    We have been very satisfied with Rack Electric. Everyone we have dealt with are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Tanner came out yesterday to do our full maintenance on our generator. He was very thorough and very courteous to us. He is a very responsible guy and does his job very well. We definitely would recommend Rack Electric to anybody needing electrical and/or generator working done.

    We have been very impressed and completely satisfied with the services provided by Rack Electric. Our most recent maintenance visit was performed by Tanner Hess. Tanner was personable and professional. He did a great job and kept us fully informed as to what he was doing. He kept us advised as to the time he would arrive for the service and was on time.

    Excellent. Service man was awesome. Went thru everything with me. Your servicemen are excellent.We had to call for the 2nd check. We were being billed for another year before the last year was completed.The secretary that made the appointment was very poor. We told her we needed a pm appointment due to a morning Doctor appointment. She said thatā€™s when it would beā€” however, the technician arrived in the am and my husband was not able to be thereā€”and he wants to be here for service calls. I stayed home so the technician was able to preform all the checks.

    I appreciate the fact that they sent three different people out to confirm what was wrong. The technician that finally figured everything out and replaced the right parts was named Loubens Janvier. He was extremely thorough checked everything and now everything is finally working like itā€™s supposed to. He was also very good about explaining everything to me.

    We have a Service Contract for our whole house generator that is probably about 12 years old. Thankfully it ran great for several days after a tornado hit our house and we lost power for the duration of the outage. Just had our scheduled service and service and technician great. On time, competent and friendly. 5 Stars!

    Rack sold us and installed a 24 kW Generac and a 500 gallon propane tank. Love the machine, itā€™s been working flawlessly. This review is about their follow up service; just had my once a year primary service with oil change, spark plugs, and the like. It was done by Xavione. Hopefully Iā€™m not butchering the spelling of his name. Showed up timely, super friendly and nice, and most importantly, very competent. This is my third year from purchase and Iā€™ve been very happy with the follow up service.

    Matt, the technician was fantastic knowledgeable me polite just basically a good guy. The Only downside was they were supposed to be here between eight and 12 and did not show up until like one 130. Its not a big deal but it wouldve been nice if someone wouldve contacted me that they were running behind other thanfantastic fantastic job.

    I have a 22kw Generac generator. Brian came out to provide the major service. He changed the oil, filters, and spark plugs. He checked the battery and the gas (propane) pressure. He inspected the electric panel as well. Brian was very efficient and professional. Heā€™s very polite and answered my questions. In addition he called to tell me he was on his way to the house. Iā€™m very happy with the service that Brian provided. I will continue to use Rack Electric to service my generator.

    Couldnā€™t have been more pleased with the overall experience. Scheduling was extremely easy and done in a manner that considered our availability. Alex called ahead to give us a heads up on his arrival. Very pleasant and professional service technician. All maintenance items taken care of in a timely manner and the work area and unit cleaned prior to leaving.     Good communication and technicians showed up on time. Staff was here before the hurricane and was not able to do complete servicing but made sure the generator was operating correctly before the hurricane. It ran for more than 6 hours when we lost power with the tornadoes.

    June 19 - I believe/hope this is a good company, butā€¦I signed up for a yearly service contract and took 2 months to get first visit. Service tech arrived very early without any notification and generator was left off/off-line. When ā€œfinishedā€ he left no note or work order. When I called office to find out status, they told me job was completed. Next day, I was texted to say that generator needed a new starter and they would be back, no ETA. Again, I had to follow up. People are super nice but communication, always a different text number, is very weak. Almost feels like I am communicating with AI, not a real personā€¦reply is super fast and semi-generic, never a phone call only textsā€¦and no email ever. Hoping this plays out well. Again, people are very nice and they seem to do good work. Just have to wait and poor communication.July 3 - I was called by Stephen, the service manager, immediately after review and Rack responded extremely well. I am very satisfied with their work and will continue to use their services. Yes, I would recommend them...just believe their written communication (both email and work orders left at house) could be much better.

    Our whole house generator is 90% complete; We are waiting for the gas hook up, testing and final inspection. Itā€™s been a long process; we gave our deposit in February. The people Iā€™ve talked to on the phone have been very helpful. I name here Jacqueline & Justine in the gas division; Jennifer in electrical and lastly, Katie in permitting. In my frustration over early lack of communication, Katie even gave me her personal cell number if I had any questions or concerns. Communications via email & text has been great since the early frustrations. The workers that have come out to do the work have been top notch. Since the tank guys came most recently, I have their names: Luetener, Dieulet & Moises; Diligent, conscientious workers. See my photos; the finished product looks great. They even reset 2 sprinkler heads I had dug up to locate the main header, so they wouldnā€™t hit it. The tank had been set on Wednesday and the city inspector needed to see the hole & approve it before backfilling. Unfortunately rain on Thursday had raised the empty tank. On Friday when they came to backfill, Luetener insisted that the tank needed to be pulled out to remove dirt & water that had accumulated from the rain, which they did. I loved his ownership and pride. I couldnā€™t be happier with the finished product! I was unhappy with the original lack of communication from Rack, as it felt like they had my near $7k down payment and I was forgotten; I almost fired them over this. However, Iā€™m glad I didnā€™t; the patience to hang with them has paid off in spades. Iā€™m looking forward to the final hook up and have this baby ready to roll! Great job, Rack! Kudos to your staff of conscientious employees!

    We were very glad we went with Rack Electric for our whole house generator service. The electrician, Mathias, was very thorough and also informative about all that he did through the process. He helped us understand how to better keep our generator in good condition and have several great suggestions. I also appreciated the follow up that the company provided, from the call after the service to the text with full details about all that was done. Even better (compared with the service that other family members have received from other companies), the service was done on the day it was scheduled and Mathias showed up within the window of time promised with a courtesy call 30 min prior. EXCELLENT service!

    We had a little trouble getting an appointment for our maintenance but Renee, the dispatch specialist, got us an appointment for June 17 and I was pleased. Then I got a phone call this morning (May 17) that John was on his way! Yes I was surprised but very happy to have him come out earlier than I had anticipated. John was very helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything he did and what we can expect (battery life, gas amount, etc.) in laymans terms for senior citizens (me).

    We recently had our semi-annual checkup with Rack Electric for our generator. Lubens was our technician and he was just terrific. He was professional and personable. He gave me a complete rundown on the status of the generator and also made a couple of suggestions.     Friendly, professional, and quickly performed the major maintenance on my generator. I will continue to use them for my maintenance and if I ever need electrical services. The only negative was that I was rescheduled twice - the first scheduled date came and past, then got a call that they needed to re-schedule, and then another call saying that date also needed rescheduling. Not a big deal as I just needed a maintenance check on my system. Good job.

    Muda was a wonderful tech. He was very informative. However your 8 hour window is just too stupid. It took me 3 phone calls and an hour in wait time to get estimate of when tech would arrive. Your techs and installation people are wonderful. Your office systems and procedures stink.

    Everything was exactly as scheduled. Our Tech Pedro Quintano called in advance with his ETA which is a big deal to us given the 8am-6:00pm window. The Generac maintenance went as planned, and there were no gotchas or extra costs. We appreciate the service given we are in Merritt Island, FL and Pedro called from Ft. Pierce. We will continue to recommend Rack Electric who took over our (bad) contract from our original company.

    The service tech was terrific, explaining what he was doing and answering questions.On the other hand, four previous appointments for THIS service were cancelled over the last few weeks when the techs assigned did not show up primarily because they were overworked and ran out of time at the end of the day. I had to raise hell to get a first-in-the-morning appointment. The company needs a more realistic method for making appointments, scheduling, and dispatching techs.

    Today Tanner did a full service on our Generac Generator. This is our first time utilizing Rack Electrics Service. We too out a service contract, which entitles us to 2 six months service onour Generator. Money well spent for peace of mine. The customer service department from Christine to Joe was both Professional and explained in detail all my questions and concerns. Tanner did a thorough outstanding job. The entire team are assets to Rack Electric. I couldnt be happier. Today, Dec 13th, 2024, I had my Generac serviced by Cory Harris, a top-notch professionally trained Rack Electric Technician. The red light was on indicating that there was a problem and the unit did not self check on its weekly programmed day. I was able to get a quick accommodating appointment to troubleshoot the problem. Cory performed a complete diagnostic and found that the battery was dead. He changed the battery and then proceeded to do a complete service that I have done every 6 months. I also have a service contract that I highly recommend you sign up for because it saves you money. Cory is honest, personable and an amazing asset to Rack as well as to their customers. The entire company is efficient and Professional. So I suggest giving them a call you wont be disappointed. I once again have peace of mind that my generator will perform in a time of need.

    When Pedro arrived he was very polite, and professionally introduced himself, and explained the whole process. He did explain he would be shutting down the power at some point but would let us know first. Utilizing Rack, to service our unit is proving to be an excellent process. He called to let me know he was on his way, explained everything in detail, in terms I could understand, and was very thorough. Heā€™s definitely an asset to Rack Electric. I would have given 5stars, were it not for the companyā€™s lack of following through with an earlier appointment. I was left waiting all day with no explanation for a no show, or any notification.     Just had my 6 month generator service. The Technician Corey did an outstanding job. One of the best technicians Ive had so far. He checked everything, replaced the oil, filter, spark plugs, and air filter. He also tested the battery and gave me an update on the condition. The power shed module was checked and the control board was upgraded to the latest rev. Generator power failure was tested successfully with no issues. Before leaving Corey cleaned the exterior of the generator and then reviewed everything he did with me. Excellent job by Corey!

    When I met Tanner Hess from Rack Electric, I was a bit surprised because he wasnt on-time, he was early. He was also full of energy and was genuinely happy with his work and confidently explained what he was going to do during the routine generator maintenance. When I asked questions about the operation of the transfer switch, he didnt miss a beat. Tanner was raised right, takes pride in his work, and once again proved that the length of a mans hair has absolutely nothing to do with the knowledge inside his head.     I have had Rack electric service since the installation. They are prompt clean and neat and Robbie is the gtech that works on my equipment and I would recommend him to anyone that needs service. I would recommend this company with a 5 stars

Rack has a team of outstanding service techs that perform quarterly maintenance on the Generac generators. I highly recommend them.     The two techs that came out the end of Sept said we had a gas leak in our tank. Without telling us they shut our system down. The power went out the following week and the generator did not come on so we called for service call. Pablo came out on the 5 th of October and checked our system. Told us it had been shutoff and checked our tank and said there was not a leak. Started the system up and it. Worked fine. So glad forPablo that he knew what he was doing.Greg was our technician this time and he seemed to know what he was doing

    Very satisfied with Rack and with our recent service at this year interval since installation. Our tech, Goodson Azar, was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and on time. So far everything about Rack has been that same way. I highly recommend them for generator installation and maintenance.
