    Major issue with my sewer main, it was a big job! Communication with office was good, they always answered the phone and were helpful. I spoke mostly with Natalie, she’s a gem.Shane and his assistant Juan jumped in quickly to do the job but found the problem was bigger than a clogged drain.Shane excavated the sewer pipe like a pro! Very skilled. He dug precariously between my home and the neighbors. Once the job was complete the yard actually looked better than when he started!These people are caring professionals

    Yay, we finally found a plumber that we like!We had a leak between the city meter and the house which was causing a steady leak into the basement.Due to the leak they expedited our appointment. They rented the digger and worked hard to finish the job in one day. As an unexpected bonus they mopped up the last of the leak. They did a good job of restoring the dug out area. And they did this while coming in under the estimate. Thank you!

    I would have liked to have been served sooner and had a time line in the mean time but once I got an associate to respond he was quick, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I felt like the price was fair and I liked paying at the time of service.

    I was able to contact them on a weekend which was nice, and the were willing to come out on a Sunday which in a pinch is nice. They came on Monday, replaced a switch, cleaned, and charged our air conditioning unit outside. Very expensive, over $700. But we have air.

    Solid Real folks!!Their word is Good!!Called for appointment and Bob Stayley Plumbing answered the phone on the first ring.Yes! We can Remove the clog from your blocked drain first thing tomorrow! Sure enough at 8am they were at my house in Fort Morgan, and began to work right away.After a while, the owner ,Bob Stayley, called and said the auger could not reach the clog in the sewer line from inside the house;So he recomended installing a clean out line from outside the house to the sewer line. I agreed and the new line and was installed and the line cleared within hours. BOb Stayley Plumbing discounted the time spent inside the house trying to reach the clog.Promptly answered the phone, on time appointment, started work on arrival, sucessful plan to clear deeply loged blockage, cleared stinky sewere water within hours, fair pricing.Solid Real folks!! Their word is Good!! There Work is Good!! Fair Pricing!!Thanks Bob Stayley Plumbing!

    Wonderful company. The first time they came the same day I called as another plumber installed the wrong kind of water heater and didnt even vent it then just left. Bsp was here within an hour and I had hot water the next morning. The next time I was having my gas meter relocated and needed the pipes moved and inspected. Again they showed up on time and last minute and everything went smoothly. Once everything was moved they again came back and rehooked up my furnace and water heater..amazing service

    They came out to do a shower repair. They did a great job! They did the job right instead of just doing a shoddy patch job. Also, the tech was super polite, left no mess, and did great work.

    I have been doing business with Bob Staley ever since he separated his business from his brother more than 25 years ago. The service I have received from Bob and more recently from him and his son, John has been outstanding. for the last 20 years no one has provided service to my home and the adjacent rental that my wife and I own but Bob Staley P & H. Three times (almost Unbelievably), Bob himself has been at my home on Christmas morning repairing frozen lines that would have without his help, ruined important family holidays.. Great people doing wonderful work at reasonable prices. Who could ask for more.....

    I woke up to a sprinkler system that was beginning to flood the front yard. I called them around 6:40am and they were there within 40 minutes to fix the problem, and the price was VERY fair. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    These guys are awesome !!!!Ali that answers the phones was amazing. My cell phone wasn’t working very well and it was hard for her to hear me she was very patient and very understanding best customer service ever!!!The technician Mike and Franny we are also amazing. I asked lots of questions wanted to know exactly what was going on they were very patient answered all my questions never got annoyed with me. They were both very helpful again outstanding customer service.

    I emailed Bob Staley’s because my A/C was not blowing cool air. I took a couple of photos to attach to my email. They were at my home same day and then I received an email saying that they would need to return the next day. They came back and fixed the issue the very next day. I highly recommend them!

    I have used Bob Staleys Plumbing for 11 years and I cant speak highly enough about their company. First they do excellent top quality work, clean and efficient. They re-plumbed my whole house, water, heating, cooling, sewer lines as well as a new sprinkler system. I have had no problems with any of it. If I need anything they come quickly to answer my calls. Im an older widow and what means the most to me is they are totally trustworthy with their service and pricing, I can leave my house key with them when Im gone incase of an emergency. They are a beautiful, friendly family with caring hearts for their employees and us , the customers.
