    Eric, Nelson, and the entire team at San Miguel Painting did such an amazing job. This was the first time we have had work done on our home and Eric made sure that he understood all of our concerns and that everything was completed perfectly. The team was professional and thorough and went above and beyond my expectations. They took a lot of time to make sure that all of our furniture was covered in plastic, moldings taped off, and paper on the floor; they even vacuumed and wiped the floors clean before they left.     Eric and team at San Miguel Painting have been awesome to work with through several stressful home wall and painting repairs due to a roof leak, then a gas leak and then a pipe leak.     I was referred to San Miguel Paining by The Brothers Who Just Do Gutters for a fascia install and they nailed it! The install crew was able to install and paint a new fascia onto exposed rafter tails on my 110 year old bungalow, which doesnt have a completely straight roof line, while maintaining the historic look of the structure. Everything from setting appointments, to reviewing and paying invoices, and communication was fast and easy. Im a very picky homeowner and get nervous when work is done on my old house, but San Miguel put my mind at ease. I will definitely be keeping their contact information for additional painting and light carpentry work that will inevitably be needed in the near future.

I was happy with the work, so had them give me an estimate for painting the outside of the house.     I used San Miguel for extensive work in my home. After 5 yrs in the house it needed some work and repair. They made an comprehensive list with me of all that needed to be done and executed each task beautifully. Several colors on walls and trim needed to be color matched, which they did perfectly. All repairs were done as if there was never anything to be repaired! I added some things along the way and they were happy to accommodate. The crew was so very nice and professional and never a bother to have in my home.I would most assuredly use them again and happily pay them over any other painting companies I’ve used!

From the initial call to the meeting in my home I felt comfortable that he could see my vision of transforming my family room , dining and entry way .
