Monarch was our electrical sub-contractor for a home addition that included several outdoor living spaces. The Project Manager (Peter) and the implementation team (Liam and Jake) were absolutely incredible at explaining their process and checking in regularly with clarification questions. They were highly adaptability to unforeseen issues in the overall construction process and we were repeatedly impressed with their attention to aesthetic and performance details. We hired Monarch to install a complete 100 amp electric service in our new above-the-garage apartment addition. I worked with multiple trade contactors for this remodeling project and the crew from Monarch was great to work with - from the price quote provided by Rich (the owner) which was very fair, to the rough and final installations (Tyler, Robert, Pete, etc) who were all courteous, and professional. Monarch went above and beyond my expectations to solve problems and accommodated our requested changes as the project progressed. Rich was very professional and nice to work with in obtaining a quote. Some of his workers cane out to help us with some wiring issues for our furnace and fuse box. We had a sprinkler pipe bust, Rob for monarch was quick to get on site and make sure staff and residents were safe. Every time I call them in for work the work gets done fast and efficient, every time. Rob always keeps an open line of communication, and well give you every possible avenue able to be taken. The way they care about their business shows in the way they care about their work, absolutely top notch. I would recommend to anybody that needs an electrician. This is the type of company you keep in your address book until they retire.
