    Dion and team did an amazing job with our basement encapsulation project. Later an inspector and another contractor commented on the quality and thoroughness of the sealing. The crawlspace vapor barrier and dehumidifier certainly did their job during the balmy summer we just had. Thanks JES!

    JES was extremely helpful when I was worried about possible foundation issues in my home. I called and within one week, I had an inspector coming out. John Trak, the inspector who came out, was courteous, communicative, timely, and extremely informative. He was able to assure me that I had no structural concerns in my home and gave me his card and educated me on the signs to look out for if I ever have structural concerns in the future. Thank you John and JES for helping me sleep soundly at night.

    Most businesses today are all about selling services to customers that they don’t need. Today, I got a chance to work with a good old fashioned business that was more concerned about the customer and honesty. I saw what I thought was a crack in my foundation and decided to call JES. Jeffrey Oliver got back in touch with me and listened to everything I described. Obviously, he couldn’t make a recommendation on the phone, but told me he’d come out to take a look the very next day. He accessed the damage and concluded that it was not a foundation issue. Long story short, he went above and beyond to describe the type of soil in the area where I lived , how it affects structures, and told me what I needed to do to fix the problem. It’s people like Jeffrey and JES that give you confidence that all is not lost with corporate America today. I’d recommend JES to anyone who needs an honest company with no BS. Hopefully, JES has employed a plethora of concrete employees like Jeffrey. Keep on doing what you’re doing JES!!

    Joyce and Javar to the rescue! Home improvements can be quite costly. My apologies on the length of my review, but in order for me to express how truly grateful I am for JES and Joyce, I feel the need to provide a little history. I had a stamped concrete patio put in a couple of summers ago. It extended out slightly past my deck. The contractors that laid the concrete pour it around the posts of the deck. My dilemma.... My backyard also sits on a slope, and with all the rain we had over the year, there was some erosion/or settling. The patio has sunk a little, pulling the deck with it, causing it to pull away from the house. I didnt realize at the time it was my sinking patio that caused the deck to pull away; I had the deck repaired. To prevent further damage to the deck or possible foundation damage, JES Foundation Repair was able to remedy the problem with stabilizing the patio. Joyce was awesome to work with. Great customer service skills, professional, and knowledgeable about the trade. She walked me through the process before her and Javar began the work and answered any questions that I had. Upon the completion of the project, she informed me of the warranty, and provided directions of when I can place items on the patio and power wash it, if desired. I was curious how my patio would look with a bunch of holes where she had to drill to enter the lifting compound. Amazing! Joyce strategically placed the holes in areas not only to ensure the proper coverage of compound, but that could easily be masked with concrete in the grooves of the stamped concrete. Take note, JES Foundation Repair also has the BBB Accreditation with an A rating. I definitely recommend JES for your concrete projects!

    Had to come back but initially did a good job lifting the walk. Coming back was some additional cleanup. After that , power washing the aggregate walk made the repair invisible. Sidewalk is safe and looks good.

    Eric Oliver came to discuss a concern we had with our crawl space. We have had several things go on back to back, including a water leak that we knew nothing about so that caused issues. He took the time to go over everything with me and my husband and answered all of our questions. He gave us several options to fit our budgetary needs. He came from 2 hours away to meet us at 5:00pm. He was pleasant and not pushy. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Thanks Eric!

    This is the 2nd time we’ve used JES and again we are pleased with the outcome! We had the crew of Dion Khalil and Luisa . Dion who headed the crew walked me through everything, left everything spotless and was just very professional! We first had our foundation worked on two years ago and this time we had the crawl space encapsulated Thankyou for a great experience!!

    Our annual service inspector was Joey Marrs. He was very knowledgeable and compassionate about our concerns. He kept me informed during the inspection process and offered suggestions to ensure we maintain adequate service from our humidifier. Very easy to work with and a genuine desire to resolve any dissatisfaction. Great customer service!

    I was contacted by Paul Kelly from JES and he was super polite extremely knowledgeable and very professional!! He was able to diagnose my problem and offer the best course of action at a very reasonable price!! If you call and they tell you they are sending out Paul Kelly for your estimate. You’re in good hands.

    Met with Anderson today. Super sweet, super professional. Called before our appointment to let me know he was on the way and he even arrived a few minutes early. Although JES was not able to help with the issue I was having Anderson took the time to point me in the right direction and followed up with contact information for a vendor that could help me. I will definitely reach out to JES for future foundation repairs.

    When I noticed a crack in my foundation, I immediately began panicking and saw dollar signs. My JES rep, Anderson P., put my mind at ease. He explained what I saw and let me know it was not as bad as I imagined. He offered me a solution that worked perfectly for me PLUS he provided photos and measurements as backup. AWESOME customer service!

His name is Joey Marrs, he came in and really helped me to understand the problems that were going on in my basement and upstairs too.While working with Joey Marrs from JES Foundation he always had time to listen and answer the many questions that I had. He clearly communicated clearly to me possible causes and solutions to the problem. He then arranged for a replacement pump to be installed the next day. David Lucas kept me informed re his arrival and arrived promptly. He discussed the issue with me and the particulars of the new pump to be installed. He completed the job in a timely fashion, tested the new pump and left the work space clean. Very pleased with the responsive, prompt service I received !

    Josh Brown and Luisana accomplished our crawl space encapsulation in record time. (Estimated 3 full days, finished in just over a day and a half.)
