Island Custom Coops shares the most nutrient dense foods that are absolutely delicious and mouthwatering. Their family is so kind and relatable, well educated on ingredients, the food industry, and just a delight to be around. I can’t wait to check out the coop again as I fully trust and appreciate their hard work. I was gifted a basket full of goodies at en event and the sourdough bread didn’t last long in our house! I made muffins with the vanilla and flour and use the Tallow creams daily. The eggs were also a treat! I am certainly someone who will continue to buy from them for years to come.

I had the pleasure of meeting Glauci and her husband, Sean, as they hosted an event with my friend Kassy/her business the Wellness Weekend. Glauci and Sean were simply amazing! They cooked a three course homemade/garden fresh and organic meal for the entire group of women that attended. I was fortunate enough at the end of the event to win a basket they gave away and must say their homemade sourdough bread and eggs are simply like no other! They opened up their home to us all with so much love and knowledge for what they do as homesteaders. They even make their own homemade beef tallow lotion, soap and lip balm with essential oils that are amazing 😍 On top of it all they make the most gorgeous chicken coops! Would 10/10 recommend booking an event with them 🥰

Hands down the best homemade bread I’ve ever had! When she delivered it, it was still warm. I own a charcuterie company and cannot wait to incorporate her breads on all my grazing tables going forward. The eggs are also amazing, I love using fresh ingredients. Highly recommend!

What’s not to love - this family and their business are nothing short of amazing! From the very beginning - taking extra time to answer all my questions and work through a design that fit my difficult landscape, to the build, delivery and installation (including some onsite day of site prep accommodations to make sure it was just right) - there were no details spared or missed! The coop is absolutely perfect & I love it (so do my chickens)! It’s truly a work of art and I can’t wait to enjoy it for many years to come!

I had a very pleasant experience learning how to make sourdough bread and maintaining my starter! Within one day I was able to make two loafs of bread for my family! Highly recommended taking a class with Island Custom Coops if you are serious about learning how to make and maintain a starter for sourdough bread and other yummy items! I took a sourdough baking workshop here and it was amazing! Everyone was so nice; I learned so much (much easier than teaching myself through YouTube videos), and I was sent home with a starter AND a loaf to bake myself the next morning. If you want to learn how to bake sourdough, I can’t recommend this workshop enough! I will definitely be back to buy some sourdough because the bread we tried at the workshop was SO good! 10/10 experience all around!

We had the most amazing experience with this company! They were not only quick to answer my inquiry (about 24 hours) but they pretty much held my hand and walked me through all things chickens while creating our coop! Glauci was so kind and always answering my questions, even offering suggestions on solar lights, chicken feeders, waterers and all things that we would need to care for our chickens. Sean communicated with us efficiently along the way during the building, customizing and delivery. We couldn’t be happier with our coop! Not only are they an amazingly talented business to work with, but a genuinely GOOD family who loves what they do and it shows!

I attended the Sourdough Workshop hosted by Glauci and Sean - it was honestly amazing. They are so knowledgeable about the art of making sourdough. The workshop itself was so fun & informative. We all left with our own Sourdough Starter & a loaf of bread to bake (which was so yummy). I inadvertently messed up my Starter after two days & theyve been SO helpful with all of my post-workshop questions & helping me try to get my starter back to life! Would definitely recommend this workshop to anyone interested in learning how to make sourdough!

I recently took the sourdough bread-making class, and Im so glad I did! Glauci and her husband, Sean, made the entire process fun and seamless. Not only did they guide us through every step, but they also served their own delicious sourdough, which was such a treat!They provided us with a starter, so all we had to do was follow their clear and simple instructions to bake our first loaves. After reading lots of articles and books about sourdough baking I still did not feel confident to attempt this on my own. Glauci and Seans class was just what I needed to produce gorgeous sourdough bread loaves at home! The books that Id read made me feel like I would make a huge mistake if I didnt do the steps exactly right but Glauci shows several different ways to get the same result. She took the worry out of baking for me and Ive been able to confidently bake continuously since taking the class! She even goes above and beyond by offering her personal phone number for troubleshooting and has answered emails from me with my questions. If youre interested in baking sourdough bread, I cannot recommend her class enough!

I ordered the 4x4 coop from Glauci and Sean , owners of Island Custom Coops! . I love it! So roomy for my 10 chickies. I chose to paint it myself and chose hot pink with white trim. It was fun to paint and took not a long period of time! The girls really like the nesting boxes and have chosen to lay their eggs in them as opposed to where ever in the cheap previous mass produced coop.I’ve attached a photo!
