We had a pretty large roofing project the first of the year, if you have every been a part of any roofing project you will understand that issues will arise that are unforeseen until you peel back all the layers, this was the case. I can’t say enough good things about this company. The owner Mike is a very open, honest, knowledgeable and informative person. He doesn’t just “do the job,” but explains what is going on, so in turn, making an educated consumer.With his wealth of experience in different aspects of the business, I feel Mike is doing things the right way. He wouldn’t ask anything out of his crew he wouldn’t do himself. And he wouldn’t hire anyone that doesn’t represent his ethics or reputation.

Our HOA used Vodika for several of our condo roof leaks ( we had already scheduled to have new vertical shingles replaced on our 40+ y/o units with another company, but they were unable to come out promptly for an evaluation. But we needed our leaks repaired NOW...We called Mike Vodika, who immediately came out , and assessed our problems. He providedimmediate quotes; and had workers out the next day to do the repairs. Mike, and his staff, are prompt, reliable, honest and extremely competent, as well as having reasonable rates. We had such a great experience, with him fixing our leaky roof problems, that we also used his company to fix problems left by the other roofers who replaced our vertical shingles, but did a terrible job. So, Mike and his workers saved the day AGAIN!
