Waited for years until we found a company that offered an impact window that preserved our 111 x 63 picture window opening. LockTight was the only company (out of 20+ companies) that offered and was able to keep the opening as one window with 2 project out windows below. Many of our neighbors in Hollywood with similar openings had to resort to 3 panes to accommodate the opening. All windows n doors were delivered a few days before the job started which allowed crews to start promptly at the scheduled time. (All showed up on time) From the sales person, the on-site crews, project manager, scheduler, to the manager all were polite, respectful of property and kept us informed of appts. & when crews n inspector were arriving. Crews enclosed openings to reduce dust to other parts of home. No mud from rains was carried into house as floors were covered with paper. Have to say some crews were better than others as far as caulking & cleaning up after caulking. Crews cleaned up at the end of each day. On the day of inspection, Ralph showed up to check n confirm all windows n doors were ready for inspection (passed with no issues) and finished up with installing the covers (hides screws). Ralph also fixed the bad caulking on a couple of windows (changed from 4 to 5 stars). We only had one negative exchange with Jeff, however the manager cleared up the problem and made things right. The overall job was beautiful & to our satisfaction...in light of the hurricanes looming over FL, we are glad we no longer have to pull out and take time putting up the heavy shutters. For customers looking to keep their picture window, LockTight is the one for you.

My experience has been good. The workers were very good, respectful and did not leave an exterior mess however, the amount of dust left in the interior of my home was more than anticipated. There is dust everywhere from the windows. Through out the process, I had one interaction with a representative of the company (I won’t mention his name) that was not pleasant but I won’t have his actions speak for the entire company. I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I’m still waiting for my inspection and hoping for the best.I absolutely love the windows and the doors. I think they are great quality and look beautiful.

First off, I am extremely pleased with my impact windows and French door they are beautiful compared to the 30-year-old windows. The sound barrier is awesome! The installers did a awesome job. The entire process went smoothly.However, the biggest problem I had was not one of the installers spoke any English. Why would a high rated company have no one on sight that can communicate with the customer clearly? The project manager stopped by and left. Neighbors passed by asking for company information and the installers indicated ‘no speak English’. There was no company information on the truck to indicate what company was doing the job. I spoke to the project manager and indicated they should at least place a sign in the yard until the project was completed because they could be losing potential customers since my home was the only house in the neighborhood updating 30-year-old windows.

I went with LockTight Impact Windows over the competitors, because of their long history serving Florida and not having to worry about working with shady contractors that are here today, gone tomorrow. My windows have a 10-year warranty and if there are any future problems I can contact LockTight directly and not have to go through the confusion of contacting the manufacturer myself. The windows were installed neatly, and the shutters removed as stated in the contract. There was no funny business, they delivered as promised. If you are considering impact windows, choose LockTight you will not regret it in the end.

Timelines and expectations were all dead on. From the day I ordered the windows to installation was about 2 months. Bill won me over with sales and Ken the director of opps who oversees the project manager was always available with any questions. My windows and sliders were installed within 2 days and I couldnt be happier. Our home is basically soundproof. My dogs cant even hear the mailman or UPS dropping off packages. A friend had her impact windows installed and passed her for the referral. LockTight came to our home and gave us a good quote. A reasonable price! It took 11 months to get our win. That was a long week. Anyhow, once the windows came in the installers, Wesley crew, punctually arrived. It took about 89 hours to install. Those men were trustworthy and hard work! They were awesome. Next, was the city inspection with Brian- and George. The inspection went smooth and Brian- and George performed at Arepa. And the recommended company to my neighbors because I was quite content pricing, quality of windows, installation and the final wrap up. Will use them again if purchasing another property. My impact windows look fantastic!

Hello, when looking for a company to install impact window and doors. You need to hire nothing but the best !!! When I was looking around I had knew I needed a company that could handle my busy life style and work life. From the sales appointment, til the End of my install. By far the Rocked! The install team was awesome, and helpful, and very trust worthy while I worked during the day!The office always kept me on the loop on progress and what was next. Any questions there where able to answer in a flash with either a call or a email! To wrap this up….. They cleaned up the best way they can, and remember there will be minor dust due to them covering as best they can. Recommend to have your AC off while they work, and purchase 3-4 filters to not damage your AC inside unit with dust. Have a mop, vacuum and great mop soap. Vacuum first, and then mop, mop, mop and wipe stuff down. Check your yard for minor item such as glass, screws, and any debris from the demo work. These guys work fast and clean as possible by far. The service team (Ralph and Bruce) just finished today and took care of all the final touches. I’d recommend LockTight for your hurricane impact needs (doors and windows). The only thing to be mindful of is the 3 panel sliding glass doors - they do not come with screens. This was very disappointing because if I had known that at the time of writing up the order with the sales guy, I would have chosen the sliding doors that do have screens.

Aldona was very thorough with permits, homeowners association, permits, ordering what we wanted and delivered before expected time.I special ordered shingles and they came four weeks ahead of time. Supplies were delivered on day one, Kenneth called to make sure everything was here and to let us know the crew would start at seven in the morning on day two. The crew arrived at 6:50 removed all the roof less than one day, replaced all damaged wood and relined and had ready for inspection for the following a.m. . On day, three inspector came And the roof was done by 5 PM.not one piece of trash nail anything was left behind. Nothing was damaged you would not even know that anyone was there if you didn’t see them working.The crew were very respectful, polite, friendly, and professional.I would recommend them on any given day any day all day. And on top of everything else, the price was very reasonable.

The install team arrived ion time, put up plastic to keep dust and dirt out of our home while working and finished the job neatly and perfectly. My salesperson Andrew Ursache came out to my home and gave me a reasonable quote. He was very professional and his presentation was great. It took some months to receive windows , but, it was within the time frame that was promised.Andrew made him self available to reply to every question that was sent to him even when he was on vacation. I greatly appreciate that. Thats good customer service. I would highly recommend him and his company. They came out and had my job done in 2 days which I thought was going to be longer and they did a great job. Now Im waiting on inspection.

It was odd how we came to learn about Locktight. My wife and I had been discussing upgrading our windows to impact for a couple days. We woke up and discussed it over breakfast and I told my wife I would look into it at some point during the day. It must have been literally no less than 30 minutes when I heard a knock at our door. I opened the door and was nicely greeted by a young man who said his name was Joe. He said we had a really nice home, but it would look even better with impact windows from Locktight on it. I think I was sold at that point. After briefly talking with Joe he answered some questions about the windows that I asked him. He scheduled me in for an appointment with an estimator who is supposed to come by our home and sit down with my wife and I early next week. I have done some research online and am eager to start this upgrade. Thanks Locktight looking forward to seeing my house upgraded!!

The jury is still out!!!Before today, I honestly would have rated my experience a 3… at best. Like others have posted, there was lots of communication on the front end to get a contract signed and a large deposit in place. Yes, I understand there was a pandemic and real world supply chain challenges, but I also feel there could have been much better communication along the way. I too had to follow up many times until the tail end of the process when installation is finally close at hand. Furthermore, in my opinion, the installation was rushed and sloppy. The rear slider doesn’t close smoothly, there is caulk splattered all over the front entry tile, and they didn’t even remove all the protective plastic off the walls.However… here’s where things change! Mike McManus, Installation Supervisor, came out this afternoon. He was very attentive and documented all the items we are expecting to be addressed prior to the final inspection.Management: Kudos to Mike! He’s a diamond in the rough and in just a short visit he’s begun to sway my opinion of your company. Let’s see what happens from here to final inspection. If you are able to deliver on everything that Mike seemed to indicate wouldn’t be a problem to resolve then I will come back and give a 5 star rating.
