Called on a Friday afternoon, they had a technician, German, come out on Monday morning. Professional, communicative, and a great experience having them do our electrical work. German was awesome, from ensuring his work area was neat and tidied up afterwards, to being very communicative and honest about the various options we had and which to strongly consider for our home. He also pointed out an issue with some of our smoke detectors and was able to schedule another visit that afternoon to fix them up. Overall we had a great experience with Linares and would call them again in a heartbeat!

The is the 2nd time I used Linares Electric. 1st time was a light fixture install in ceiling. Second time was for recessed ceiling lights in kitchen and livingroom plus fan install in kitchen. Very professional and great to work with.Called German to help me connect a portable generator to my electrical box for emergency backup. Working with German is always a pleasure. In addition to his personal and professional demeanor, he is also very thoughtful & considerate of the impact any work may have on customers. He has always informed and educated me on the what, why, and how much time & cost jobs will be take every time Ive called him. He always makes sure he has my consent before undertaking the task. Nobody wants surprises after the work gets done so billing and charges are agreed to prior to the start. Ive never had to worry over being cheated or upsold for unnecessary work. Germans been MY adopted electrician for so many years I wouldnt ever think of using anyone else. Id highly recommend you engage him for any electrical work of whatever nature and scope youre contemplating. You wont be disappointed.

The repair person is quite nice but young and very aggressive on pricing. Even people who have earned money, find $422 for 20 minutes of work very high. However, on the call back to correct a GFI that kept going out, he displayed a desire to keep me as a customer and made things ok. I am a long-time resident of this neighborhood and well known. Your reputation is everything (but I admit that Bidenomics has made everything very expensive).

Wonderful experience, German is very knowledgeable, professional, personable, cleaned everything up afterwards, explained everything regarding the Lutron smart switches, and the Apt for the switches. Ive recently had various electrical issues in my over 100 year old house. I contacted German and Linares Electric for those issues. German was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional, dealing with the issues quickly and efficiently, while keeping us updated during the entire experience. There was a large amount of work to do and German and Carlos worked well together and took care of it all in a timely manner, and were quite neat in doing so. I would definitely use German and Linares Electric for any other electrical work we need, as well as highly recommending him to anyone needing excellent electrical work.

Germano and I were introduced by a mutual friend when I needed it most. I had a prior electrician whom did not return my calls and provided very poor services which caused my permits to fail. Ive had the pleasure of working with German on many occasions and regard him as being my electrician. Hes very professional, knowledgeable, charges fair prices and only does whats needed and not what makes him money. Hes done so many projects in and outside my home and left me wanting to drum up more work for him to tackle. You CANNOT go wrong engaging him to take on your electrical service needs no matter how small or large. Couldnt ask for anyone better. You should also know I generally shy away from writing about contractors I use because I really need to be impressed before referring him to others. I dont want others to be unhappy with the referral.

German is a very expert electrician who has both solved our problems, and who has prevented two electrical fires from happening (just in time- e.g. discovering a melted socket and arching cord hidden in a ceiling. Yikes!!). He is not inexpensive, but the quality of his work is worth every cent. He is prompt, reliable, and professional. I highly recommend Linares Electric.

Ive found my electrician.

As always, we were able to get an appointment very quickly with German. He was able to salvage a broken bulb out of a 1920s era light fixture that had defied all our usual tricks for extraction. In the process, he taught us one new one. We were delighted that he was able to save this antique fixture. Hes my go-to electrician in this area and has serviced this property for us many times.

We had German install recessed lights in our family room as well as run coaxial cable and a new outlets for 2 wall mounted TVs that they mounted as well. We later had him return and replace our doorbell (chime and outside). He is very responsive and professional. When he has to make a mess (cutting holes in wall/ceiling)he does so thoughtfully and cleaned up afterwards. He does have very transparent pricing as well. He quoted us on the spot with a program on his iPad and you can see the pricing right there as well as having it sent via email. His prices seemed mostly average to maybe a little above average but for what you get I feel like he is worth it.
