    I am writing to express my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by R&B Electric. After experiencing issues with our pool equipment and several outlets, we sought assistance based on a recommendation from a commercial electrician, following a disappointing encounter with Abacus.Ryan arrived promptly and exhibited a high level of professionalism and courtesy throughout our interaction. Initially, I was skeptical about resolving our issue quickly, especially after Abacus suggested a complete replacement of our breaker box. To my surprise, Ryan diagnosed the problem and restored power within approximately 15 minutes.Additionally, he thoroughly evaluated the extensive repairs recommended by Abacus and confirmed that none were immediately necessary. He provided an estimate that was roughly one-third of Abacus’s quote, representing a significant cost savings.I am grateful to have found a fair, honest, and reliable electrician in R&B Electric.     I HIGHLY recommend R&B Electrical! I called them on a Sunday afternoon and received a call back saying that they could be at my house by 8:30 Monday morning. Ricky & Ryan showed up on time and began trouble shooting. From the moment I met them I knew they were going to be fair & honest with me! They explained everything to me from start to finish and reassured me that they were going to be able figure out what was going on. They quickly found that TNMP needed to make some repairs. They called TNMP and they were at my house by mid afternoon to make their repairs. Unfortunately, that did not fix my problem so Ryan returned same day and within an hour he was able to find the problem and started with the repair. I will only use R&B electric for any electrical work that I need done for as long as they exist and I will recommend them every time I see or hear a request for recommendations for an electrician!

    So thanks to Beryl we had a blown main breaker. We called several companies to come out and many did not even show up, two gave us quotes for 2.8k and up saying we needed to replace EVERYTHING!!! We thankfully were recommended to R & B Electrical and they were here in under an hour and had us back up and running in under an hour when everyone else told us weeks!!! They quoted us $600.00 vs thousands from other local companies and that is what we paid. They were fast, honest, and affordable! What an awesome father and son team. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

    Called them to give a bid to run a new circuit from my panel to my garage. Ended up going back and forth and decided to install a sub panel.     R&B Electric is an excellent company! They installed 7 light fixtures, 16 can lights on dimmers, 2 ceiling fans, created separate switches for our fans and fan lights, created a ground for our garage lighting and installed new fixtures. They did a great job for us. Ricky and Ryan are extremely friendly, pricing was great and the work quality is top notch. And to top it off they became great friends with our dogs! Overall, we had an excellent experience and we will definitely call them again for our next project!

    Ryan and Ricky are the BEST electricians. They are two of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. They do FANTASTIC work, are very thorough, explain everything clearly, and don’t do unnecessary work. Their pricing is very reasonable. They come on time, clean up after themselves, and are super pleasant. We used them to troubleshoot a room that had no power, install a new fan/light fixture, replace a faulty bathroom outlet, and replace numerous faulty outlets in our home. I would recommend them a million times over, and am so glad we found an awesome electrician!

    Ricky and Ryan are the very best! They were able to come the day we called and on time. They checked an indoor electrical switch, found the shoddy job done back in 1996 when our house was built that just now began to give us trouble, and took time to rewire the connection properly. They changed out the switch that needed to be done as well, and checked and made sure all problems we cited were repaired. Then they took extra time and effort to check outside and discovered our house was not even grounded anymore in two places. They went and got a few needed parts and we are grounded and safe once again. They are so friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, good workers, efficient and caring. The pricing for all they did was very good and we would use them again anytime! Thank you for taking extra good care of us, beyond what we called you for, thanks to your due diligence on our behalf.

    We had a great experience with Ryan and Ricky. They responded quickly when we needed a quote and were very patient and understanding when we weren’t able to get the project started until a few months later. They installed led canned lighting and were meticulous in measuring and installation. We are very happy with the results and would use them again for any future electrical project!

    We had just purchased a home and our inspector had missed a few plugs. We called Ricky and he arrived the same day. I guess our inspector had missed a few more issues.     Our home was recently hit by a lightning surge that affected many of our electronic appliances and wanted some assurance that the wiring in the house was not also affected. Contacted R & B Electric and made an appointment for them to come by and perform some checks. Ricky and Ryan showed up promptly on the day that was agreed to and performed their checks and fortunately did not find any major problems. Both were very knowledgeable and professional in their understanding of what the surge may have impacted. There were a few issues inside the breaker panel which they quickly repaired and also replaced the main ground rod for the house. Cost for the service call was very reasonable and would certainly recommend them to friends and family for residential electrical service if needed.

    Ricky and Ryan are very professional and personable. I called and got on the docket, they kept me updated via text, and when my day arrived, they called a half an hour ahead of time to let me know that they were on their way. In under 2 hours, they had both of my old fans down and disassembled, then had the new ones up and tested before cleaning everything up and loading the trashcans in my garage. We visited and shared stories, they were very friendly, and completely worth a few days wait.

My 20 year old (hardwired) smoke detectors were going into full alarm intermittently, which if youve had it happen, will know how scary that is in the middle of the night. This involved trenching, conduit installation, and wiring installation.Ricky and R&B Electric have been in local business for 30+ years and it shows! One thing I appreciated was their attention to meeting local code since I live in City of Houston, and Houston, Pearland, League City, Friendswood, etc are all slightly different on requirements.This job went as well as it possibly could, owing to the experience of Ricky and Ryan. I could tell it was important to them, personally, that we get back on grid power as quickly as possible following our underground service failure.     Had a issue with our electricity going in and out over the last two days called R and B because of a previous good experience. Rick was extremely helpful and came over right away. After troubleshooting the entire house and determining that it was an issue with TNMP they waited for the service guy to arrive and once he fixed the issue they continued to go through the house and fix all the problems from the aftermath of the loss of ground from TNMP. Great company really knowledgeable and I will recommend them for any electrical issues in the future. Rick and his son even went to the other houses fed off the transformer and fixed all the left over problems for them too.
