This is the second time RV III has done work for us. The first was a Full basement remodel. This time I had multiple projects including replacing trim and building a new door for our barn and remodel of a bathroom, plus several other small projects indoors. Remo is friendly, reliable and completes the job as requested. He works quickly and is willing to work with you and suggest options. I am so pleased with the basement project. Many people who have seen the result comment on the quality of the work. When I needed more work done, I did not hesitate to call Remo back. Completely trustworthy and fair pricing. I’d call him back for sure!

I wish there were more contractors out there like Remo. I immediately respected the fact that he is did what he said he would do and when (despite some hiccups on our part along the way). He has a positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent quality of work for an excellent price. Can’t ask for more- Take notes competitors! Honestly, the best contractor in Central New York and it and its not even close. I am a teacher in the Liverpool Central School District and we vetted several other big contractors in the Syracuse area. Remo, the owner of this small company, blew them all out of the water. His attention to detail and his work ethic is the best I have personally ever seen. He gutted our previous bathroom to the bones and designed and installed the most beautiful bathroom we could have ever imagined. New everything - HardieBacker cement board, new tub, new glass tile in the tub area, new hexagon tile on the floor, installed new plumbing, recessed lighting, new toilet, vanity, wainscoting, new fixtures, paint, etc. He was prompt, polite, trustworthy, knowledgeable - zero issues whatsoever. I dont normally write reviews.....but if you need a general contractor in the Central New York area, this is your guy. The gold standard of contractors for work in your house. A++

We needed a spare room studded and dry walled. Remo did a great job working in a tight space with some funky angles. He showed up when he said he would and gave clear timelines for the work. And he’s a good guy to boot. Will plan to use him again if we need any similar work done in the future.

Repaired cracks in foundation, sealed the basement walls. Installed gutters and fixed a header located in the basement. I was surprised at how thorough he was! Went above and beyond my expectations. Completed repairs ahead of time and cleaned up before he left. I will be using his services in the future!
