    McKenzie Electric upgraded my main power panel. They also changed the support pole and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work. Considering all the work they did, I don’t see one scrap of trash in the area. They coordinated with Mohave Electric, the inspector and me for the final walk through. Absolute aces. Thank you!

    I called Richard and he told me he would come by in a hour or so but 30 minutes later he was here. He gave me a quote of how much it would be and he never deviated from it. Richard and Miguel came on time to fix our electric at a reasonable price. Would give call them any time I need help. Very courteous and friendly. Thanks again Guys

    Richard McKenzie and his team were amazing! They were quick to come do a diagnostic then order everything to replace my sub panel within a week! He communicated well and was very informative. Glad I shopped around then found the perfect guy. He even nicely labeled everything and explained how he arranged my new panels breakers to not have the same overload issues previous. I’ll go to him for all my electrical needs! ⚡️

    Had my main electrical panel replaced. Once we had clearance from dig alert Richard had that panel installed and inspected by the City quickly. Richards work is top notch! Everything looks and works great!

    My power went out on Labor Day, (Really!?!) I was scrambling to figure out what I was gonna do because being the holiday of course businesses are closed. It turned out that my main breaker would not go back on. So it was only my house that the power was not working. I remember my neighbor had said he liked his electrician so I called him and he finally found the name Mckenzie Electric and gave me their phone number. I ended up calling and leaving a message and then I called one other electrician. In the meantime, a half an hour later, the breaker had cooled down and finally turned back on, then Richard from Mckenzie called me back and was happy that that came back on but said that it could be a deeper problem and it should probably be looked at so he said he would give me a call back on Tuesday. I got a hold of the other Electrician, who also of course, was celebrating the holiday, and was going to be out of town until Tuesday morning but so far hadn’t called. Then Richard from Mckenzie Electric called me back Tuesday morning and we made arrangements for one of his guys to come out in the next half hour! 😃 YAY!!I’m finding that in Bullhead City It is extremely rare for anyone to “Follow up” or Sometimes to even call you back. I was pleasantly surprised!! He sent Miguel out who was absolutely fantastic!!! He was kind and patient. He let me ask questions, gave me answers and showed me what was going on with the breaker box, plus Explained everything to me. He was so pleasant and Knowledgeable. Now, having to put out any unexpected repair money is always a challenge however, I felt that their pricing was fair. Miguel was very trustworthy and did a great job and Richard was so kind and on top of it. Way to go guys!! I think I have found my forever electricians.❤️

    My main panel was full and after looking into how I can make room for future growth to add mini-splits for the bedrooms, I discovered that the original manufactures panel was prion to issues. I called McKenzie Electric and Richard was quick to get back to me. I was looking to replace my main panel and add a subpanel in the garage. Richard was quick to get me scheduled once all the utilities were marked and completed the job in one day. I now have room for anything I may want to add in the future: mini-splits, EV charger, RV hookup. Great job Richard and Miguel.

    These guys rock! I needed power run to an RV garage. There wasnt room in the main panel on my house, so they had to install a sub panel and then re-wire circuits to the sub and then run power to the garage. They did it all in a day and the work is clean. Best of all, they were on time and on budget.

    I thought I just needed to replace a GFI outlet. When that didnt fix my issue I called and left a message. Received a callback within 15 minutes. An hour later they were at the house fixed the issue and double checked what I did with the GFI outlet. Prompt and professional service. They now have me as a lifetime customer.

    I called the owner Richard and told him my problem with my hot tub and an interior ceiling light. He said he would call me back to let me know when he could come. He called back in less than 15 minutes to say he would be over right away. Richard and his assistant showed up 10 minutes after he called and within about 15 minutes determined my problems.     Just had Richard out...Had him diagnosed the problem for a rental house. This has been a nightmare for a long time. Through out the house had wiring that was done poorly which caused alot of the outlets to not work and the ceiling fans not to work properly. Very fair on the price too. Highly recommend
