    Rock and Roller Painting team did an amazing job on my house interior painting, from provided the thorough intial quote to complete the work with great care of my house, Alex and his team seal the whole house with plastic protector, even wrapped the elevator, and they cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Rock and Rollers Painting company, they offer very reasonable cost with highest quality work, they even completed the job two days earlier.     Rock & Rollers Painting did a fabulous job on my 1 story house and garage. Worked with Alex in choosing paint colors and he put samples on my side wall to see what looked good. Was able to schedule the 4-5 day job quickly and work around one day of rain. The painters were great, very professional, super accommodating, and left everything neat and tidy each day. They arrived each day before the scheduled start time and waited patiently. When I came out, they greeted me and I was able to ask questions if I had any. They worked on the weekend also and completed it on time. They did a wonderful job of prepping, repairing stucco, sanding wood, patching wood, priming the whole house, and then painting it. Communication was superb. Love it and would highly recommend! A++++

    Alex came out and gave us a great explanation of stucco repair and painting process at our Moms home, we felt very comfortable with him . Mom is very happy with workmanship and extra happy that the crew spoke Spanish which made easier and comfortable for her, which was important to us.The crew did a fantastic job of matching old stucco pattern , all the prep work to painting !     Our house was in some serious need of help. The paint was cracked and peeling on the wood surfaces and there were hairline cracks in some areas of the stucco. Obviously, we had waited too long to get the house repainted. But, if youā€™re like me and you dread dealing with contractors, I kept putting it off after getting several quotes that were less than reassuring.Recently, another house in the neighborhood was being repainted by Rock & Rollers Painting and I watched their progress. I was impressed with the work and decided to check out their website and reviews. The website was very professionally done and informative and the reviews were really excellent. We decided to get a quote from Rock & Rollers Painting. It was the best decision weā€™ve made in a while.Alex, the owner, promptly met with us and patiently took the time to answer all our questions and go over the options. A detailed written quote quickly followed. Based on that and all the information and references Alex had provided in his friendly honest manner, we felt very comfortable going with his company.What an experience! Communication with Alex was prompt and thorough. The crew was at work each day promptly at 7:30. Along with painting, we also had repairs and a new coating of stucco applied to several walls. Their workmanship and attention to detail exceeded my expectations in every way. The last half hour of each day was spent doing a thorough clean up. They were skilled painters with years of experience working as employees for Rock & Rollers.When it was finished on schedule we were delighted with the results. With the painting, stucco repairs and refinished front door we had a beautiful reconditioned house!When the crew arrived that first day, the foreman told me, ā€œDonā€™t worry, we donā€™t do Mickey Mouse work.ā€ He was right!

    Alex was great to work with. We have had several reoccurring stucco cracks from our windows. Alex recommended drilling into the stucco to see if the wirelath was not connected that could be causing the stucco to crack. We did find a lot of corrosion and wirelath damage. His team did a great job repairing the damage and repainting the house. I would definitely recommend using this company.

    I reached out to 6 different companies for estimates on painting the exterior of our home. All 6 of them came highly recommended by people in our community through NextDoor and Facebook. Ours was a huge job given it hadnt been painted for 30 years. There was lots of power washing and sanding needed, birds nest that needed to be taken down, stucco cracks to repair, and wood that needed replaced. In addition, I was seeking a company that would take the time to really prepare the surfaces for the paint such that it lasts as long as possible. All the estimates were pretty similar but one stood out on the preparation front. They took extra care with the stucco repairs to ensure the cracks wouldnt reappear. They trenched around the home so that the paint would be below ground level. Everything that wasnt painted was carefully covered for protection. We had the same team every day and they showed up every morning when they said they would. The foreman had 28 years of experience which for sure raised our confidence. The owner Alex is great with communication and open to any and all questions you may send. He truly works to take care of his customers. Given the extra care to ready all the surfaces, it wasnt until 5 days into a 8 day project that they started to paint the final colors. We couldnt be happier that we chose Rock and Rollers Painting and many of our neighbors have expressed how impressed they were with how the job was done.     Alex is very personable and explained the process for exterior painting and stucco repair of major cracks. He also showed me the termite damage to my house trim and we discussed the issues with my rotted back patio overhang. Israel and Issac were meticulous in replacing and painting much of my wood trim (two stories) because it was in really bad condition. They took their time to ensure the wood was sanded, filled, or replaced as needed. They taped off everything as needed to prime and paint the trim and the stucco. They repaired major stucco cracks. My very large back patio overhang consisted of rotted plywood and rotted slats so they had to remove the plywood and replace it all with wood slats. They primed and painted the wood and replaced all of the wood. Now my 28 year old house and patio overhang look brand new. Iā€™m so glad I found Orange County Painting Company because they are reliable, professional, hardworking, meticulous and you can tell they do the work properly. I will recommend Orange County Painting Company to my neighbors and friends should they need help with beautifying their homes as they did an excellent job!

    Amazing work! Our house needed stucco repair and of course, painting. Alex was super attentive in getting us a fair estimate and Carlos and the crew tackled the project with great success. They fixed our stucco, our cracked paint chipped wood and primed the whole house before painting. We also had them install trim around the windows which look fabulous! Everything was done on schedule and they did a full clean up as promised. Great company!

    OC painting Company painted the exterior of my house. This is a company who does not take short cuts. Every step of the way was meticulously completed from prepping, taping off, protecting plants and walkways, plastic sheeting, patching and primer.     We were super impressed when owner Alex came to our home to do an estimate for painting and stucco repairs on the exterior of our home. He was very thorough in detailing all the work that his crew would do for us (without us having to ask). He offered the best price and left us with no question as to what we would get for that price. And his crew totally delivered on what was promised in our job proposal! They arrived on time (or early), cleaned up each day, worked magic on our stucco repairs and replicating patterns and textures perfectly. They made our 70 year old home look like new. And Alex was super helpful and prompt in helping us communicate our wishes with the crew during the work when we werent able to.     When I decided to paint the exterior of my house, I did my due diligence and asked 3 highly reviewed companies to come to my home to discuss the project and provide estimates. Rock & Rollers Painting was one of those companies.Estimates from all 3 companies were very close to each other, so surprisingly, price didnt even factor into the final decision.What DID factor into the decision were the conversations I had with all three company reps as we were discussing the scope of the project and decisions that we had to make.Alex is the owner of Rock & Rollers and all my interactions throughout the process--from bidding and project scoping to cutting the final check--were with him. It was clear he knew what he was doing and had plenty of experience; offering options to us (but never hard-selling) and providing his insights and perspectives when asked. Coupled with that experience is a professional demeaner and great communication skills. Hes an expert in painting projects, but its apparent his focus is on the customer and has polished project management skills. He was responsive and transparent throughout the process.Of course, as great as Alex was, it wouldnt mean much if his team wasnt talented. Thankfully the crew were as good at their job as Alex is at his. They showed up bright and early every morning (before 8am) to prep and then paint. I am extremely happy with the job they did and the time that they completed the project.I would absolutely recommend Rock & Rollers to friends and family. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommended!

    Rock & Rollers was recommended to me to help prep our home for gutter installation. Alex came to preview the work at our home, provided a detailed proposal and scheduled our job all in the matter of days.     Rock and Rollers Painting (previously Orange County Painting) is beyond amazing. From my first introduction to Alex, I was so impressed. Not only did he have a great attitude, but he also knew his trade. He put me at ease from the beginning, I knew if I hired his company that the exterior of my house was going to be painted well. I am very particular because I know if a paint job is going to last, the prep work has to be done properly! Oscar, Oscar, and Nester were all very professional and worked together beautifully. They taped everything off with precision, sanded all the eaves, filled all the cracks, sanded down all nails that had come through my eaves from my new roof, they power washed the entire house, stuccoed where there were problems, replaced the wood framing around my entry door, and primered everything before painting. Then they sprayed, rolled, and brushed the paint onto my house. I was blown away! They cleaned up every day and showed up first thing every morning until the job was complete. They were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were very reasonably priced, especially considering the quality of their work! They used a high quality paint that covered well. I would most definitely use them again and would recommend them to my dearest friends without hesitation.

    The house exterior had never been painted so we wanted to have it primed and then painted. Other companies who quoted for this project were mostly offering to put two coats of paint. However for Alex prime and then paint was the default approach. We had some caulking material on the stucco which other companies were not showing a whole lot of confidence in removing or on whether it would be seen through. Alex, was very confident on the approach to be taken, how it would turn out and delivered on it such that it met our expectations.While the project was ongoing there were some days when high Santa Ana winds blew or even rained. Work had to be rescheduled considering the forecast. In such situations Alex communicated in advance and always kept us up to date with regards to the schedule.There were a couple of concerns that we had during the course of the project and we brought it up with Alex. Alex, heard us out and had his team remedy our concerns.Overall having Alex and his team do this project has been a great experience, work was done really well, the final result was excellent and the price was reasonable too.

    We were in need to get our house painted and after several estimates, Rock & Rollers stand out from the crowd as the quote was reasonable with detail line items for the scope of work and the detail explanation of the painting process from Alex make me feel at ease to proceed.     Awesome experience! Quality work, great people.We have a wood exterior home that was long overdue for a fresh coat of new paint. The overall condition of our exterior was bad, including wood damage, paint peeling/chipping away, and badly faded.I did my research, identified six (6) paint contractors with high customer ratings for Yelp & Google. Each contractor came to inspect the home and submitted a quote. A friendly suggestion when going through this process - READ each quote carefully. Details matter, for example: spot sand & prime as needed vs. sand & prime the entire exterior surface. In addition, make sure the brand and type of paint is quoted, most quotes said they would use Dunn Edwards, but different quality paints (standard vs. premium).Rock and Rollers quote was the most competitive for pricing, as well as a comprehensive description of the process/service. Their quote offered a complete detail description of the process (sanding, power washing, patching, primer), using premium exterior paint.The crew that worked on our home was very professional, extremely efficient, and did a high-quality home. They spent alot of time prepping the home, ensuring the entire exterior was sanded, patched & repaired the damage wood, prime, and the paint job was high-quality and very clean.Extremely happy with the entire experience - from quote to the completed job. They performed the work exactly how they quoted it - high quality and very thorough. The house looks beautiful, and we have been asked by a few neighbors who painted our house.     After meeting with Alex I knew he was the painter for me. He came as a referral from our rain gutter guy which carries a lot of weight in my opinion.     Alex, Manny, and painting team were very professional and attentive. I appreciated that we had the same crew the entire time. They arrived early every day. Our side door to the garage was aged and more warped this year with the excess rain. On day 2, I asked if they could change it out, as well as the framing. They easily accommodated our request. Alex called the morning after the painting was finished, asking if we were satisfied. I really appreciated it.Interestingly, two other neighbors happened to be painting their homes at the same time using different companies. We all started on the same day, but we finished last by a few days. The original time frame of our two story home was 1.5 weeks. We lost 5 days because of rain, so it took 3 weeks. While the other homes were finished much sooner, I can see the difference in quality and detail. The OC Painting team was meticulous, even wrapping our bushes. I am also glad they didnt push themselves to work through the rain for the safety of the crew, and our paint. They are a trustworthy, respectful and professional company.We highly recommend them.

    They did a great job, much faster than Id anticipated. They also took down an old satellite and helped us replace a few light fixtures without charging anything.     Wonderful experience working with OC Painting Company on my exterior paint and stucco project. Alex provided a detailed proposal with line items and pictures of damaged areas that would be remediated during the project. The core crew (Carlos, Salvador and Angel) came daily, completed the days task and cleaned up. Any items I had concerns with were immediately addressed with no push back. Alex checked in throughout the project to ensure everything aligned with what we discussed. It was nice to work with a crew that is cross trained in stucco/wood work. This was a major decision factor for us as we wanted a company to do the paint and new stucco installation versus dealing with multiple contractors and project managing the jobs.     From Start to Finish Alex and Alejandro did everything to make the process of painting my entire home easy and painless. I was at a loss on how to choose colors and was given numerous ideas. I knew I wanted a light color with a dark pop. Man did they nail it. The painters did a great job and even did the front door different so I could see how it looked.     My husband and I were very pleased & very satisfied with the stucco and wood repairs & exterior painting that Orange County Painting did to our house last June 5-8, 2023. From the very beginning Alex, after walking around our house, gave us a list of detailed work needed to be done in writting via e-mail and a detailed video of the steps they have to do so we are all in the same page.     Iā€™m very glad with Alex and his team. He painted exterior of the house. I think there are several reasons you shall hire Alex over other painters. I quoted 4 painters and went with Alex.1. he is at the middle of the price range, but his attention to details supports his price tag very well. He was the only painter that noticed the mdf defects and wanted me to consider changing it completely.2. his communication skills. he always picked up the phone and responded to my messages. may have a little lag, but he always did.3. He offers 5 year of labor warranty. most other painters offer 2 or 3 years.4. He actually offer higher grade of paints than his quote. I have a door that i painted and i told him to get benjamin moore regal. He gave me aura line. Which made the door look like a classic piece. He quoted dunn edwards spartafiled and evershield, but he actually gave me evershield on mdf too.5. He is honest and reliable. you can trust what he says and he doesnā€™t bluff.6. He is respectful to female clients like me and doesnā€™t make me feel flirted or contempt. Itā€™s actually not easy to find a contractor that you can get job done easily7. He has a nice team. his team shows up every day 7:30 am and never slacked a single day.8. He touches up at the wrap up stage really well. His team actually touches up the entire house here and there and very detail oriented.9. He also offers great discount when i want to do 2nd coat.There are 2 very minor thing iā€™d want Alex to improve.1. his team shall put the lights, hardwares to a box that can get shade and coverage. they just put them to the nearest location of the hardwares and they went all wet in the rain. i think they should have easily collected the. and hide them.2. I really think Alex shall automatically quote clients with a benjamin moore and sherwin-williams option, with a higher price tag. all folks be aware, even though dunn edwards does great paint, but itā€™s brand lacks visualization marketing. It increased the pain of struggling with paint colors since you canā€™t figure out how it looks like on real houses. Iā€™d say go with benjamine moore or sherwin , and you will learn from pictures online.

    Alex gave me an excellent estimate, much lower than all the rest so I looked into his references and was satisfied that he was legit. They started on the promised date and got done early.     We contacted Rock & Roller Painting because of their excellent reviews we read online, and we werent disappointed. We were impressed with Alex when he came out to give us a quote. He did a thorough inspection of our home and even asked if wed like our shed beside our home painted to match the house. He explained that it would take 10-14 days to complete the job, with prep taking over half of the time. When his quote came in lower than we were expecting, we decided to give them the job.The painting team showed up bright and early on the first day and immediately began moving things away from our home and prepping. They were courteous and friendly throughout the whole job. I was so impressed with how quickly they worked and each day completed a large amount of work. One of the guys even came and worked a few hours on a Sunday!Picking out the colors was a fun challenge and I appreciate how helpful and patient they were with me. Alejandro, the Project Manager, brought samples of all of the colors I was considering and painted swatches on the house so I could see how they looked. That helped a lot! I was so happy when they told me I could paint our dark brown posts and trim white!It took a total of 11 days for our house to go through a total transformation! Our house is beautiful now and I feel its the best looking house in the neighborhood!My neighbor was also impressed with the quality of their work and now has an appointment with Alex!I am putting pictures of our house, before and after so you can judge for yourself!

    Recently, we decided to paint the outside of our house after having new windows and French doors installed. Four companies gave us bids. Orange County Paining and one other gave us very competitive bids. We talked with Alex the owner and he provided a very detailed bid. One reason we asked him to bid is they had recently painted a house near us and I was impressed with the prep work they did. Several other bids only included spot primer before painting. We hired Orange County Painting Company and are glad we did. After several days of prep, they primed the entire house both the wood and fascia and all the stucco. They then sprayed the stucco and put two coats of Dunn-Edwards premium on all wood surfaces. Orange County Painting specializes in exterior painting and it really showed. Rogrigo and his crew did an excellent job, easy to work, and cleaned up every night. We were really impressed with their work and professionalism.     I just had the exterior of my house painted by Orange County Painting Company. I am extremely please with their work. It started with Alex Garvall doing a job walk and explaining, in detail, what services his company does, does not do and how they go about it. Mostly, I wanted some stucco patch work done prior to painting the house. He assured me that it could be done and provided an estimate cost and start date.When the start date arrived, Oscar and his team started power washing the exterior of the house and then patching the stucco and woodwork. Next they prepped the work areas and started painting the stucco, eaves and facia. Oscar and his team did an excellent job. They kept the area clean and tidied up at the end of the work day. The nice thing was that the same four painters worked the entire job; no miss-communications. Being retired, each day they walked me through what was done and what was upcoming.     Alex and his crews were professional. We had them painted the whole exterior of the house including the deck because it looked like a grandmas house before. At first, we struggled on picking color. Well, thanks to Alex guiding us thru and providing us some suggestions, now we have a nice and morden new house. The way they do the preparation before painting likely one of the best in south cal area. Even some of my neighbors asked for the company name after seeing their preparation work.

    I reached out to Alex who is very responsive and professional. I love this amazing quality of work! The team did a great job on fixing my wood beams which had serious termite damage. I will definitely use Orange County Painting again in the future!

    I went with Orange County Painting because of their 5-star reviews and they were able to do in-house repairs besides painting. I had bids from other 5-star yelp painters, but they had to farm out the carpentry and stucco repairs to other companies. My house had extensive wood rot and damage from 20 years of deferred maintenance. It was a pleasure working with Alex, the general manager. There were always great communications and response.     Wow! I have had nothing but outstanding things to say about OC Painting company! If i could give them 10 stars I would.I had the exterior of my home repainted and I will be the 1st to admit that I am not the easiest person to please due to being burned in the past.They were artfully meticulous and brilliantly organized. I loved dealing with them through the entire process. They did exactly what I wanted but also educated me on why I wouldnā€™t want certain things as well. They showed up at the time scheduled and were finished as promised.Outstanding staff and customer service, and service with a smile! The prices was higher then I expected but, Honestly?     Bee like to nest in unpainted woodā€ once we realized this is the main reasons to cause the bee problem, we decided to paint exterior of our house immediately which was only 5 days before Christmas and our daughterā€™s family from East coast and South will be back for holiday.Nevertheless, Rock and Rollerā€™s team make extra effort to expedite the process and completed the front and back with 90% work done before Christmas Eve, but still keep the same quality of jobs as other customers mentioned in their reviews. I will never forget when my daughter came back from NY and totally surprised to see the brand new house!I did share this with Alex how happy we were when he first asked me after Christmas, this is almost mission impossible but bring us a memorable holiday~
