    Always friendly, reliable and fairly priced, were glad to have been taken care of so quickly during the workday!When our city water pipe was accidentally hit by someone using our parking lot we were concerned for the time it would take it fix it. Barrs came out within two hours and quickly fixed what we thought would be quite the project, having it up and running again in less than an hour.

    We were having back flow and draining issues. These guys came out and figured out the problem. They showed me where the main pipe from the septic tank to the house had partially collapsed. It wad replaced and the problem fixed the same day. Quick and clean service. The office people were as helpful as they could be. Thank you for good work and being respectful and helpful.

    Called Barrs plumbing first thing this morning and told them What my issues were. They came out immediately and took care of that part of the problem and gave us options for the remaining fix. The remaining fix we chose is going to be an all day job so they are working to get that scheduled for us now. They are fast, courteous and very efficient.

    I love these guys! I had literally a lazy river coming out from my backyard. I called Barrs Plumbing and less than an hour they were knocking at my door. They fixed the problem super quick and it was reasonably priced. I moved to Lake City 6 months ago and I was blessed to have found them. They have had to come out a couple times for different plumbing scenarios and they have not disappointed. I am a Barrs customer as long as I live here.     Garrett was very professional and efficient in installing a hot water heater for me. At my request, he placed the old heater out for me for pickup, and made sure the area he worked in was neat and orderly. He explained the functions of components on the heater that was very understandable.The office staff was also nice and answering questions for me and scheduled a visit for the next day.

    Recently bought a new place and the sewage pump died on a Saturday. Being from Jacksonville, I did not expect to be able to reach anyone. Barrs to the rescue! Alicia was so great and got us scheduled with Tanner, who was such a nice guy, and we were up and running in no time. Barrs is my official plumber for the property. And I will recommen them to everyone. A great experience all around and a relief to have everything fixed so fast.

    Barrs Plumbing helped me out on a Saturday. I was in a panic with a busted pipe out by my well, no water at all coming to the house.     Barrs Plumbing is my ONLY go-to after my first experience with them! Yesterday I called after hours because we have a toilet that has been running. Carlos the technician came to my house today and fixed everything. It was simply that the chain inside the tank was too long. He only charged me the $75 service fee-- nothing more. Carlos was kind, knowlegeable, and very courteous! I highly recommend Barrs Plumbing and I will 100% use them again in the future!

    The gentlemen from Barrs Plumbing are so professional and responsible! They came right after I called and waited 20 minutes in my farm while I was napping(fell asleep right after I called, didnā€™t think they would respond so quickly!) After they came, they found out that the problem was more complicated than just unclogging the sinks, but something more severe in the sewage systemā€¦They spent three hours nonstop fixing all that and cleaning up our kitchen afterwards.     I had a new toilet installed by Barrs Plumbing about 3 weeks ago. It would occasionally run by itself, starting same day it was installed. The work was otherwise good, neat and clean, but something wasnt adjusted right. I held off calling back for repairs because of the holidays, but today it took only a few seconds to fix. Unfortunately, I had to pay another $75 for the simple adjustment. I feel like this should have not been an additional charge, since the problem was from a new installation.

    Out of nowhere, my water started smelling like Sulfur. I called Barrs Plumbing and spoke with a sweet lady on the phone. Mr. Kay came out right on time. He tested my water at the well and no Sulfur. He asked to see my water heater inside. He found my temperature on my tank was too low and was allowing bacteria to grow in the tank. So he turned it up for me. I was expecting to purchase a $2,300.00 filtration system today. But it was not needed. This is a honest company and I highly recommend them. The water testing was free of charge. Mr. Kay saved my family a ton of money. We are so grateful. All future plumbing needs will be trusted to this company.

    I want to thank Barrs Plumbing of Lake City, Florida and particularly their fantastic and very knowledgeable and courteous technicians Tanner and John for a job well done!!! They worked non stop and were extremely efficient after our old water heater decided to let loose some calcium and sediment into our house faucetts, toilets, shower heads, etc. They changed out the hot water heater, blew out lines and replaced those old lines and toilet tank valves like a NASCAR pit crew!!!     Barrs Plumbing deserve their good reviews. The toilets at my house on the Santa Fe River backed up suddenly and water was coming up in the tub and shower. I called in the morning and two plumbers came later that same day around 5.30pm. They traced the problem - roots in my septic tank had clogged the pipe going into the tank. After finishing an hour of hard work digging to find the septic tank and the line leading into it, then snaking a massive ball of roots out of the pipe, it was dark and late. I figured they would want to leave ASAP as it had been a long day. Instead William asked if I would like them to check inside the house for any other issues while they were there. That blew me away. Thank you for that William and Cody! The went on to quickly repair a seal around a toilet that blew from the backup, and a prexisting leak below the kitchen sink. Their rates are reasonable but I really appreciated this above and beyond act of follow through at that late hour. It saved me time later and paying for another house call. Thats true customer service. I highly recommend.

    Barrs Plumbing has been a great place to go for service. No plumbing company gets everything right all the time. It Barrs stands behind their work. If you have to call them out to make a repair on something they serviced they will stand behind their work.     My experience with Barrs Plumbing was very positive. Called hoping someone could make it out today and was very happy when Jason said he could come out. Very professional and a really nice guy. My husband says that the bill was very reasonable for the work, so there was no ripping us off because he was dealing with a female. We will definitely call Barrs again for future plumbing work. I told my mom to call another company and get another bid and ask for it to be itemized. The bid came in at $1800 from Barr. They were in and out in 4 hrs and she was happy which is the most important. Iā€™m great full they were honest and professional.
