I called Kokernak to look at my Winco electric generator which was not working when I bought this house earlier this year. The seller told me it hadnt worked in years and would need to be replaced.Tony the owner of Kokernak came to my house 3 days after I called. He methodically checked out the generator and electrical systems. After replaced 3 damaged parts he got me up and running. He was on time, courteous, answered all my questions , and knew what he was doing.Very happy with their service. The price was also reasonable for about 2 hours of work.

We have have our generator serviced multiple times and are always very happy. After our last service our generator would not start ( now I know it was due to the temperature) and Cameron came out right away to take a look and make sure we were set for the storm that is due to hit. We are thankful to have them servicing our equipment.

Tony was very personable on the phone and answered all our questions. His son, Cameron and assistant, Phil, was very professional and courteous. Rates are reasonable and they answered all our concerns and questions. Thank you.
