    Called about my water heater and kitchen faucet. And young man by the name of Noah came and fixed both. He was kind, respectful and knowledgeable of his work. The best part about the whole thing is another company tried to convince me that since my water heater was older that it would be wiser to spend $2,600 to replace it. However after doing my own reserch I concluded that is not always the case. I had PR Pluming replace the gas control valve and it ended up saving me $2,100. Thank PR Plumbing for a job well done.

    Cody replaced two toilets in my house, he was on time, professional and completed the job in a timely manner. He also hauled away my old toilets and the boxes that the new ones came in.     Called at 9.00 and they had a servicemen here at 1.45, and this is Monday! The servicemen, Jesus, spent about an hour and half thoroughly going through our vacation system. Our home is cool again and we couldnt be happier. The servicemen was careful not to make a mess crawling up in the attic which was another plus.

    I highly recommend PR Plumbing. We had an issue that left us with no water on a Friday night. We called a few 24 hour plumbers and found PR plumbing could get us quickly on Saturday and had really affordable pricing, especially compared to other services. Communication with their office and dispatcher was so easy and efficient. Damien, arrived before the time that we expected, which was great! He was great at walking us through what he was going to do and helped us solve our issue quickly. Our experience with PR plumbing left me feeling like they really care about their customers; the quality of service, and the community they serve.

    Called them 8:30 the morning and was able to set up an appointment for the same day to have someone come out and snake the drain near the curb. The guys called me around the time they were scheduled to arrive to let me know they would be there in 15 minutes. They arrived and went right to work. They were having issues and communicated some options then proceeded to try to unclog it. They finally got it unclogged with in a few minutes. These guys were nice and did what they could to get the job done. Very great service.

    My drain pipe to my kitchen sick cracked, I couldnt run water in my kitchen they came out same day and were able to fix it within 2 hours, my technician was so polite and was even kind to my dogs, I would highly recommend PR plumbing professional and cleaned up the mess!!! Loved it

    Weā€™ve been using PR plumbing for a good eight years now and when I met my boyfriend, I introduced him to PR plumbing and they just came to his house today.     I woke up early on a cold morning, turned on the thermostat, but the heater did not come on. I checked online for reviews and decided on PR Plumbing. The technician came out within a few hours and got right to work. He was a very nice, polite young man. He had figured out the problem and finished the repair within the hour.     This is my first time using PR Plumbing. Im happy to report that i had a wonderful experience. Eric came out and gave me a quote on a leak i was experiencing. I accepted the quote and he came out on time and on the day it was scheduled. He went under the house and removed some old cast iron pipes and installed new ABS pipes. My leak under the house has been resolved. Im thankful to Eric for his plumbing knowledge and PR Plumbing. I will certainly recommend this company and employee to my friends snd family!

    If yall are looking for any Plumbing repairs I would 100% recommend PR Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning...!! To make a long story short... We had our main water pipe bust under the house and my entire hardwoodfloors were flooded... It was really stressful šŸ˜Ŗ.... I must have called 10 to 12 other companies. NO ONE answered the phone and still a week later, I never got a call back from any of those companies. PR Plumbing was the only one that answered my 1st call and got Robert out here the next day. The 2 ladys in the office were very understanding of my problem and so very nice. Codie and Noah came out first thing Monday and were here all day until it was completely fixed.     I had an approximate 25-foot section of my main line end up with a belly that needed to be replaced. After a couple of quotes and visits by other plumbers, I talked with Jose and he brought Rob out to confirm the issue. He was super friendly and gave me the confidence I needed to move forward, something I felt was lacking with the other companies I spoke with. Within a few days, the repair dates were set up and the quote not only beat the prior companies, but came back lower than their own original quote. The techs who came out were Jason and Skylar, and they really did an amazing job. They were respectful, timely, and diligent in their work. I appreciate them and felt comfortable leaving my home open to them from the start of the project. This was a huge repair causing my floors, foundation, and about two feet of digging to access the line, yet the house was taken care of and not left a disaster for me to deal with each day. If in need of a large repair, I am definitely a success story, but because of that, please let this give you confidence that any smaller issues you may have will be handled with the utmost care and concern.     I had an emergency need and all the other 24 hour locations have still not returned my phone call. Not the case with PR plumbing. I contacted them about 9:00PM. Their dispatcher said someone would call me back, and they did! The repairman called and said I would be about the third in line that evening and that if he came after midnight there would be extra charges. I so appreciated his honesty and decided it could wait until morning. He said that he could have the office call me in the morning, which they did at exactly opening time. They had a serviceman, Jason out to my house within an hour. Since I was at work two minutes away, I asked if he could call as he was on the way, which he did and I met him at the house. Within about 30 minutes everything was repaired and the cost was affordable. I will only use PR plumbing from now on.

    Outstanding service!!! Some plumbing had broke in my back yard and I needed work done ASAP so I can have running water through the rest of my house. I had called so many plumbing services only to speak to some representatives who were rude or not understanding of my situation.     My a/c wasnt cooling the house so I called PR because they had helped us by repairing our main sewer line before. They came out and replaced the capacitor and cleaned coils. I didnt even know my fan hadnt been blowing the way it should have been. Within about 30 minutes the a/c was fixed and working better than ever.They are always friendly and professional. They dont overcharge and for our main line the owner actually waived the charge for the camera because he wanted to take care of us. I have only great things to say about PR plumbing and air.     Always satisfied with PR & their employees. Have used them at least 6 times in the last few years. They have fixed a clog in my pipes that affected my toilet, have fixed my heater & just installed a new wall-mount kitchen faucet for me. Evertime I have called, the ladies who answer the phone have been very sweet. All the service men have been kind, quick & knowledgeable ( nice to look at too.)     Our kitchen sink backed up on Saturday night. The plumber that our apartment management team called didnt show to fix the problem. Zack from PR Plumbing was dispatched on Sunday morning.     Needed a water line repaired. PR Plumbing saved the day. I had a different plumbing company come out 4 days prior, and after digging in three different areas explained to me that there likely was no leak and that I was probably over irrigating. (I paid a pretty big bill for this bad assessment). I stopped watering for a few days, yet the marsh like conditions worsened.I spoke with Dan, owner of PR Plumbing (great guy), and he said heā€™d send someone out to find the leak.Tyler came to the rescue and did a fantastic job. He immediately and confidently pinpointed the problem spot. Extremely courteous, respectful, and professional, Tyler worked hard and efficiently to get the repair made, then did his best to replace the sod evenly, and hosed everything down to where one wouldever know he had been there to excavate tons of mud.Downside was lost pressure afterward in kitchen sink and problems with toilets due to sentiment getting in the line. PR sent out Zach to increase the pressure and to replace the fill valves in 2 toilets. Like Tyler, Zach was incredibly courteous and professional ensuring everything was operating perfectly. A true perfectionist. I was shocked when he said there would be no charge, and that it was their obligation.PR, you just developed another life long customer that will, without hesitation, recommend you to anyone needing any kind of plumbing services. Best rates! Best employees! By far!
