger, to the gentleman that checked the measurements, to the workers that did the work everone was professional. We had 4 windows in stalled, 2 stormdoors and a entry door and siding on second floor. The guys did more than we expected. We would used Homecrafters again.

    I called a couple of window/door companies. Homecraft wasnt the cheapest neither was it the most expensive. The rep Jim, did not try to sell me any additional services from what I wanted. He was respectful, on time and straight to the point. When I made a decision, I cant and Jim came back with paper work, explained how long it might take to get the door and took a deposit. A got a call a few weeks later (7) and scheduled a date for the install. Peter did the installation. We had to reschedule due to the weather. Peter gave me enough notice before he showed up, fixed my door, explained everything. Overall I had a positive experience and will be returning to this business.

    Overall, Homecraft did great with our complete window replacement and shutters. The workers took their time and worked hard even in the most challenging circumstances. Our only critique is regarding some of the caulking (cosmetic) and miscommunication about what equipment was supposed to be used to complete the job. Regardless, I would recommend Homecraft and use them again for future work.

    We purchased a replacement front door. The sales rep arrived at our house and well prepared. Homecraft uses technology very well. All of their products are on an ipad and we were able to build our own door changing variables and looks at every step. Only when we were satisfied with how we wanted our door to look and at what price, we placed the order. Several days later someone came out to get the final measurements. Remember, measure twice, cut once. We were kept informed all the way until the door was delivered and installed. It looks and functions great. Very good workmanship. The door was a bit pricy but you get what you pay for.

    In 2019, we had Homecraft do a large project of vinyl siding, gutters, and doors. They did an excellent job and in 2022 we did not hesitate to contact them again for replacement of all the old windows in our house. This large window replacement project was just completed and we couldn’t be happier with the results.     We recently had Homecraft replace three windows for us. They had replaced our roof 8-10 years ago as well. We had a great experience both times we used them. They came out for our initial consult quickly and provided a proposal immediately. Upon acceptance of the proposal they called and arranged for someone to come out and do an exact measurement for the windows. Both appointments were on time and both gentlemen were extremely professional and friendly.This past week we were contacted to schedule our installation and the installers were here on time and did the work in a professional manner.     My old entryway door, sidelights, and transom window were removed and replaced with a new better quality door with privacy glass sidelights. The previous overhead transom was eliminated by installing a taller door. The complete job was done very professionally by the installer including aluminum capping all the wood trim to make the outside of the whole door frame low maintenance . The installer meticulously trimmed the whole unit and then cleaned up the excess materials and trash. This is the second door installation I have had with Homecraft this year. Earlier, I had a new patio door replaced as well. Both times, the installation has been excellent. I high recommend this company.

    A long overdue review, but I wanted to take time to thank the HomeCraft team for the patient and detailed work on our window replacement in October 2022. The install crew treated the project, home, and family with respect, and the so far we love the ProVia windows installed. Though not too cold this winter, the drafts are indeed gone, the home is truly much quieter, and the aesthetics from the finish work look great inside. With the wind in our location, the shutters (taken down during installation and reinstalled) look solidly in place as well, which (though expected), is a bonus - I had some concerns about it. From Sales to measurement, to install - this was the positive experience we expected. And, for potential buyers, I should mention - we used HC back in 2002 in another home and were pleasantly surprised to see many of the same faces in place. That says a lot for a window/door company. Price was competitive and fair for our 27 window replacement. Nice work to HC! ~ Marty S.

They replaced the trim, soffits patio door and took care of some rotting wood behind an area under the vinyl siding on my twin townhome.     Homecraft gave me a great price and were very professional. The roof crew arrived early and finished in one day. The office sent a special worker to scour the entire property for loose nails.     I had a very large window that was original to my house built in 1960. I finally decided to replace it when on an especially cold day, there was frost on the inside of the window. Homecraft was so easy to work with. For every appointment I had, they showed up on time and were completely professional. Dan, the window installer, removed my original window by himself (its a 10 ft window) and made sure that he cleaned up everything in my house. Once he got the window out, 5 guys showed up within minutes to help him put the new window in and they stayed until they were sure it was positioned correctly and stable. I couldnt be more happy with my window, inside and out, and Homecraft was incredible to work with. Ill be calling them for any future projects.

    Kevin arrived on time to replace the door between our back room and garage. He removed the old door and installed the new one. The quality of his work was evident. Instead of just spackling the the nails holes, he wiped off the spackle and used touch up paint to cover the spackle. Since the door is designed to be an entry door, the trim around the door in the garage was narrower than the original trim. He showed me the trim and said he would bend the aluminum cladding to cover the space so I wouldnt have to paint.He told me he appreciated working for Homecraft because they supported his craftmanship over speed.

    The Roofing Crew from Homecraft Inc. showed up early and got started right away stripping the old roof off. They took only about 1 hour to remove the old Roof. They came inside and put down drop cloths where the skylight were to be removed, and did a good cleaning up inside when finished. They replaced 3 4 by 8 Sheets of decking around the areas where the 2 new skylights were installed.. Installed the new GAF High-Definition roof Shingles. The also cleaned out the old Gutters front and back and installed gutter leaf guards. Removed and old TV Antena and installed a missing Aluminum cap on the back rake. They were finishedwith all the work and clean up on the first day before 2:00 PM Tuesday, On Wednesday a final clean up was done with a Magnet, rake, and a leaf blower.     We have only had positive dealings with Homecraft Inc. I’m so glad we decided to use them to replace our patio sliders and windows. We live in a townhouse community with specific color requirements, so the outside of the windows and doors are green, but our new, updated windows and doors now have beautiful white framing on the inside (instead of the horrible green color they were originally). The quality of the product and workmanship is outstanding. I honestly don’t think you can get better then this.     Excellent craftsmanship, Excellent Attitude by the Employees! Homecraft replaced 5 Andersen windows for us and we couldnt be happier with the results. They started on the day promised and finished a 1/2 day early. The finish and trim work performed both inside and outside is superb. They really took their time to make sure everything has done right! We still a few more windows to replace and we know will will calling Homecraft back out for the work!

    On 3/18/20, Homecraft installed vinyl replacement windows on my porch. They did an excellent job removing the old windows and debris, installing the new windows and finishing off around the windows with aluminum siding.
