I originally hired Jake for an electrical project for my full bath. He came by the same day I called him, he surveyed the area, and gave me a quote which was very reasonable. He completed the job in 2 days. Then, he offered to finish my bathroom project. He gave me an offer which I thought was very fair and a week later he started the job.Jake was very thorough in explaining how the project would progress from Demo, Plumbing, framing, drywall, and tiling. Most important he treated my home like it was his home. That is a piece of mind you cannot buy. He and his team are very hard working and showed up every day even on Saturdays to further expedite the project, which was ok with me.Jake does not take shortcuts in his work and always puts the customer first. As I mentioned, he treated my bathroom project like if it was his own bathroom remodel. His expertise and precision is what made me thankful I hired him.I had other contractors wanting to take shortcuts and not fully understand my end goal. My home was built in the 50s. My only full bathroom needed to be completely gutted and updated. Jake agreed with my problem and made sure the project was completed from start to finish.I am glad I found KWX to complete my project. I strongly recommend his services.

Excellent service. Jake and Anna showed up the same day I contacted them. Work completed in a timely manner. Jake let me know step-by-step what they were doing and if there would be any additional costs. Fair pricing. Very pleased and will be contacting them again if we have other electrical needs.

We hired Jake for our framing for the basement and he did a wonderful job, Before he did the job he surveyed the walls and told us what materials he would use and why he would use them and it gave us the peace of mind knowing he’s really knowledgeable and it felt like it was his own house with the care he put into the project! Definitely going to hire him to do the rest of my house.

This is the second time I’ve used KWX’s services. The first time I had electrical work done in almost every room. Jake and his team did an amazing job. This time around he helped me with the final stages of our electrical work in the kitchen and living room. He hooked up and ran electricity in the island, oven and hood, all outlets in the kitchen, and put a switch in for a couple sconces. Once again, they did an amazing job!Jake and his team go above and beyond to make sure everything’s completed as discussed and puts emphasis on always meeting code. Jake stayed late both times to make sure all work was complete and that I was 100% satisfied. Jake is trustworthy, responsive, fair on pricing, and overall was a pleasure to work with. I have more work coming in the near future and I will use his services again.

Jacob was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I hired an installer to put in Nest devices, because I didnt trust myself with the old wiring. In short, he made a mess of it, damaging one device, and left me with concerning buzzing and humming from the chime and transformer. Jacob not only made the repairs, but explained the problems and solutions for me. I will be using them again.

Lech at KWX was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole experience. He came out for a free estimate and completed the job on time and within the budget we agreed upon. We needed our outlets and some other minor electrical updates throughout our house and garage updated. I would highly recommend KWX.

My experience was great from beginning to the end! They came to the house for an estimate the same day I called. We discussed everything in details.I had 2 fans to install, one to remove and replace with a normal light, numerous power outlets around the house to fix. They gave me an option with the light fixtures - I could buy them myself or they could buy them for me. I took my time to shop around and buy them myself. Then I called them and we agreed on a date to do the job, which worked with our schedules.In the morning of the day they were coming, I got a heads up call with the approximate time of arrival. The crew was on time. The work was performed using all safety measures, exactly as agreed and in clean and professional manner. They kept me informed and gave me choices along the process. Great communication! I got a warranty for their job. And they were very pleasant to work with, not to mention all the free professional advice.I would definitely call them again.
