Stable Foundations fixed the sill beam on the front of my 85 year old house. They were professional, responsive, answered all my questions and I am very happy with the job they did. I called three contractors and Randall with Stable Foundations immediately made me feel like he understood the situation, knew what needed to be done and I immediately felt that he was honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Stable Foundations gave me the middle quote in terms of price. I thought the contractor with lowest quote really didn’t know the extent of the issue so the cost would likely go up during the job, they didn’t go under the house (it has a scuttle hole and it’s not fun under there) and the contractor with the high quote was really over-selling. Stable Foundations completed the job at the quoted price and in the timeframe they outlined for me. I would recommend them to anyone. -

We recently bought a home and after moving in noticed several cracks that made us uneasy. Called Stable Foundations to set up a free inspection/estimate. Bryce came out to perform the inspection and went above and beyond what we expected. He was kind, helpful, and very detailed. He thoroughly checked the whole house and even measured elevations using an altimeter. He explained all of his findings and we were very happy to hear there were no issues with our house and are so grateful to this company for providing this level of service even for just a free inspection! Appreciate the timely response, detail, and honesty. Will recommend to anyone in need of help with foundation concerns. Thank you! -

I was very impressed with Mike Wright of Foundation Solutions who visited our home today for a free inspection on some foundation settling issues I was concerned with. He was on time, very professional and was straight forward. We walked around the home together and to my surprise he said our issue was maybe a 2 on a scale of 10 meaning nothing should be done at the moment. He recommended taking pictures of the cracks with a tape measure and going back in a year to see if there was any growth and reconnect. He even used a laser beam in our garage and bedrooms and saw no concerns that would require foundation support at this time. Very impressed with his honesty and integrity and would certainly recommend this company for an inspection if you are looking for honest feedback. -

I live in a home built in the 1920s on top of a crawl space. The floors have always been uneven, squeaky and soft in certain areas. I hired Stable Foundations to add supportive beams and jacks to stabilize the floors. I was extremely nervous before the start of the project but Travis calmed my nerves and was always available to answer any questions. The whole project took about 1 1/2 days. My husband and I noticed an immediate difference in the stability of the floors, much less squeaking throughout the house, the gaps between the baseboards and floors were completely closed. I am very very happy with the work, the guys who did the repairs were patient, friendly and made barely any noise. Stable Foundations was also affordable given the magnitude of the project compared to other quotes I received. highly recommend. -

Just want to take a moment and drop a few honest words about the crew who did work on the St Barnabas Episcopal Church in Williston. From the initial call to the meeting with the salesman to the quote all the way down till the guy showed up to do this job everything was spot on. These young gentlemen did a excellent job and have it work ethic to be commended in this day and age. Just my thoughts, but if you go with anyone else, things will keep sinking! -

I had some foundation issues and cracking with my home in Orlando. A friend recommended this company to me for my repairs. I must say I was VERY, VERY IMPRESSED. I received a quote that was within my budget, they arrived on time, Mr. Travis is very professional as well as the crew and what impressed me the most was they arrived with identified company Logo gear on. My homes foundation was repaired where I wouldn’t have anymore issues. If you are looking to have your home repaired due to foundation issues, contact Stable Foundation Solutions, you will be very happy with their work. I am. -

Bob came out to inspect our home because our floors were buckling and shifting. He was extremely professional and honest with me and let me know that the issue was not the foundation, but the lack of ventilation for the crawl space causing the moisture to build with no where to go and provided great solutions to correct the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and, although it was not a foundation issue (thankfully!), he still helped me by giving me tips on what needed to be done to correct my issue. Should I ever have any foundation issues in the future (hopefully not, who wants that, but it is a reality!), I would recommend this company 110%! Thank you Bob! You rock! -

Stable Foundation Solutions was logical and analytical throughout, focusing on my needs, not what they could sell via scare tactics and worst case scenarios. Foundation diagnosis and estimates are all over the place. Basic reason: You can’t see what is going on underneath. That bedroom sink hole several years ago accelerated public fear. I sampled 6 companies. Estimates ranged from $3600 to above $24,000. Stable Foundation wasn’t lowest but among the lowest and easily the best value in terms of sensibly addressing areas of greatest need, while leaving scare tactics alone. In contrast, I had one high profile company whose salesman launched convulsions every time he turned the corner: “That’s a stepladder crack…the worst sign of all.” I think he expected me to fall down in a seizure of terror. As a handicapper I love litmus tests. There was a basic one with my project. The back addition to the house was clearly slipping, but just as obviously the two corners were not under identical stress. Back was the long term problem, not the sides. Yet one company after another was robotically assigning two piers on each side, and only one in each back corner. I didn’t say anything. I waited for someone to pass the litmus test. It was mindful of my 24 years in the Las Vegas betting scene. Finally Steven from Stable Foundation matter of factly identified the logical remedy and placement: Two push piers at each back, and only one on the less troubled side. Steven also was the only one who placed back push piers on either side of a double door that was sticking and very difficult to lock. Again, I intentionally didn’t mention that it was sticking. I wanted someone to identify the likelihood, based on the cracked visuals. Only Steven did.I really appreciated that the 3-man project crew was knowledgable and offered input, as opposed to merely showing up to complete the job. Randall was crew leader. He quickly investigated why I had cracks and sinking in so many areas. I had assigned it to a deep crack in the pool, causing erosion underneath. Randall didn’t think so. He saw the spot drain but couldn’t find anywhere it emptied. That is my only pool drain. Randall removed the drain grate and discovered that I’ve essentially had a dummy drain for 40+ years, dumping water under the foundation of the house, smack near the middle. There was 3 inches of pipe underneath the grate, but not connected to anything. Just resting there. From lack of disturbance it was obvious the pipe had never been connected. I remember my dad didn’t trust that contractor from the outset. It was mid ‘70s and one problem and delay after another. The contractor for that addition became a curse word within the family. My dad passed away several years ago. I doubt he would be surprised at the latest discovery.Miss Debbie was friendly and positive while handling payment. Only 30% was required prior to completion...lower than other companies. Travis as Project Manager provided a specific schedule 2 weeks in advance. They met the schedule. One caution: Dont paint exterior walls prior to push pier installation. The Model 300 mechanism does tend to vibrate and can bump against walls, requiring modest patching. -

Bob was super great! He gave me honest advice and eased my worries. I thought I was in for over $6,000 in foundation repairs that another company estimated (I wont say which one but rhymes with pam smack). Thank you Stable Foundation and Bob for being kind, professional, and honest! -

When people can get up, prepare, and do tough work like the work they do, it’s got to be motivated by something else. The love and pride that everyone has all across this company is impressive and trusting and leaves no doubt on the table. Would highly recommend. -

The company was a pleasure to work with and they solved our problem. I was somewhat skeptical that my house would stop vibrating when we crossed the living room floor, but it did! Thank you. -

I was very impressed with Mike. He was on time and did a through inspection to see what problems I had with my foundation. I was told by other companies that I should do $23,000 worth of work. Mike assured me there were no signs of any problems and that the other company was just trying to scam me. Very happy to meet an honest person in the industry. -
