Saved us from hell. Twice. This time root intrusion into the pipe to the septic holding tank blocked off completely. It took some cutting but we are back in business.

I had a drain back up in my basement, I called mid-day, had a tech out that afternoon to power snake and clear the pipe (I didnt expect same day service!) They were very thorough, polite, and took the time to show me the camera feed, and explain the condition of the cast iron pipe leading to my septic tank. The site was left cleaner than when they came, Im very happy and I would highly recommend them and wouldnt call anyone else!

I could not have had a better experience with the crew that came out to work on my place. I had low water pressure on both the cold and hot sides. Turns out there were multiple problems (old house). They figured everything out and got me up and running quickly. Diagnosing an issue when more than one thing is wrong isnt easy. Super nice guys, really good at their jobs. I cant recommend them highly enough!

Had the guys come down to replace my cast iron sewer lateral with PVC from the back of the house to the curb and I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done. Mitch, Rick Jr, and Travis were all professional and considerate. All three worked as a great team and accomplished the job quickly and efficiently. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

I had the pleasure of hiring Richard Yard Plumbing and Heating to unclog a pesky drain earlier today. The receptionist was very polite and helpful, and a service representitive was at our plant within two hours of me calling in. The technician was patient and did whatever it took to unclog our drain. I had a very pleasant experience with them! Would highly recommend to a friend.

Jake and Mitch came to my house last week to deal with a plumbing problem no one else wanted to touch: a leak in a pipe that ran behind 2 walls, which were behind a tightly placed Sub Zero. They did a fantastic job! Pulled out Sub Zero as little as it would go due to granite peninsular in the way and got the job done. James original came out and analyzed the problem, so he deserves some credit. Thank you Yard plumbing. Now Im about to recommend Yard to a judge, who is moving into town and renovating. Thats what happens when you do an excellent job!

They truly can fix anything. In a hard to reach area of my unfinished attic, the efficient plumbers fixed an broken elbow and corrected the pipe pitch in the vent plumbing system. They also were polite and cleaned up afterwards. Cost of the job was on par with other area plumbers.
