They were absolutely top-notch! From the first phone call, taken by an answering service, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the excellent service. After responding to my request, they scheduled an appointment- communication was excellent. They showed up well on time for the job, with advance notice when they were approaching. They paid attention to what we wanted, gave opinions when asked, and were persistent in trouble-shooting when an unexpected problem occurred with existing equipment. They are probably the best business I have dealt with in any field, and I highly recommend them!

I had water dripping out of my basement breaker box during the last major storm. I called Tommys Electric following morning to see if someone can come look. Joe was able to stop by and give me an assessment/quote that afternoon; but he found the solution to be something as simple as a bolt needing to be tighten on the outdoor meter. He did it right than and there; and Alex came the next day to add a sealant to ensure no more water will enter.It is very hard to find honesty during these current times and these guys are willing to help/work with you. I will defintely be using Tommys Electric for any unforseeable electrical issues.

Called Tommy’s Electric to perform a home safety inspection for us since we just recently moved in to our house. I called, left a message and the response time was super! I was able to schedule an appointment without a long wait time. Joe came out to inspect everything, and he was exactly on time ( no 3 hour wait window or anything). Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He really took his time and was more than thorough - checking every outlet, wire, switch- even the doorbells and fire alarms. We had some specific concerns and questions about some new electrical additions - he listened carefully and answered every question ( I had a lot!). Prices are very reasonable and well worth it for the services provided. We will absolutely be using Tommy’s Electric services for future electrical needs. I highly recommend them!

After storm damage allowed water to run down the conduit and enter the breaker box, I had an insurance claim and had originally contracted with a different electrician. By the time that claim was approved, that electrician retired, so I had to find someone else. After searching the internet, Tommys stood out to me immediately. They came out and finished the job very quickly and kept the price within the original quote the insurance company approved. Quality work, very professional and on time. After close to fifteen years of living in our home we decided to do some interior and exterior upgrades to our lighting fixtures. Tommy’s team handled the installation with ease !! The scope included rectangular chandelier, pendant lights and five exterior industrial style fixtures. In addition we added an outlet and one exterior fixture which required some engineering. . . both extras came with extreme professionalism and completion in minimal time. Our jacuzzi tub needed a new receptacle which was diagnosed quickly. Thanks so much to the team for all you handled for us !! Excellent job !!

My A/C was off-dead. My plumber recommended Tommy’s Electric. The repairman arrived almost to the minute that he was expected. He also gave me 2 heads-ups as to where he was, at the moment, and when he expected to arrive. He, very rapidly, diagnosed the problem and, fortunately, he had the required parts in his truck. At that point I had to leave and left the repairman in the good graces of my wife. When I returned home, the A/C was purring like a kitten. I was also very impressed with the final bill, which may sound hokey, but I found refreshingly fair and moderate . I would happily recommend this company , based on my personal observations. Tommys Electric Saved Thanksgiving!We needed a panel replacement on a rather urgent basis. After the work was done, we noticed continuing issues, so we got in touch. We were put on the schedule for the same day and thanks to Tommys diagnostic skills, we learned that the new panel install had actually uncovered another issue that would have been very difficult to see otherwise.Our new (old!) problem was fixed the same day, with clear concern for our safety and an understanding of the disruptions that electrical work can have in a household, especially when everyone is working and in school at home.Tommys has provided us top-notch and consistently friendly service on several occasions.
