My husband and I decided to move back into a home he owned when a bachelor. Given we loved the location, there was just not enough space for our combined family. An addition was a must and Top Choice homes was our first choice of contractor due to their having renovated the original 1904 historic home in 2009. Matt and Tiffany were flexible working with our architects plans and as well when we made several changes along the way. The quality of work in each craft (foundation, crown molding, door frames, lighting, paint etc.) does not get unnoticed by our visitors. Our house is now a proud *home* with custom features to fit our lifestyle. We thank Top Choice Homes for making our project well worth the journey.

Absolutely exceptional customer service, thoroughness, and quality of work. Matt and Cat were very responsive to all my questions and happy to guide me through the process of home building/buying. The general process of building/buying is so stressful but the team here at Top Choice Homes did an incredible job keeping me in the loop, updating me on progress, and building a dream home! I always thought Id just buy a pre-existing home. Why put myself through the waiting and spend the extra money to build when I can just buy a house and be done, right? After working with Matt and Cat buying a pre-existing home isnt even an option. The way they work with their customers is amazing. They make sure that you get exactly what you want in a house! My husband and I are going to be building with Top Choice Homes in the near future! They are the only builder I trust with my families forever home!

Excellent job building our first home. They communicated well throughout the entire process and took any necessary steps to make sure the house was completed to our expectations. Any small issues that have popped up were fixed right away based on the one year warranty. No serious issues have arisen in the house so far and the house and property look great. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking to purchase a new home in Spotsylvania.

I was looking for a great contractor to help me with a number of renovation projects at a house in Warsaw, VA. Matt Rothell responded to my email inquiry immediately! He explained that the Warsaw area was outside of their service area due to the volume of their workload, but offered to speak with me about some suggestions. He was extremely friendly and a wealth of helpful information about the current industry climate. I gained a ton of advice from a 5-minute conversation and thoroughly enjoyed speaking with Matt. I am certain that our conversation saved me thousands of badly-spent dollars and a ton of heart-ache over potentially botched jobs. They replaced our old, rotting front porch with a composite porch. They worked quickly, stuck to their estimate (a fair price) and were extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had. In the end, we were very satisfied and would definitely do business with them again. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering new construction or remodeling work.

I can only imagine that replacing carpet is a small job for Top Choice Homes, but the quality of work and service I received made me feel as if I was the most important job. When picking out my carpet Matt took the time to ask questions to learn about what my immediate and long term goals were with my home to ensure the right carpet was chosen. The installation was flawless and months later no issues have surfaced. From beginning to end, Top Choice Homes not only met my expectations, but exceeded them.
