    With my newly installed shed site pad, the work was performed with detail and structural integrity every step of the way. On site, Jesse and his team worked professionally and efficiently, and they very politely took the time to answer any questions I had. Phone conversations with other employees including Ed and Sam were met with the utmost respect and professionalism. They scheduled my job at my convenience as I had preferred to wait a few weeks before starting the project. On construction site day, the crew arrived on schedule and worked extremely hard to finish the job with efficiency and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the job upon completion. I would, and definitely will, recommend Site Prep to anyone. Thank you again for such quality work! Five stars!

    A Seamless Site Prep ExperienceI needed a foundation for atool shed and knew next to nothing. I was impressed with how easy it was to find Site Prep with a quick Google search. It was helpful to review their web site which made it readily apparent they are the one for the job. From initial contact to the final installation, communication was excellent. The team was professional and efficient, and the pea gravel foundation for my 8x7 tool shed is exactly what I needed. I highly recommend their services.

    Both Elmer and Moor arrived promptly as promised. They were extremely polite and began working immediately. They worked throughout the entire day, not even taking a break. They were very particular on the job they were doing. They were super clean and very concerned about not causing any damage to the existing lawn. Other than some tire marks on the grass from the machines that you wont even see when the grass grows in the spring, you wouldnt even know that they had machines in the lawn. The finished product is extremely well built, the craftsmanship is great and it looks amazing! I have no concerns about putting my new garage on this pad. I would recommend Site Prep to anyone looking for a shed/garage pad. Great job!!!

    We called site prep because we were having an incredible amount of difficulty finding someone to put a pad down for our mobile cabin.     I needed this gravel pad ASAP, so I read a few reviews and watch some videos on Site Prep website and I had to call them . Told them what I needed .Mike D ( sales mgr) contact me via email with a quote and a date that didnā€™t work for me . I told Mike I had a deadline . Mike reached out to his crew to check there schedule. Mike contact me the next day with the best news every, they were able to schedule me the following week. I couldnā€™t thank him enough for making that happen for me John and Samuel showed up on time which is an A+ and work hard from beginning to end. John was very professional ,knowledgeable , well mannered and polite . John pointed out the roots and the area needed to be leveled. John told me with confidence they could get the job done despite the set backs and they absolutely did just that. I am very satisfied and I will recommend this company any day.

    Team came exactly when they said they would. They cleared out years of old rock and debris, including a fossilized dead animal that had been under our old shed! They worked quickly and were done before I had to go to work. The site looks great and is ready for our new shed.

    I hired Site Prep to install a 14 x 20 gravel shed pad with pressure-treated lumber perimeter. I chose this company because it is what they specialize in, and the detailed description of their product, process and materials they use listed on their website. There is a great video showing how they install their gravel shed pads on their website as well. They also have a 30-day 100% satisfaction gaurantee or your money back. Everyone I dealt with at Site Prep, from Ed in sales, Sam the project manager, and AJ and Marcus who came to install the pad were such a pleasure to work with. They were extremely nice, professional, and went out of their way to make me feel like an important customer. The final product turned out absolutely amazing. AJ and Marcus listened to exactly what I was looking for and made sure they were building the pad just how I envisioned it. Ive dealt with many contractors in the past, but Site Prep and their team are hands down the best. Look no further for your shed pad installer, you found them with Site Prep!

    Jay and crew arrived on time and were very friendly and organized. They off loaded we talked about where the 12 X 12 Shed Pad would be placed 5 ft off of my fences in the corner and off they went. I was surprised how fast they were; it only took them maybe 3 hours to complete the job. I went out and checked for level and it was perfect.     I purchased a shed from Stoltzfus Structures and liked that the gravel stone foundation could be subcontracted directly with Site Preparations, LLC. Letting them both coordinate the foundation being completed prior to the shed delivery. I looked up Site Preparations on the internet and was impressed with their reviews and how wide spread an area they do their work.Sam Blank reached out to set a date for the shed foundation installation. Site Prepā€™s Jay and his associate arrived on time and we discussed the location for the shed foundation. Jay laid out the exact location and confirmed that it was satisfactory with me.     The installation crew-Jay, Jesus and Stephen arrived right on time. They surveyed the site, asked pertaining details, shared their plans for the day and commenced work. The end result of their work of the day was an absolute solid. Folks, these are consummate professionals with genuine care for the project they do and the customer that hires them. One could easily tell it is a high quality job done with great attention to detail, with precision, and adjustment needed for the specific circumstance. The project was a 14 by 18 gravel pad/foundation and was done probably within 3-4 hrs. It looks amazing and ready for the shed to be installed. I am a happy client and I would like to express my thanks to the crew that did an outstanding job. Look, if you are looking for the best professionals to do a gravel foundation for a shed, search no more. Youā€™ve found them. Hire them and call it a day.Initially I was recommended Site Prep by a customer who used them; looking at their immense and stellar reviews by former clients online; and seeing the media information they provide on how they do it, I was sold. I had to let go of two other companies that I was initially considering which were suggested by the shed company. I am happy that I did.     Site Prep completed an insulated concrete pad 4ā€ above grade for a garden shed. Elmer and his crew arrived early in the morning and worked over two days. They were open to questions, very courteous and worked well as a team. They cleaned up the site at the end of each day. We are very pleased with our concrete pad and with their extra effort to grade the ground around the pad. We recommend them without hesitation.

    Site Preparations came to prepare a spot for a backyard shed delivery. Our ground wasnā€™t level enough for the basic preparation offered so the job was contracted to Ben and his crew of Dave and Ivan. Ben gave a call to let me know when he was 20 minutes out so we would be ready for their arrival. Ben was friendly and easy to communicate with. The men were efficient and completed the work in a timely manner. They had some extra dirt and Ben worked with us to find a spot on our property to fill. At the end he even broomed off the driveway area to clean things up. Highly recommend this company!

    Experience was exceptional. I had both the old shed demolished and rock foundation placed for up coming replacement shed. Site was cleared of debris. Ground was measured and leveled. Support tenders secured, roots cleared. Ground cover laid out Rocks were leveled into box. This will secure new shed. Leveled rocks will ensure sheds stability.

    These folks were top notch at every step of the process. The estimate was reasonable in comparison to other companies that looked at the job. They didnt try to oversell me like a few of the other companies did. Their price was very fair for the amount of work needed. Everyone at every part of the process from my initial phone call to my final interaction with the site crew making sure I was happy with the work was excellent.On the day of install, Gideon and Josh called when they were nearby to let me know they were about 20 minutes away. They listened to my concerns about protecting a bush that was very close to the area theyd be working. They offered helpful suggestions when I had a decision point. Most importantly, they were respectful of me, my yard and my neighbors.These guys are not novices. They knew what they were doing, got to work and didnt cut corners.     Site Prep was absolutely fantastic. We have been doing a lot of work in our home recently with some pretty questionable contractors so it was a breath of fresh air when Site Prep showed up! This charge was for the materials for the off level measurement.I do not believe that this is a good customer practice. It leaves the customer blind sided. All charges should be up front.

They were polite and respectful of our property and Jonas even apologized about the mud that was created by their equipment, which wasnt his fault because that side of the yard has the rain run off from the road.     Huge shout out to Site Preparations, LLC in Gap, PA. They did an incredible job preparing the site for our new Black Bear Sheds ā€œStudio Shedā€ coming in a few months. Elmer and Mark did an awesome job [*as did Dave, who came by later in the afternoon with the replacement track and lent a hand off-loading stone]. Elmer called 10 minutes before arriving to confirm the job. Upon arriving, they immediately got to work. They faced a few unforeseen challenges from a massively out of level site 18+ inches, unexpected large roots, a broken machine track, and a run for a bit more stone. And, they did not flinch and got the job done without issue. I am incredibly impressed with the complete professionalism of the entire organization and the project management from start to finish. I would very strongly recommend Site Preperations to anyone in need of their services.

    My experience with Site Prep was a very great experience. They were very responsive even when I kept changing the size of the pad I wanted. The day they came to do the pad they called to say they would be here in 15 minutes and they were. They talked through what I wanted and laid it out and showed me before they began. They completed the 18x14 pad in a little over two hours. They did an amazing job and I would recommend them to everyone.

The materials are high quality and the price of the job is very good. I have a small yard, but they had the equipment and skill to maneuver around to where the pad needed to go.Iā€™m very glad I didnā€™t cut corners and try to do the site prep myself. Do yourself a favor - let Site Preparations, LLC do the work. It took about two and a half hours from the time they arrived until they were packed up and drove away.     My experience with Site Prep was great. I received an estimate for a shed foundation within 15 minutes of my initial phone call. The cost was comparable to me purchasing all the materials, renting a machine for a day, and probably double the labor hours of attempting the work myself (without the experience). Once I agreed to the estimate and scheduled a date, the crew was on site bright and early and on time. The end result was a level and solid shed foundation within a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend them.

    These guys came all the way out from Pennsylvania to put down a stone foundation for our shed in Arlington. They were super courteous, did a great job and had it done in a couple of hours at a reasonable price. You couldnt pay me to drive a truck down those steep Pennsylvania hills on the Lincoln highway, I guess they I do it every day so its no big deal for them. The thing is this is all they do, so dont ask them to do a driveway or other cement work if its not a foundation for a shed or building. If I need one again Ill know who to call.

    Site Prep did an amazing job building a level ten by twelve foot foundation into a slight hill for my greenhouse. They understood that I was building over existing fig tree plants and took special care to protect them. They were great at communicating arrival time, included my input into the project and consulted with me on measurements, site location and removing obstructions (big rocks).
