There aren’t enough superlatives to describe Arlo!! He is totally the Key for these two Seniors being able to age in place. He has maintained our generator for years (solving problems, not just routine maintenance). He has updated electrical systems, installed the wiring our computer and tv network, and installed and repaired our Ring floodlight. But his very best projects have been his fabulous lighting systems in almost every room of our house—TV room, dining and living rooms, kitchen, entryway and two bedrooms. And our very favorite Arlo creations are the two reading lights over our bed. Arlo is terrific to work with, friendly reliable, honest and easy to contact. If you have to wait to get on his schedule, it is SO worth it. And he is quick to respond to emergency situations. We are truly grateful for Arlo. 😊 (And I am not his Mom!!)

I had an electrical issue and lost power to my fish tanks. I checked the fuse panel and everything looked ok, so I contacted Richmond Power and made an appointment. He contacted me when he was on his way, and arrived shortly afterwards. He identified the problem and quickly, and power was restored. He provides good service, knows what he is doing, and the rates were reasonable. I recommend Richmond Power!

In a world where contractors get a bad name for over charging and under delivering. I happy to say that Arlo will restore your faith.. we installed a pool in our back yard over the summer and the schedule got hammered by rain and delays. Arlo was not only extremely patient but when it as time for him to do his part he knocked it out of park. The additional power hooks for my patio and pool are exactly what he promised for the price he quoted. Thanks Arlo

Arlo is amazing! We had a very bad contractor that took off with ALOT of money and demolished our house ! We had a huge lawsuit and still trying to collect on funds. Arlo came in and made our house safe after the bad contractor messed with our electrical panel and wires throughout our house. He worked late to make sure our house was safe again. He is great at communicating with us to make sure we were taken care of! Thank you so much Arlo for everything you did for our family! We appreciate everything you did!

Cannot say enough good things about Arlo Richmond and Richmond Power. Prior to calling Arlo, I went with the best Google reviews, which , as I discovered, also meant estimates that were WAY beyond what I believed to be fair for the work that I wanted done. I guess those fancy company vehicles aren’t going to pay for themselves!!Through an acquaintance, I was introduced to Arlo. From initial phone contact to when the work was completed, he was a consummate professional. Showed up when he said he would, worked all day, and finished project was no doubt better than had I gone with the other contractor. All for about half of what the other contractor quoted me.Without any hesitation, I would recommend him to anyone. Quality workmanship done to code for a fair price, can’t ask for more than that!!
