    Wilco completed an extensive and complex roof removal and full new roof install on a rental property. They also installed attic insulation.It was not an easy job however they coordinated around our tenants unique work and sleep schedule and completed the job ahead of schedule and with minimal disruption. They even advised on colors for shingles and trim. No one can tell this was not the way the roof was originally designed. It looks gorgeous! We are impressed with their responsiveness and professionalismHighly recommend Wilco for all your roofing needs.

    This was my first time to use Wilco contractors services. I am truly impressed and grateful for their professional services and how quickly the job was done. I had some shingles that had blown off my roof and had a leak coming into my home. They came out immediately found the problem. I thought they were coming over to do the work after two days passed but he came to collect for the job already done. It rained and no more leaks. Truly impressed with this company and if needed, I definitely will use their services again.

    Aj worked hard to get what we needed from our insurance company after they gave us the run around for weeks. He was able to get them to pay for the damage that they were responsible for but were neglected. He repaired our entire downstairs and part of our upstairs in a timely manner and it look amazing. Fast, affordable, and friendly. Will definitely call him again.

    We had contacted our insurance company regarding a leak in our roof and they referred us to Wilco. They were prompt, professional and effecient. We were especially impressed with the timely way they handled the project. They worked daily until the project was finished.     Wilco Contractors was truly amazing! They handled every detail and stayed on top of my roofing project. They addressed things that I didnt even notice to ensure I would be satisfied long term. They were prompt and when there was a delay due to my insurance adjuster, they kept me informed. The work they completed was so good that I contracted them to do some additional work which was completed on time, within budget and high quality. When Im ready to complete future projects to my home, I will definitely be contacting Wilco Contractors.

    They did my roof installation in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic (summer 2020). They were very professional and the process went very smoothly. They worked with my insurance to get me the best at no additional cost to me. They even sent the necessary information to my homeowner’s insurance agent and I received a pretty nice check since my new roof decreased my premium. Will definitely refer them to friends and family.

    Its so incredibly refreshing to deal with a contractor that does what they say they are going to do. AJ came to my home and laid it all out where I could understand the process of installing my new roof. No surprises! His entire team was professional, prompt and attentive to that which we considered special care items like our hydrangeas around the house.     My property was damaged during the October tornado that hit North Dallas. Having never been in such a situation I had no idea what to do - it was crazy! Luckily Wilco was out assessing my neighbors damage and I asked if there may be time to take a look at my property. My neighbors highly recommended them. They were able to take a look that day and provided a very detailed summary of what they identified and suggested they be present when the insurance does a walk though to ensure nothing was missed. From that moment on I did not need to deal with the insurance company and AJ kept me updated on everything that was being completed and the timeframe. I had the entire roof replaced, internal and external painting as well as other repairs. Everything was completed at the highest of quality and on schedule. I appreciate everything that Wilco provided and would no doubt recommend to anyone!Thank you Wilco!

    AJ and his team were incredible. They were on time, extremely detailed and efficient. In one day they tore off three layers of composition roofing, repaired damaged decking, cut new ridge vents and reroofed the entire home. This crew ran like well-oiled machinery without a moment or movement wasted. A crew leader was on site at all times and every concern was immediately addressed. A leaking skylight two months later was immediately corrected and sealed with only one phone call. I highly recommend Wilco Contractors. AJ is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. His customer service and communication is top notch. AJ handled all of my insurance claim and answered all my questions. He is both personable and professional. Very pleased.

    I cannot recommend Wilco Contractors enough. Let me start with the A+ customer service. This team was extremely professional, honest, friendly and very thorough. The communication was above and beyond exceptional. We were made aware up front of the pricing, the timeline for work to be done, what to expect while the work was done and upon completion. Everything was explained before during and after the work was complete . The work was supervised the entire time and our safety was always top priority during the process. If I had questions, a team member was always available or reached out to me in a short period of time. I can go on. I HIGHLY recommend this company and am so grateful for such a seamless and pleasant experience.
