I am not good with names but I called them this morning my water heater had heating issues and the plumber told me it ws electric so I called them the lady I talked to was super niceShe got someone out here fast which was awesome and she explained the prices to me which was nice the guy that came out was super nice as well he explained what was going on and fixed it for me thank you great prices super nice and fast thank again definitely will use them again

I called on a Friday about a few wiring issues in my home. Michelle jumped right on it and had a guy at my home Monday at 7:30 in the morning. John (the Electrician) was great. Very personal and Professional. I stumped him with an issue in my dining room and he had it figured out and fixed in an hour and a half. Once that was done I showed him 3 other issues I was having and he had simple fixes for them all within another hour. These folks are amazing and will never use anyone else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Recently called around to find a local electrician to hang my chandelier. Either a company wouldn’t, couldn’t or would not give a straight answer on a price quote over the phone. ION was honest, accessible and on time! Mel even gave me her cell number so I could text photo updates of the job. I am so happy! The chandelier looks beautiful! The gentleman who hung it were very hard working, friendly, professional and polite. Will call again if I have electrician needs. Will recommend to friends and family. Thanks ION ELECTRIC!

I called ion for a quote on a job and Matt convinced me that I would not be happy with what I was trying to do. He suggested an alternative option instead of not saying anything and taking my money, kudos.P.S. I did get other quotes and he was the least expensive by far. The other two did not suggest a better method of getting the job done.

Great Local Company, that is family owned and operated. Very service oriented group of people. They have vast experience from residential to industrial electrical. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone for any electrical needs.

I had a problem with GFI outlet and other outlets at our house. I called Ion Electric, they came the next business day. Jay did an excellent job at trouble shooting and fixing the problem. The office personnel was also excellent. Definitely will use them again if needed.

If you need electrical assistance, this company is the place to call. I needed a make safe done on a wire connected to my outdoor garage before I could demolish the garage. Contacted Ion who responded within 2 hours with an extremely professional electrician who took care of the issue, the company contacted the county with the permit, and set up an appointment for the county to clear me for demolition-all within two days. Highly recommended

Couldnt be happier with the service. Matt is clearly a professional with the expertise and pride of work that makes it a pleasure to do business with the company. Matt worked on my generator and while the work was principally basic maintenance he took the time to track down another issue that was occurring and fix that as well. Very pleased and will refer him to others.
