    I am so grateful I found Jose and Proper Garage Door. At first, I got fooled by several of the companies that had LOTS of 5 star reviews and that were listed at the top of my Google searches. It appears that many of these companies use the same call center and simply subcontract out the work to whatever “fly by night” rogue installer might be available. I had multiple bad experiences (overcharging, wrong measurement, no-show) before contacting Jose and Proper Garage Door.The reason I decided to try Proper Garage Door was because many of their reviews mention Jose by name. Im so glad that I did. His quote was fair, his communication was excellent and his workmanship is impeccable. He followed up on his commitments and delivered everything as promised.     Jose is the best garage technician out there. He is astronomically receptive. I have used him a ton throughout the years. When something goes wrong he is always there to fix quickly.He goes above and beyond what you would expect from a conventional technician. He makes sure everything is in working order well beyond the scope of the initial job.He has great work ethic and is always punctual. His work is so good I have used him to do my dads as well as my brothers garage door. There is nothing that he doesn’t know how to do. He is cognizant on all new garage technology as well as garage networking for smart homes.He truly is an awesome technician. You won’t regret using his service!
