    When I tell you that Jackie is a life saver…. My air went out 2 days ago and no one could come out until next week. I called arctic heating and cooling and they squeezed me in quickly. He had my air up and running in less than an hour. This man was truly a godsend. Fast friendly service and very fair pricing. 10/10 best service around.

    In an emergency situation with a very bad leak, this business responded in a timely fashion by phone ,scheduled a visit just as soon as possible, and did a marvelous job. The owner himself came and assessed my situation, was courteous, friendly and professionally brilliant. He charged me reasonably. Most of all his work was super and i have had no further difficulty. I recommend this Arctic Heating and Cooling (and in particular the owner) as hard working, prompt, knowledgeable, and above all trustworthy.

    They came out in ~30 minutes from the call to fix the A/C unit. Only took ~15 minutes to fix the unit and now our house is finally cooling down. Great experience!

    Our outside unit wasnt working and we called someone else the night before who said he would come out today. The other person never showed and finally called us after 8 to tell us he wouldnt be here. It was miserably hot in the house and with kids we just couldnt do another night with it being 85+ degrees in the house. So, we called Artic Heating & Cooling and he was out here within 45 minutes after hours!! He got it fixed within 20 minutes of being here and we couldnt be happier with his service! He was nice, quick, efficient, and affordable! Will be using his service from now on! Thank you so much!!

    Jack does tremendous work. He drove over 2 hours to install our new system and has been out a couple times for maintenance as well. He definitely goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. I highly recommend doing business with him.

    I texted Jack at 9pm at night when our ac completely stopped working. He came the next morning to check it and find out that my compressor completely broke. I needed a completely new unit. He got one overnighted and installed within 24hours. 10/10 quality service if you ask me.

    Just about got hit by one of their drivers. They literally went off to the side of the road to make it around us.Update: issue has been resolved and I can completely understand that this is not the companies fault but the employee who is no longer working for them. I appreciate the update and have redone my rating. Will definitely recommend to others and in the future call and let the company know of the situation by calling first.     Called point heating and cooling and they wanted to charge outrageous amount for a patch job and refill. Wouldnt be able get to it for day or two. Arctic came out same day and fixed it and beat their price out of the park$$$. Saved me bunch of money definitely recommend. Ill definitely use them next time for all my hvac.

    Arctic saved me $6500! I had another company come to my house and tell me that my whole system needed replaced at a price of $8000. I called Arctic for a 2nd opinion and they were able to get me going for $1500! If you need someone who knows what theyre doing and keeps the average persons budget in mind, make sure to call Jackie Glassburn and his crew at Arctic. Ill never deal with anyone else again.

    I am unable to review this company’s hvac services but I feel it necessary to praise the owners for another reason. My husband and I were traveling out of town and had the unfortunate experience of a flat tire. The owner and partner of this company very willingly assisted us in changing our tire with the utmost respect and kindness. We had never met them and will most likely never use their heating and cooling services since we live out of the area. But I can highly recommend them to anyone who might need these services since good people like these two gentlemen are rare. If they treat your heating and cooling issues like they treated us and our flat tire…you’ll be pleased and very satisfied…I’m certain. A very loud “shoutout” to Arctic Heating and Cooling.

    Called after 8p on a Tuesday, about a plumbing issue, he had it fixed by noon the NEXT day. In the middle of his busy season at his Deer Processing business, I might add. Very professional, great communication, and incredible prices. Highly recommend!

    At 8:30 PM on a Saturday evening, my husband and I was sure we were in for a few horrible days due to our AC unit needing repairs. Luckily, I found Arctic when I searched for a 24 hour HVAC Servicer. I called this company at 8:37 PM, and he IMMEDIATELY called me back. I didn’t even have a chance to leave a voicemail before his call came through! I explained our situation and he was at our house by 9:15 PM fixing our issue. We couldn’t believe we found someone willing to come help, but we are so thankful we did! Top notch service, incredibly knowledgeable and so willing to help us. If you need HVAC assistance I honestly wouldn’t call anyone else. We couldn’t be more appreciative and thankful to have found them.

    We had a problem with our AIr Conditioner on a Saturday. Called all kinds of places even 24 hour places. Arctic air was only person to reply he was out of town on a family trip said he would be there as soon as he got back to town.He got me back up and running and also helped me get a new unit when it was needed. They answer phone day or night.Does high quality work. He sometimes runs a little late but that is because he doesn’t rush one job to get to the next.Explains details well. Very professional and nice. Very easy to work with.Would definitely call again if we had a problem and I would definitely recommend him to others
