After 17 years of walking on uneven flagstone pathways my wife and I decided to have concrete sidewalks and sitting areas installed. Erik and his crew did an outstanding job working with us on the design. We changed things up more than once and they were all very patient and professional. I was worried about drainage but they installed a drainage system that works better than what we had before. In all they removed about 370 sq. ft. of old concrete and a few hundred pieces of flagstone then formed and poured about 1000 sq. ft. of new concrete. We will have them back to add more to the other side of the house.

Erik and his team were absolutely amazing! I called him on a very long shot to see if he could come install an above ground pool for me. He came out, gave me a quote, and it was completed in a matter of a couple days. I HIGHLY recommend him for any outdoor/exterior projects. He even gave me ideas on building an inground pool, which I will eventually take him up on.He is very professional, priced competitively and is local to Garland. We were referred to EAV Construction and Erik through Integrity Pools. We had a plumbing leak under the deck to our pool as well as tree roots that were pushing the deck up. We have limited access to our pool, so the deck had to be jack hammered out, then wheelbarrowed to the curb. The work crew led by Eriks dad was very careful not to damage anything. It took them a whole day to remove a multitude of tree roots using axes and shovels, before they could pour the new deck which they had to wheelbarrow from the street to the backyard. Also, we had a new short moss rock retaining wall added and tied into our existing moss rock waterfall, and it looks great.Erik was here every day. He helped us layout the new deck and pick a color. The new deck turned out great thanks to Erik and his dads work crew. Erik watered our new deck every morning. The color and deck finish is perfect and we are very happy.We cannot say enough good things about Erik, the crew and his subs. They were outstanding from the beginning to the end. We recommend EAV Construction.

We were connected with EAV Construction through Integrity Pools, as part of our pool decking and patio remodel. Erik from EAV is incredible, super responsive, and really cared to make sure we understood the scope of the work we were having done. Our old decking and patio was cracked and crumbling, plus uncomfortable to walk on. Now we have brand new concrete that has us well on our way to creating the backyard oasis of our dreams.Erik helped us choose pattern and color for our concrete and we are thrilled with the final outcome. We have had the pleasure of working with Erik for the last 3 months on a major pool and deck renovation, a concrete patio and pad for sport court renovation, and the replacement of the front walkway and sidewalk. Erik and/or his father were there almost every day supervising the work and making sure his workers and subs made everything perfect. His prices were fair and more competitive than his peers. He went above and beyond our expectations!

American Pool Construction completely rebuilt my outdated pool deck that was cracked and worn down. They were on time, courteous, and within a little over a week had finished demolition of my existing concrete deck, removed the debris , reinforced the footing and poured new concrete. They were efficient and hard working. I am very satisfied with the finished product and would recommend them to anyone.

I hired EAV Construction to replace the decking and enlarge it on our 45 year old pool. From start to finish, Eric, the project manager, was in constant communication. The work was done on time and the entire team worked tirelessly and were extremely conscientious. They even added drainage to ensure there would be no water puddling. The pool deck turned out amazing. They also were able to dye the concrete a warm wheat color so that it would blend better with the coping and pool decor. I cannot say enough good things about this company except, “Hire Them”. You will not be disappointed.
