    Rasin Pour is a remarkable skilled and meticulous craftsman. His attention to detail and quality control impressed us - not to mention he was on time (actually completed a little sooner than projected) and on budget. He built and installed two large and complex pieces for us that involved shelves, cabinets, a closet, desk and LED lighting for a foyer and a bedroom. We saw his Oakland Park shop and it is high tech and super clean and organized. I rarely say this but Rasins work product was perfect. Our architect was impressed too. Finally, Rasin is a truly pleasant, honest and positive professional. I promise youll like working with him. We strongly recommend R F Wood & Design. Its a rare find in South Florida. Our project was in a single family residence on Key Biscayne in February 2024.

    Rasin built us an amazing home library complete with LED strips behind frosted glass. Everyone who has seen the job has been in awe of the craftsmanship. You wont find a flaw in his work. He is the most precise carpenter that I have had the pleasure of working with - Id consider him to be somewhat of a perfectionist. Most importantly, the project was completed on time and looks better than we could have ever imagined.Update: We have had Rasin do more additional jobs including our kitchen and game room.     I found an entertainment center on Pinterest that I wanted to emulate in my new home. Now the issue was trying to find a skilled wood worker that could do the job! I found Raisin Pours website and thought, nice work, I will give him a call. Rasin is meticulous, professional, very skilled and true to his word. He was a pleasure to work with and I am beyond satisfied with my new entertainment center!!! It came out beautiful and couldnt be happier with the finished product.

    We have done several projects with Rasin. In this case, we bought a house that had not been updated in about 20 years and needed some modernity. I work from home, so I needed a dedicated home office in which I could comfortably spend a lot of time. Rasin listed carefully to how I wanted to organize my work and listened to what I was thinking aesthetically, and he was able to put together this great home office, which I am loving.The living room was equally outdated, and we needed a media center for our electronics components and also to display items that we have bought on our travels. After listening to what we were looking for, Rasin came back with a unique design in a few days, which were able to finalize.People have referred to Rasin as a carpenter, but I would say he is both an artist and a carpenter. He has his own tastes, but he LISTENS to the customer and is able to incorporate and give them what is important to them. Additionally, he does what he says he is going to do and he does it when he says he is going to do it. Unlike other crafts-folks, I have never had to chase Rasin or follow up to get the job completed, and I am always happy.

    This is my first review. I didnt realize the importance of reviews. I contacted RF Wood and Design having a cabinet in mind and wanted someone local thinking that I would need to follow-up and make sure that what I wanted was being built.Turns out that I never had to call. Rasin would keep me updated and involved with the materials and hardware. I kept my expectations low and Rasin delivered above and beyond what I thought the cabinet would be.Logistics (local) means little when you get quality workmanship and professionalism.We feel that the cabinet can be handed down in time. Rasin is more than a carpenter/ cabinet maker. He is an artisan.

    I am a return customer of RF Wood & Design. Rasin custom built my bathroom vanity and mirror in 2013. Now in 2018 I needed something in a waisted space corner in my Florida Room. So Rasin custom designed this beautiful shelf. His work is absolutely beautiful, solidly built and of very high quality!

    Raison (RF wood and design) built a custom cabinet for an entire wall of my living room. I showed him a picture I had found and he came to my home and measured. Two weeks later he came and installed a cabinet that is absolutely perfect. The workmanship is amazing and he even had some ideas to improve on my picture (like adding lighting under the cabinet). Great quality, very responsive and honest. Highly recommend.

    Rasin transformed my small, outdated kitchen, bringing it into the 21st century. I honestly didnt think it could look so good. The cabinets are sturdy yet stylish.     Rasin has been very quick to understand what we had planned in the first place and has been very responsive in every change or addition we wanted to make in our plans. He was able to order and prepare the materials quickly and built everything in half a day. We are extremely happy with the final product.     Rasin is AMAZING. I researched many custom cabinet and furniture designers and most of them just did variations on traditional cabinets. I have a really challenging master bathroom which is very narrow. A large vanity would be too bulky and a small vanity would look out of place. I needed storage but I also wanted something interesting and upscale. I designed a wooden wall that would have shelves and drawers built into it which would go from the vanity area and then the shelves would be shallower as they got toward the toilet area. I also wanted recessed LED lights to be in the wall as part of the bathroom lighting to make it unique.Rasin said, Heck yes, I can do that. And he did! It is amazing. We selected wood and finishes that would work. He measured the Bathroom and was able to take my little sketch and turn it into reality. The installation was amazingly smooth. He was fast and his work is extraordinary. This is Truly a custom cabinet job. I dont think I have seen anyone that can do this detailed level of custom craftsmanship and have it come out so perfectly. I can not recommend Rasin more highly. I am already working on a new custom kitchen plan and will be using him to create the cabinetry, the bar and the island.The shelves of this bathroom wall unit will eventually be the home to many of the pieces that I collected on my travels.I couldnt be happier.

    Rasin’s work is amazing. We live in an older home - built in the early 1950s. Closet space is minimal. Racin redesigned both of our master bedroom closets. He was responsive - promptly returning all calls and texts. He was on time. He was efficient. We had some ideas, but Racins experience took our novice plans to a new level.     After having to tear out our entire kitchen due to a slow leak and subsequent mold problem, Rasin proved to be an outstanding choice to design and replace our kitchen cabinets. He took the time to listen carefully and provided excellent advice on design and colors, ensuring a smooth visual transition between different cabinet surface types. Rasin even met us at a wholesale veneer specialty business to see and better understand how the wood veneer process works and to see various types and styles. He clearly strives for perfection in his work as evidenced by the fault-free and very timely result.
