    We trusted M-Jay Builders on many different projects over the past ten or so years, from small jobs replacing a window and a skylight, to major stucco remediation work, cedar roofing, and everything in between. M-Jays work on each project each project has been awesome. Merv is willing to tackle the biggest challenges and maintains flexibility throughout the process. Merv and his crews are a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them!

    M. Jay Builders, Inc built from the ground up a 900 sq. ft. home which was an addition to our home for my brother in law, a Disabled Veteran. The home is 100% ADA compliant and was subject to several mechanical, electrical and material inspections by local authorities and the Veterans Administration. All inspections passed without incident. The craftmanship and professionalism of the the workforce were of very high standards. One of our disabled Veterans is now living comfortably and safely in his home built by M. Jay Builders. We are completely satisfied.

    We had one of our best experiences with M. Jay Builders, Inc. The quality of work was outstanding as was the crew who delivered such good work. The management of our project was excellent thanks to our head of operations, Merv Beiler. Communication was ongoing from start to finish, beginning with the building plan, ordering/delivery of materials, work schedule, and clean-up. There was consistent organization of all participants every step of the way. We could not have been more satisfied. I would recommend M.     MJay did an excellent job with our exterior renovation. Merv brought creativity and insight to our design.     Working with the team at MJay was the best decision we made when planning our 2nd story addition. The pre construction team was very responsive and provided us many options for materials and finishes. The construction crew was on time, on schedule, and stuck to our target budget.     M. Jay Builders was very responsive and professional. They came out quickly to provide an estimate. While they were busy with other projects, they provided an accurate schedule of when they could start ours. We were incredibly impressed by the crews efficient repair and replacement--this winter, in very cold and sometimes snowy conditions--of our failing shingle and flat roofs. The results look great. The new roofing matches the aesthetics of our centenarian home, and it has stopped the leaking and water damage that had been occurring when we moved in last year.
