    Ryan and Mason are great to work with. They are kind, honest and knowledgeable. I honestly never thought I’d ever have this experience with a plumbing company.From working with Jennifer to schedule the initial appointment to getting reminders for when they’re on their way and patiently waiting for me to get home because I was 7 minutes late to the guys professionally working with me and explaining things in a way I can understand to wrapping up the service call. They were really gracious about slipping booties on and off when entering and leaving my house.Thank you Carlson Plumbing!!

    Kyle from Carlson Plumbing was great. Nice young man and he explained everything to me pertaining to the condensation outlet and piling needed from the tankless water heater to the drainage pipe. Great service and I highly recommend Carlson Plumbing.

    Dec 2024 - the work continues. Great service, as always. Were getting these 63-year-old pipes a-workin______________________Fifth visit today (Dec 2024). Toilet line was backed up. Now we know where my dads dentures went! Thanks, Kyle! And thanks, Ryan, for hooking us up same day._____________________Fourth visit today (Nov 2024). Like I previously said, old house, so things come up here and there. So far, all together, weve had two different lines drained, and three toilets installed. These folks are friendly, professional, thorough, and do great work. SO glad I found them. Today, we had Kyle. So far, he and Mason have been our guys and theyre awesome. Before we scheduled for today, Brandon was also very responsive and provided an emergency option yesterday (Sunday), but we were fine to wait a day. All in all, these folks are a godsend.‐‐---------------------------------------------------------------,)Just had them out for the third time today...old house...needs a lot of upgrading here and there. As always, Mason did an amazing job. SO glad I found these guys!_____________________________________This is the second time weve had Carlson Plumbing come to our home, and the second time Mason has done the work.     Annual termite inspection of the house by inspector discovered a possible drain leak in the crawlspace area between the bathtub and toilet area. Called Carlson Plumbing and spoke to Jennifer. Plumber Kyle came out half an hour after I called...fast service. Kyle went in the crawlspace, discovered the leaking drain pipe, took photos, went over the cost estimate (reasonable), and after my approval, made effective repairs within 2 hours. Kyle also snaked out the slow draining drain pipe, photo documented the finished repair, and made sure the tub was draining to my satisfaction. No hard sale but Kyle recommended if I continue to have drain problems, to maybe think of installing a larger diameter ABS drain pipe but not necessary at this time. Again, price estimate was reasonable and wouldnt break the bank if it comes to that point. Would I hire Carlson Plumbing in the future? Answer: a definitive Yes!

    I have used Carlson plumbing at both our business in Garden Grove which is quite large and at one of our houses in Costa Mesa/Newport Beach. This last time, at the house, of course, a toilet had a problem on the weekend that was more than just using a plunger. They worked hard to get me in on Monday when they opened. They arrived and solved the problem in probably 20 minutes. No dancing around. Just ring the door bell. Solve the problem. Thank you. Pleasant personality

    Mason came on time. He was very friendly and professional. He was very efficient (quick worker and did not cut corners). He was considerate as he took extra care not to damage the flooring underneath the toilet as well as vacuumed all the dirt and debris around the work area. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely and highly recommend Mason for any plumbing work that one may need in the future.

    Called at 1120 and Mason was here by noon. Cleared drain pipes from kitchen sink but still had lots of solid grease. Brought in high pressure was washer and cleared out the pipes. They are now like new. Fair price, excellent and quick response...wont use anyone else!

    I much appreciate the excellent quality of service from the plumbers who came to clear the plumbing in my home of roots from a city tree in front of my property. Kyle and Gil were VERY patient and courteous as I explained the problem. Then they spent more than 3 hours using a hydrojetter to carefully cut away roots without harming the plumbing of my older home. The price for this project was significant for me, but quite fair given the skill and time to clear my plumbing problem. Now I can flush my toilet and take a shower without worry! Many thanks to Carlson Plumbing for a job well done!

    My experiences with Carson plumbing have been fantastic. Mason analyzed the issue and found that the water damage was an old issue that left the garage ceiling cracked. But in checking for a leak, we found a very, very clogged spare bathroom tub, which they cleared, cleaned up and we’re on their way. He also moved a few things for me that were too heavy so that he could get to the garage ceiling. All in all had a great experience and to be very honest. And they don’t do work that doesn’t exist or make ridiculous charges for the work that they actually do. Very reasonable and friendly!

    Last night the pipes under my sink appeared to be leaking. Turns out our garbage disposal was at the end of its life and water was leaking from the bottom even though there were no visible cracks or holes. This morning, I contacted several companies to get a quote regarding a replacement. Carlson plumbing was the quickest to respond, offered the most competitive quote, and they were able to get a technician (Mason) to my home the same day. Mason was friendly and professional and seamlessly replaced our garbage disposal. I will definitely reach out to this company again for any future plumbing needs!

    We needed a plumber in a timely fashion to complete some plumbing that was being redone in a master bath remodel. Just like always Brandon Carlson, best plumber ever, was there to save the day. We have used his plumbing business numerous times during the last 10 years for everything from a slab leak, a backed up shower, toilet to a replqcement water softener and relining our sewer line. He does great work, is really responsive and they never leave a mess. Look no further because he is the best plumber ever.Our water heater went out while we were out of town, and quick as the Flash, Carlson Plumbing was there to install a new one.     My first experience with Carlson Plumbing was in 2022 to fix a leaky knob in the shower. I was a bit anxious and had little confidence from past experience with contractors. I decided on a local family-run business. When they arrived and assessed the issue, I was quoted a number for the work and inventory. It was straightforward. It was good ol’ honest work and it was completed efficiently.A few days ago, I had an issue with the toilet tank. I attempted through YouTube videos but realized I had a great experience with Carlson Plumbing. The appointment took little effort. They arrived on time and again, the work was done well.     Mason is fantastic. He has helped me with several plumming related issues at my home. Today, I came home to a massive leak in my kitchen and was panicked. My water valve was corroded so I could not turn off the water in the kitchen and my refrigerator was leaking. The wonderful people at Carlson had a plumber at my home within 20 minutes. Mason fixed the valve and the link very quickly and efficiently. The cost was more than reasonable. This company does not gouge you. The most reliable, trustworthy plumbers around.     I never call anyone else. Reasonable prices for excellent service. Prior to this visit, Kyle cleaned out the drain without snaking it, saving me money. No one else ever did that!This visit, Mason replaced a water line valve in the bathroom that burst. He put a good quality valve in and took out the cheap plastic one.I love how reliable they are and the high quality of work so that I dont have future problems.     Carlson plumbing has done work for me Three times. Every time has been a good experience. They are knowledgeable, They fixed my main sewer line (at work). I got several other bids for this big job and Carlson was the most reasonable one I received. They work quickly and clean up properly. Recently they fixed a lot of issues: pun in new bathtub fixtures & replaced two sink faucets. They are a Five Star company. I recommend.

    I had a blocked washing machine drain over the weekend. I texted Carlson Plumbing, and since it was the weekend, said it was not an emergency. I received a text 1st thing Monday morning from their office, asking about my availability. I called the office, and within 30 minutes 2 Plumers arrived and. Corrected the problem. They were polite friendly and efficient. They even took time to greet my dog! I would call them again for any further plumbing needs I might have and would recommend Carlson Plumbing to friends and/or neighbors for their plumbing needs.

    Carlson Plumbing has been our go to now for a couple of years as they are always so helpful, kind, polite, on time, and extremely professional. They have helped us with some clogged pipes and main line flushing as well as most recently installing a new water heater when ours went out unexpectedly. They are extremely good at what they do, the quality of work is second to none, and at an affordable price you know you are really getting the best there is.     I totally would (and I think I already have..) recommend Carlson Plumbing. Brandon and his crew are the nicest, most professional fellas out there. They were up front about all costs, worked quickly and respectfully in my house. They replaced our main water line along with various other plumbing issues we had when we first bought our house 4 years ago. I know absolutely zero about plumbing, but I DO know we’ve had not one issue with our plumbing since Carlson plumbing has been here.     I had a high water bill at a vacant property which pointed to a leak somewhere. I had narrowed the location to a water line in the backyard, but needed the pros to find the source and fix it. I had multiple plumbers come by and provide estimates, but Carlson was the only company that immediately identified the problem (open sprinkler valve). While other companies wanted a few hundred dollars just to investigate and locate the leak, Carlson tightened the loose valve and charged a $125 service fee. After addressing the issue, they hung around to make sure the leak had stopped and also went inside to check for other possible leaks before heading out to their next job. It was probably the easiest call theyve had in a while and my problem was resolved thanks to Carlsons plumbers seeing what others missed. Hopefully, I wont need their service for a while, but if I am ever in need of a plumber again, Carlson will be the first one I call.

    These guys are awesome! So glad to finally find them from a referral to put a sleeve in our sewer pipe. It is so very hard to find a legit company who is this thorough and honest. Cant believe the quality of work for about half the price of what other companies quoted. Putting in a sleeve is apparently not common, so theres a lot of companies out that that will price-gouge you because they can. Brandon, Ryan, and a big crew who worked on our pipes for 2 solid days are top notch. Im spreading the word about Carlson Plumbing! They can handle a lot of jobs it seems.     My mom’s plumbing started backing up right after she had gotten home from the hospital. We called Carlson Plumbing in the late afternoon and they had their team at her house first thing the next morning to hydro jet and use their snake camera to assess the situation. They got her plumbing working immediately and came back a few days later to scour and line the 60 year old decaying pipes with epoxy. They also replaced a toilet that had never worked very well and gave us excellent recommendations for a high rated Toto toilet that would fit in the tight space. They were very easy to work and communicate with. We will only be calling Carlson Plumbing in the future! Highly recommend!
