    Let’s start with, AMAZING!Our pursuit of building our dream and forever home was not taken lightly. We interviewed five different highly rated top contractors throughout the Nashville area. We both have worked in the real estate industry for greater than 20 years, and when the time came to build our custom home, a lot of effort was put fourth in finding the right builder that encompassed all components, such as; interior design, architectural design, structural design, spatial design, general contracting, as well other things that typically require the homeowner to manage independently. Pettis Builders is truly A one stop operation that made everything incredibly easy throughout The entire process of the build.The craftsmanship, the attention to detail, and most importantly, the relationship built between us, and their team was just simply incredible! If you’ve never built a custom home, or if this is your first time, you will greatly appreciate who these people are, and how they make you feel like family throughout the process. The stress levels can get high when doing something like this. This is not new to them, they truly made it a wonderful process. We have now been in the home for nearly a year. We wake up every day so thankful for this beautiful home, and that our choice was Pettis Builders . So much thanks to Trey, Chad, Stephanie, Zane, Pam, and all of the wonderful contractors that they brought together to build this beautiful home, that starts the final chapter of our life !!

    Pettis Builders is the best of the best. The great communication alone is worth choosing them to build your home, but that is just where it starts and it doesnt end until you get the keys to your new home and far beyond that. Trey is a talented builder with inventive style. Not only did Trey build my house but I contracted him to build my addition. You cant tell where the original house ends and the addition begins, seamless. He is not one to compromise style or quality for quantity. I cant say enough about Pettis Builders and employees.     My experience with working with Pettis Builders has been top notch. He has great ideas and is very honest. Personally, I have been involved in real estate deals with Trey Pettis and actually bought one of his personal custom built homes. My family enjoyed all the extra touches, millwork and finishes he thought through. He went above on things most builders wouldnt to make sure I was happy. As a Realtor, I have since led several clients who wish to build a custom home to Trey Pettis as well when they are considering high quality builders in our area they can trust.     Pettis Builders remodeled our back porch in Fairview Plantation and we couldnt have been happier. He added a roof, a gorgeous stone fireplace and finished out the ceiling with beautifully finished wood planks. His price was very fair. When we moved from Fairvue, we had Pettis remodel our new home. He built an addition for us that was flawless, additional cabinetry in our kitchen, designed and built an elaborate mantle over our fireplace and built a deck with a unique privacy wall and huge planter.     We built a million dollar plus home on the lake. We have heard horror stories about building a custom home, not our experience. They have followed thru with not only finishing the home but also making sure any issue that has popped up has been fixed. Our roof actually leaked just outside our ‘warrenty’ period and they got someone to fix it ASAP. We originally went with another company to build an the experience was not the same I’m glad we switch the Pettis. You get a more one on one family type of feel with the whole team.
