    Called Ken to help repair my bathtub, surround and plumbing... he immediately contacted me and came to house same day to evaluate ... extremely nice person, caring and a pleasure to work with ... anytime I contacted him, got a quick response from him or his people ... Brian assessed the project, he was very nice also ... Jose and Tony did the work over three days and they did an excellent job, were very professional and would recommend their services ... if I have further work will call them again ... thank you !!!!

    I called on Ken and his team for help on a challenging sump pump discharge burial. Ken was extremely helpful and provided regular updates throughout the entirety of the project. His team was on time, professional, and great to work with. They worked with the city on permitting and completed the project on time and within budget. I highly recommend Brewer Contracting for your home project needs.

    Brian did an awesome job on our Victoian style bathroon upgrade. He understood my vision and worked tirelessly to get it done. Very personable and trustworthy. Great attention to minor details to deliver perfection.

    Initial interaction was with the Sales Manager, Steve D. He promised that this partial tear out and remodel would be done start to finish in one week. My wife and I also had numerous requests/specifications for the project that we were assured hed communicate to the Project Manager Jorge. When the time came to meet Jorge, Steve D did not communicate any of the requests, and we were told the project would be a minimum of two weeks (total project was more than 3 weeks+). My advice is to not sign any contract with Steve D unless you speak directly to a Project Manager. There were numerous bumps, set backs, and frustrations throughout the project, but the saving grace and reason I am giving a positive review is specifically how well Project Manager Jorge handled his job with a professional courtesy/integrity. I also extend this compliment to the owner of the business, and would consider using this company in future projects.

    I purchased a duplex where both sides needed extensive remodeling. From the very beginning, Ken, Alissa and crew have been very responsive to any questions, problems, and concerns. Their people did excellent work for me and Im very pleased with the outcome. Thank you to all!

    Good work, fair price, and quick with any answers I need. Totally recommend for all home remodeling and ANY basement stuff. Among other things, they put in a drain system in an old house with some moisture problems about 6 months ago. It works excellent. We just had 4 days of serious moisture...like Wow levels of rain. The basement is totally dry.Never forget, if the basement is wet- Call Brewer!

    Brewer Contracting has completed two jobs for me. The first was a floor change from tile to hardwood in a kitchen and den, and the second was a gut to the stud bathroom remodel.The pros: The communication from the owner, Ken Brewer, is outstanding. He gets back quickly and the subs that he uses are wonderful. The results are great and worth the inconvenience of the mess, noise, chaos and everything rehab related. Brewers prices are very fair for the quality of the work and Kens wanting to make things perfect for the client. Much of his team is outstanding and talented, and very kind human beings.The cons: In any rehab, there is noise, dust, a plethora of tradespeople walking through the home at all times and a lot of things you dont see on television. Subs and team do not show up when scheduled due to emergencies or are double booked. Dates are promised and missed. Add ons put you over your original budget. Things are missed, things get broken, things get tense. Sadly, by watching shows like The Property Brothers, the consumer sees rehab as something really easy-its not for the faint of heart. Its a major inconvenience and pain and brings you to new levels of coping.However, with all the chaos, and my b---ching and complaining, the end result is amazing. I could not be happier with the product, the luxurious bath I now have, and the pride I have in our home. Yes, it was hell during the process, but its heavenly now.Thank you Ken. You made a dream come true for me and my husband.

    Ken (the owner) did a series of repairs for both my mother in law and ourselves over the course of 5 years. The work he and his crew performed are excellent. Sometimes he gets a lot of business crammed into a small amount of time so he might be a day or two late but nothing serious. He is very professional in his communication skills and his knowledge of how to do many repair jobs.

    Ken and his crew at Brewer Contracting were amazing. I had an empty room with no real plan. I told Ken I needed an office. He and his crew ran with that and had plans and vision put together. They listened to the small adjustments that I wanted and made those. I also asked last minute for a desk and Alex built one by hand for me-exactly what I was looking for.This experience was one of the best that I have had with a contractor. Ken worked with me and went above and beyond. I am so happy with the way it turned out! Thank you!
