    We needed 2 complete air conditioners and a furnace replaced in our 150 yo home.Most contractors make things a pain.Davis did everything right and made it easy imo: they all communicated well, were thorough with explanations and information, texted/emailed updates as things progressed, did what they said, and made triple sure I was satisfied.Uniforms, vehicles, equipment ect...all professional.I made scheduling hard on them but they still came out in force and installed everything in one day!Super satisfied here.

    We chose Davis Comfort Solutions after searching online for an authorized Carrier dealer. We built our home in 2001, and that was the brand installed. Except for one minor fix in 22+ years, the Carrier system worked perfectly! This is why, when we decided to replace it, we wanted a Carrier. Scott Davis, owner, came to our home and spent a good deal of time with us, discussing what our 1110 sf home required in an HVAC system. We were impressed that he told us upfront that our small home didn’t need anything larger than a 2-ton system, which is exactly what l had learned when researching on the internet. The very reasonable estimate he gave us that day was exactly the final bill on day of installation - no last minute add-on’s 😊Christian and Cam did the entire installation within a few hours, and they did a great job! We couldn’t be more highly pleased! They answered all our questions, explained how to use the new thermostat (which is so much easier than the old one), and even moved an item in our garage, just because l asked the favor, even though that had nothing to do with what they were being paid to do! Two of the nicest guys you could ask for! They also made sure the furnace area was left as clean as they found it, and cleared out all traces of our old furnace and heat pump.If you’re looking for an honest, reputable, dependable company that will not try to sell you a higher priced product than you need, Davis Comfort Solutions is the one to call!     The cold weather busted my pipes from my boiler in 3 spots. The guys were here quickly and stayed with it until they were fixed properly, then checked for other breaks under the house, made sure everything was functioning correctly, and cleaned up after the job.     Very pleased with the quick response on repairing our geothermal unit by Davis Comfort Solutions. I had contacted the company (Edwards Heating) that had installed the unit because we had purchased a 10 year parts and labor when the geothermal was installed, they wanted to argue about the extended warranty, its been 12 days and still waiting.Scott Davis came out, diagnosed the issue and immediately ordered the part needed.     I would heartily recommend Davis Comfort Solutions, our furnace went out on a weekend and I was able to get ahold of someone almost right away. After trying to help me diagnose the problem we decided to wait until Monday to have a technician come out and take a look. They got here right on time, even alerting me with messages to let me know who my tech would be and that they were on their way. Didnt take too long before the issue was diagnosed, the tech went and got the parts and we were up and running again. I had an issue where my account got mixed up with someone elses but I contacted them and they set it right no problems! Will definitely be a return customer!

    I called Friday and they were here earlier than planned which was great. Scott was very thorough polite and professional. Diagnosed the problem and fixed in no time compared to the company who installed the system 3 years ago, they had no clue.     Recently secured a rental house for our oldest son, who will be at the end of his service contract with the US Army in January, and needed a place for him, and our daughter-in-law, to live, when they came home. Had Scott come out and inspect the furnace and water heater. Good thing I did. The furnace was in good shape. The water heater, however, had a burnt out lower element. And previous tenants had cranked the heat up to the maximum just to get hot water. Scott repaired it and my soldier and his wife will now have a functioning water heater. Davis Comfort Solutions has been one of the best things about living in Fowler. I cant recommend them strongly enough.

    Well I wish I had been able to have them install our already purchased (new) garbage disposal, instead of the hasty decision I made to have the (other guy) in town! $181.00.....😩 Is that even legal? Used our putty and had to go back to the shop twice and had to use a piece of used hose or something. Hope it doesnt leak. Only here an hour. Not one bit happy!
