    From the estimation, to the tear off, until the job was done, we were nothing but pleased on the price, professionalism and quality of work! Our home looks so great! They kept us in the loop every step of the way. Answered all our questions as they came up. We got a new roof, siding, sliding glass door, 2 windows, gutters and soffit . Kyle and Craig did an amazing job on our siding! Nothing but compliments from the neighbors! And they cleaned up everything daily.     I had 3G do a roof replacement for me just before winter started. I waited to review to see if the work stood the test of time........And it sure did. I went with their 3G Sure Storm system. They used premium products that were all made from the same manufacture to ensure the manufacturers warranty is valid. The entire company was super knowledgeable and easy to work with. Most importantly, my new roof looks great and is leak free! Attached are some drone photos I took after the work was completed.

    I searched the market for various installers to do my siding on my house, and I couldnt of been more happier with working with 3G. From old busted brick to board and batten it makes my house look brand new! Kyle was amazing to detail and even gave me a few ideas that really pulled the house together! He even offered putting the siding insert for my lights for me so I could have them added! Highly recommended!! Definitely will have them do all my exterior needs in the future!

    These guys are fantastic. They made the water damage look like it never happened and even engineered ways to prevent the problem from recurring. Their crews are professional and are empowered to do the right thing for customers. Plus, their cost is competitive and they are pretty quick getting things done.     We met with 3+ companies before choosing 3G to do a full exterior home renovation, with James Hardie Board, commercial grade gutters and specialty stonework (pictures below). Our sales rep, Jeff was remarkable. He was attentive and always delivered on what was promised. Our onsite Forman Kyle was also wonderfully talented! Our home had many challenges with the Hardie board that required great thought and precision. There were many times I would observe what they were doing and even question things, then Kyle would get to work and amaze us with his abilities. Hands down would not choose anyone else to do Hardie except 3G and their team (especially Jeff (sales) and Kyle (onsite Forman, craftsman)). So thankful for their dedication to our home project. Our family will eagerly continue to recommend them!

    3G Home Exteriors did an outstanding job for me! The workmanship was exceptionally good! I had siding and trim work done as well as replacing rotted wood. Jamie came over with color samples for me to choose and we discussed the work plan. I also had a rotten metal roof replaced on the garage. Again, great workmanship!! The prices were reasonable and between Jennifer in the office keeping me updated and Jamie and his crew doing the work, I will keep this company in my files for future use on projects. I can strongly recommend them. Both Jennifer and Jamie receive high marks from me!!

    I recommend 3G Home Exteriors.They were very professional and efficient. They were on time, accurate in their estimate (stayed within budget), practically priced, and most importantly the quality of their work is good.Our home was damaged by a storm and we needed repairs on our shed (it had to be straightened back up so the sliding door would work again and there was a hole on the roof where a tree had fallen - the whole roof shingles needed replacement), siding on the back, window tims and a little bit of shingles on the main homes roof and over a window. They finished the work and clean up in two days.Jeff and their staff (Jennifer, the secretary, and the workers) were friendly and easy to work with. We added a small repair and they finished it as well while they were here.We were hoping theyd finish our repairs before the year ends and they did!

    You can’t beat 3G! From start to finish the service and workmanship was incredible. My husband and I have wanted to update our beat down, old aluminum siding since we moved in 2 years ago.     We hired 3G Home Exteriors to re-side our entire house & detached garage. The experience and the finished product are excellent! Jeff was very responsive upon my first inquiry and answered all of my questions (and even provided renderings immediately). Kyle, Craig, and Nate did the re-siding project on our house, removing old siding, and replaced old materials that needed replacing. Their work is so high quality and their expertise is immediately evident. They showed up every day, were incredibly respectful, and our house now looks incredible. Our neighbors even decided to part ways with their siding company and hire 3G because their work was that impressive!We are thrilled with the final product and couldnt be any happier with the entire process.     We had siding replaced around our windows and a vent on the side of the house replace. A post was added on the porch. We had 3G Homes complete the work. The two men that did the work were so considerate and professional. They answered all our questions and explained exactly what they were going to, making sure we agreed with the design.     I called 3G to come find the cause of a leak in one of my exterior walls. Jamie came out to inspect and notified me of the possible issue and life expectancy left on roof. I decided to replace before winter hit. Nate and his crew got it all done just in time before a storm came through! The clean up after the job was done could have used a little more time, there was some aluminum trim throughout some of my yard from trim/gutter work and I am finding nails still. Overall, my wall no longer leaks, I am a satisfied customer and would call back for future work if needed.     I cant say enough good about the experience we had with 3G Exteriors. We had an extensive remodel done on the exterior and every contractor who came exceeded our expectations. We had a deck torn off and a new one built and the work was precise and well done. New vinyl siding everywhere, new roof, and gutters. Can I just say: I cant remember a harder working crew than the guys who did the siding. They treated our home like it was their own. We had some excruciatingly cold days but that didnt stop them. Honestly, we were blown away by their work ethic. Jake was a wonderful site manager. Any time we had questions he was over to the house with answers. We absolutely love our home now!

    I hired 3G to do gutters at my previous home in Warren. I was very happy with the job they did. When I moved to my new home, I needed gutters, soffits and siding. I called Jake at 3G…he had the sales rep call to schedule a quote. Of course I hired them to do the job. I had Cedar Shake done over the garage and all my gutters and soffits done. They did an excellent job…looks great! I’m in the process of having 3G do my windows. Can’t beat the price or the quality of work. Jake is great…I would definitely recommend 3G!

    During June 2023, we had 3G reroof our garage, replace siding on the house gables, and install gutter covers. Jamie and Jenifer were great scheduling the workdays. All the 3G workers were very courteous , conscientious, and did great jobs. Would recommend 3G to anyone in need of siding, roofing, or gutter repairs / replacement.

    These guys fixed the siding on one side of my house and fix a few other problem areas. When had questions they responded by email very quickly. The guys that did the actual work were courteous and efficient and also professional. I will definitely use them in the future if needed.

    We were very happy with the gutter work done by 3G. Their initial estimate was provided after a pleasant initial meeting (that was completely the opposite of the hard sell attempts by two of their competitors.) They later recommended we use larger gutters and place an additional downspout along the back of our home to improve water flow. We accepted the upgrade suggestion and are happy with the result. We had a leaky corner which they fixed quickly and completely. We even asked them to repair a minor hole in the siding near the top of our house (beyond the reach of our ladder) and they did so at a very modest price. They returned to modify the location of two down spouts without additional charge - and they look much less noticeable now. Nice people, highly skilled, reasonable pricing - well done, 3G!!

    This company was amazing. We wanted to build a deck. I called the company and Eric was the nicest person, he helped us decide how we should do the deck. The company than later started to work on it, and they did an amazing job, the deck turned out amazing and it was a secondary deck. We even had a slide door build in. I really appreciate the hard work Eric and his workers did on the deck and how nice and kind and respectful they are towards there customers. I give 3G home exteriors a 5/5 best company ever.

    Jeff was awesome with coming out and giving estimate and not hounding us to sign! They replaced our windows, siding and gutters! Of course it took months to get supplies in with the aftermath of covid. But they kept me up to date. Teams came out on days they said they would and were all Cool! Even helped us with other lil projects when they didn’t have to. House looks great! Love how I don’t hear outside when my windows are shut and I can tell difference in my heating and cooling bills.     I recently purchased a home in St. Clair Shores and needed to replace the broken, compost filled, falling off the house gutters. After reading multiple reviews of companies that install seamless gutters I decided to contact 3 G Home Exteriors, their reviews were outstanding. I called and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Jamie who handled all the details for getting new seamless gutters installed on the house. He was professional and knew exactly what was needed and offered me suggestions to prevent the need to have to clean leaves and debris from the gutters yearly by installing gutter guards to the gutters that were 20 feet off the ground. Installers Larry and Andrew did a great job installing them and all debris was removed.     I am semi retired from the Commercial Real Estate Business after 50 years. I still hold a brokers license in two (2) States, Michigan and Florida and manage approximately 60,000 square feet of office space. I started using 3G about four years ago on one of my Office Building. The thing I really like about 3G is way they “attack” the job. Someone comes out to look over the job site and makes sure everyone involved understands the scope of work to be done.Quotes are prepared and delivered. Once the paperwork is out of the way the job is scheduled and in most cases the job is started on the scheduled date. 3G just completed a residential gutter job for me and once again the job went just like they said it would. As soon as the warm weather is here I have another residential gutter job for 3G. This company knows what to do and arrives on the job site with all of the materials and labor they need to get the job done. They also do a great job of cleaning up the job site when they leave. I just don’t think you can go wrong with 3G.

    Were still waiting for them to correct the installation of the leaf guard. Not installed correctly so we will still have leaves and other debris in and on the gutters. And will still have to climb a ladder and clean them out. Gutters look ok. 3G did send another crew to our house to correct the original install. The gutters and gutter guard are now properly installed. We thank 3G for correcting the problem. Giving only 4 stars because of the fact we did have to have the job re-done.

    During March 8th storm my home encountered damage to the roof from the wind. I contacted various companies but received service from 3G Home Exterior like no other. Within 1 hour of contacting them someone was there to access the damage and to tarp the roof to prevent futher damage from occurring.     I recently dealt with co-owner Jake on a 6 gutter job and couldnt be happier. He worked with me on making improvements to the existing layout, color matching with real samples, and dealing with a short notice window in which to get in and get the job done due to other efforts that were going on at the same time. Larry the crew leader and all of those dealt with were extremely friendly and professional.     I contacted Jennifer to set up a quote appointment for new trim and seamless gutters. Jamie came out to estimate the job and promptly returned a very reasonable quote. Ryan S in Bryant C arrived on the job and asked if I had any questions which I did and they were answered without hesitation. Work performed by Ryan and Brian is top notch they take their time and see everything is done correctly and they dont cut corners. Roberto and Diego arrived to install seamless gutters and also did a wonderful job and satisfied some of my special requests. Britt from marketing showed up near the end of the project also to check on the progress and do some really cool videos. My son now has made an appointment to have his trim and gutters replaced by 3G Home Exteriors. Thank you to the entire 3G Home Exteriors crew.

    An outstanding company to work with! Used them for gutters this time. Good communication and very polite and professional crews. When the job was completed, you couldn’t even tell they were here except for the sweet new gutters with leaf guards! Roof is next! Highly recommend!!

    They came out and gave us a very reasonable quote for our gutters and let us know what they would recommend. They recommend adding gutter guards and they turned out looking great and was a great value added.     I just had 3g Home Exteriors replace some of my gutters on my 94 year old home today. The technician, Jamie Zarkis, was very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. The gutters blended nicely with my older gutters. I also got the leaf guard which should Save me money on my routinely twice a year gutter cleaning. We have very mature trees in our yard which causes a lot of gutter back up. When Jamie Zarkis left he cleaned up all the debris of leaves and dirt and materials in my yard and left it very clean. I would really recommend them for new gutters or gutter repair. I never leave reviews I just felt so strongly about what a great job they did. When you call ask for Jamie Zarkis!

Jennifer was great at getting back to our emails quickly, answering any and all of our questions. She was able to keep us updated as to when they would be able to come out and fix our roof, and even got us in early than we initially thought. Dustin came out to fix our roof. He did an INCREDIBLE job! He was very prompt, knowledgable, professional, personable and definately a hard worker. He got the job done in no time.
