Jameson was amazing!! Came out at 4am on a super busy night after a bunch of rain and took care of the issue quick. Drains were full of tree roots. He came back the next day with a water jet and blasted every root out of existence. Camera showed the drains are now smooth as a babys bottom. Fantastic work, make him your first call! -

Very professional and thorough, with fair pricing. Pleasant and informative. Video of work being done gives peace of mind that any issues have been resolved. Used boot covers, layed down tarp, and did not create any mess. Great experience overall and highly recommend! -

Shout out to Jameson at Mid-State Sewer Service. Jameson came out on a Friday afternoon to assess on a reported drainage complaint. He was quick to diagnose the issue, and was able to explain the options available to move forward and correct the issue at hand. Great customer service. Highly recommended. -

Mid State Sewer did a great job! Just moved into a new house and had them come out to inspect our drains. Jameson was super friendly and I was impressed with how he was able to use video to inspect our lines. I’ll definitely hire him again to check out our French drain lines later this year. -

Jameson came out and located plus videoed our sump pump and eave trough tile lines.Was able to tell us the pitch of the tile lines also. Showed all lines were crunched probably during back filling, Ended up replacing all of them. Without his help would have never figured it out. -

Today our kitchen sink backed up and we needed it to work because we were hosting a birthday party. I called Mis-State Sewer Service and they were able to fit me in their schedule on a Saturday!! Jameson gave me a few different options to clean the drain. I decided to go with hydro jetting because I wanted the issue fix the first time. All I can say is wow!! Their quality of work was amazing and I will definitely use them again!! Highly recommend!. -

A few weeks ago my husband contacted MSSS because a drain backed-up into our basement. We called a few places and eventually spoke to Jameson at Mid-State, who stated he could be there within the hour- which was faster than any other company (some gave us a quoted time of 5+ hours!) He was very friendly and even took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it, every step of the way. Will only ever use Mid-State for any sewer needs in the future! Very impressed with his customer service and attentiveness. -
